History: Rei has a dark past that has troubled her through her young days. Her memory of what she used to be before she was given this second chance is something that she could not forgive herself for easily.

Before she became a fa'e, she lived in Heaven as the Angel of Death. Rei was quite close to her sister--and Angel of Rebirth,--Shina, much more back then, and loved her Lord deeply. However, her tasks were quite grave; Rei did not like to witness deaths of mortals and soon grew to feel empathy for each soul she freed from their physical cages. Trained to protect herself from demons (seeing how her occupation required her to be sent to Heaven quite a lot), she was quite skilled with her scythe.

With time, Rei soon to long for someone she could love--a soulmate; a spouse. Seeing mortals dying because of and for love made her want to feel it for herself. The love was different from her love for Shina, and her love for the Lord. Not only that, but Shina had found the StarKeeper; a love that stayed with her even to this day.

One day, she thought she found love, with a demon who went by the name of Takai. He was handsome and mysterious to her; that when they first crossed paths, she hoped to find him once more. Turns out, the demon was on a mission to corrupt her; to have one of God's angels turn against him and become one of Satan's. But turns out, Rei became Takai's weakness, as they fell in love.

Because of a promise he made to her, he couldn't get himself to complete the mission. So, the Devil had found a way to control her; making her kill 10 thousand humans with no reason to at all. Before she could be controlled a second longer, Takai helped her in controlling her body once more. But she couldn't find herself to trust him anymore. In the end, he had saved her from being killed as punishment for defying God.

And about Rei. Sorry I didn't write this whole big story, like I wanted to. It's been terribly hectic. But this is the gist - i found Rei on a bitterly cold morning, right at the crack of dawn, in an old part of a cathlolic cemetary. The cemetary is not very well maintained, and it is overgrown with briarroses. Which are supposed to be dead in the dead of winter, but what caught my attention was a single scarlet flower blooming against all odds on one of the bushes. I went to investigate, following Airi's prediction that "The Dark One will be come quietly, as the cold sun wakes the cold lands of the Dead. Frozen scarlet will lead you to her. But the pass is covered by thorns" and found a half materilized Rei within the bushes. Afraid to call her over with the Talisman to only have her be pierced by thorns I had to clear away the bushes. In the process I also cut away the branch that bore the frozen flower, which fell on the ground and shattered like glass. And as my hands touched her forehead with the Talsiman she bit hard down on my pinky and drank blood from me. Creepy, so I pulled my hands away. But since she didn't seem. I still feel bad about the miraculous flower I broke while trying to get to Rei ... I wonder what it means.... razz

Waii!!!!!!!!!! We found her!!!!!!

We finally finally found her!!!!! Yuumei's baby's here!!!!!! But she bit me crying Bad baby! Aiiiii .... Here is the bloodlusting child.
Her name is Rei.

Yawn. I'm in Chicago, so it's 2 here .. but I shold really go crash now ... oh yeah - I took some shortcuts on Rei (Yuu gave me an overly through description of the outfit razz Yuu kawaii) so I cut some belts and whistles out of the get-up. If I were Rei's mom, I would NEVER let her walk the streets ina skirt like that blaugh Trench over it or not. Not to speak of the katana. *joke joke* I love Rei! A teenager raising a teenager. This will be FUN! Can't wait to see what Yuu came up with for teen Rei. She was on pins and needles all past week.

Minutes passed, but then Rei slowly regained consiousness. Seemingly, nothing had changed ... Airi was still smiling at her a few feet away ... Dranzer was still perching on her shoulder ... and yet there Rei was feeling that something profound inside had chaged. There was soemthing that the phoenix brought to her on his wings ... something that made the tips of her wing feathers change to a deep scarlet.

-After such a long time from seeing him as a baby, Rei comes over to Onuris' house for a "playdate". Seeing how he has changed a bit from then, she sees two paintings he has done... and finds out a bit about Onuris' past.

-Takai gets a letter from Onuris about Rei. Knowing that Rei has to move on, he approves.
-Rei starts getting gifts from a secret admirer.

-Yuu-chan's Birthday. ^^

-Easter Party. ^^ Rei dropped off a few gifts when she could, but wasn't around that much to stay.
-Dranzer is reborn.

-At the HQ, Rei figured out who her secret admirer is from eavesdropping on Aylana and Onuris' little talk. She writes something for him, and finds out that he will try to accept his past... to be with her.

-Kia drops off a gift for Rei. Seeing how Cesia wanted to poke fun at her, Rei gets confused about if this girl actually "likes" her. xd

-Falling in a deep sleep, still unsure of her emotions, Rei wakes up to seeing a teen Onuris.... I'll leave it at that. ^_^

-Rei meets up with Onuris and Kia... and realizes how innocent this girl could be. xd Let's just say, babies are mentioned. Looks like Kia is a really fun, amusing kid. ^_~

-More trouble at the HQ. xd The two meet Aadil, a new fa'e. This kid's defintiely chaos. X3

-Aww, Rei and Onu have a little picnic together. ^^

-Rei meets Kia in a field. She's able to help Kia a bit with her boy problems. Looks like a new friendship's growing stronger!

-A few days after Yuu comes back from a trip... she starts acting kind of.... weird. Oo Rei starts noticing.

-Rei finds out a bit more about what has been happening to Sy... along with some of the fa'e she doesn't recongize that well. Along the way, Sire gets drunk and Sy realizes who she really is. Not to mention Onu gets drunk himself.... and has a brawl with Aadil, in which she wasn't really able to help him with.

6/28/04-7/1/04?
-Drinking sessions begin. xd Horus ends up showing up, posing as naked fa'e which ends up with Rei getting drunk and... frisky. blaugh Kia also figures out what frenching is, and the next day asks the two how to do it good. xd We'll leave it at that.

-After freeing her mother of a demon's control (with the help of Shina) a few days after, Rei learns how much time she has to live.
-Rei and Shina go prom dress shopping for the prom. ^^

o_o wow.... *looks at the time* O_O meep! Tsuki, Yuki, can you take care of Rei for me while I go to school?

Tsuki and Yuki: ll *nod* [Ok.... She won't hurt us right?]

Yuumei:

Of course, her loving mother and Fa'e Guardian is part of her family. This teen may act silly and can be quite annoying, and even pissed off some times, but that's how life is for teenagers... frustrating, confusing, angsty... and yet great all at once. She loves everyone in her family, and all her friends, despite the problems she has. Rei is very connected with her.

Shina:

Her beloved little sister who were seperated by death. She is the Angel of Rebirth, while Rei is the Angel of Death. She is very kind and loves Rei dearly, for she sacrificed herself to be reunited with her. Rei cares a lot about her sister as well.

Yuu-chan's Pets:

Tsuki, Yuki, Hiromi, Ame, and Taiyou all came before Rei did, and are part of her family. Tsuki was Yuumei's first companion in Gaia, known as the Angelic Soldier. Yuki is his beloved daughter, who is the oldest of her siblings. She is great at getting in contact with fellow puri's feelings. Hiromi, the red sakur, is pretty much always in the background, and usually spends his day baking and such. Ame is Yuu-chan's first d'shi, who is kind and gentle like the rain, and Taiyou is a phxya, quite shy. He looks up to Tsuki when he's not around his real dad.

Since then, other pets of Yuumei have joined the family, including Tsuchi, Ame's daughter (picture not available in the link) and Kage the sock kitty.

Taiyou has recently has been given back due to the fact that Yuumei felt he wasn't being cared and loved here. Poor Taiyou. ._.

Dear Diary,

I can't believe it. She's here... And I finally held her in my arms. It's like... She came right out of my dreams. I stared into her cold red eyes and into her heart... She seems so quiet... Like she feels lost in this world. When I woke up, I found her at the Fa'e HQ, alone in a cradle... Asleep. She worries me, seeing how she bit poor Anya!. However, she almost looks like a real human baby...

When I embraced the sleeping child, I felt a dark aura from her, which seem to fade slowly, as I held her longer. When she first opened her eyes, she didn't cry... But she just stared at me, as if she wanted to look into my soul, while I saw this cold and distant baby... She seemed so innocent.. And yet, she wasn't. I don't know why she didn't bite me though... This was going to be a great challenge for me, and my family of pets. Tsuki, Yuki, Taiyou, Ame, Hiromi... They all seemed so quiet, as if they were afraid of this child. This was going to be a great challenge for me... but I love her with all my heart, so I will try to give her all I can... And perhaps make her realize the good in everything.

As I get ready for school, I make sure that Tsuki and Yuki can take care of Rei... After all, they take good care of my 6-year-old sister. I don't want to leave her, but I just can't bring her on the field trip! I pray that Rei will understand these angelic puries, and gets along with them...

Tsuki must have a lot of experience taking care of the babies, being father and all. But Rei is a bit ... Bloodthirsty? Vampiric? Predatory? Well ... demonic is probably the best word. Dear Diary,

Something weird happened when I went on my field trip. My Eighth Grade team went to the Arizona Memorial by Ford Island, where my mom works. It was drizzling today on the leeward side of Hawaii.

The Arizona Memorial is a famous place on Oahu. We were here to see the names of those who lost their lives to serve the country I live in now, in World War II. It was a Social Studies field trip, so I thought it was going to be quite boring, but you can't be bored when you're going to come and be walking around a cemetary kind of place. Many survivors come to see the past after so long. My band teacher who wanted us to all go (he's also my advisory teacher) even if we miss the advisory rehearsal. He thinks this will teach us something and make us realize that there is only one thing that can be guaranteed in life: Death.

I've never felt so serious in my life though. When we went in the memorial, the number of men on that ship that died screamed in my head. One thousand, one hundred seventy-seven. That's how many who died on the U.S.S. Arizona. When we were on the small boat/ferry, and looked out the dark waters, I felt the same dark aura I felt when I held Rei. It was like, she was telling me not to be afraid of looking at those names... Not to be afraid of looking at the final resting place of those men who died so fast... They died in eight minutes. It only took eight minutes for Arizona to sink. I walked around the place with my friend. I've never seen her that serious... That quiet. We stared at the ship below us... U.S.S. Arizona. I could almost hear the cries of the Immortals, trapped in the hull of the ship... And yet I still felt someone, telling me not to look away. I looked at the ship, and saw her black tears floating at the top of the surface of the water. Everyone else... Even some of the teachers... were laughing about stupid things. I found it so sad and childish for people to be acting like this... On a place, a cemetary... a final resting place... for the dead men below us. I felt so sad.... and mourned over them all. Damn childish teenagers. They could never understand...

However, what scares me is that the aura I felt... Was it... Rei? Was she watching over me? Was she showing me images of long ago? I'm starting to question what kind of fa'e she is..

When I got home, I was shocked to see not only Tsuki and Yuki covered in bandages, but to see a white-lit orb in Rei's hands from her cradle, and the rest of my pets completely frozen. I rushed over toher and picked her up. What I saw and heard next left me in awe. Her eyes weren't as cold or distant as this morning... But were slightly warm... and yet, blank. She gave me a small smile and pointed at my face. "My tourniquet", she said softly yet clearly. I looked at Yuki and Ame, with a small smirk on my face after I got over the shock, and held her in my arms. They let her listen to my Fallen CD, by Evanscence. Rei is pretty gifted and a smart girl. Somehow... with that orb, she told me that she knew what tourniquet meant, and was using it as a metaphor on me... She must think that I'm the one that who will guide her through her life... And try to save her in the end.

... I just hope she will get along with my puries before she sucks everyone's blood out. sweatdrop She just needs time to see what they have to offer, that's all...

Wow, I'm having a lot of entries in one day. o_o; But I have learned some new things about my dear Rei!

First of all, the sphere... white orb she produces in her hands can do a few things... It's quite neat. She can produce simple objects like a flower, or a ball. Rei can also use it to freeze beings where they stand... She must have frozen my pets earlier because she didn't really want anyone near her at that moment... sweatdrop Also, when I was worrying about Ame and Yuki when they went into the forest on Puri Island, she showed me where they were through it. o_o I was also thinking about how Ame and Yuki got into my baby pictures, and she showed me what happened while I was at school last friday... stare

Secondly, I realized that perhaps when she bites people and withdraws some of the blood, she learns about them. She seems to know Anya's name... Also, when she saw Tsuki again, she knew he was a puri part of the angelic line. o_o; Rei totally amazes me... But what bugs me... is.. how she knows who I am... when she hasn't even bit me? ... Maybe she is the Angel of Death reborn... who has come to watch over me.

O_O ... Her red jewel was glowing.... Oh my gosh.... I wonder what the heck that does?!
