1. Please use correct spelling and grammar (if you make one or two mistakes thats fine, I mean no one is perfect).
2. Please follow the TOS guidelines.
3. Please do not pm Uni or Chibi about donations (We love pms but we get a lot and our pm box is pretty full, If you have a question though feel free to pm Uni).
4. You must fill out the form in post 5 to get a donation (if you don't Uni will not donate to you).
5. Please don't send myself or any other workers any trades unless you are donating to one of our quests or to the charity. (Send Uni the donation)
6. Do not ask us for and item over 10k and don't ask us for gold (all the gold we get will be used to buy items for this charity). There are many charities out there that donate gold so go and ask them for gold.
7. We may only donate to you once but if the items that you want are reletively cheap we may donate to you more than once.
8. This charity will also not be giving out donation items/letters. The prices for them keep changing so we can not always be sure that they are under 10k and seeing as many people on gaia now are greedy we probably wont be able to find the items/letters for cheap.
From now on if you request a donation item you will be ignored.

To get a donation you have to be on for at least 1 week and have at least 150 posts.
10. To buy an item from the items in stock please pm Chibi or post here about it and she will get back to you as soon as she can.
11. There is no longer a rule 11.
12. If you have changed your name on gaia please tell Uni either via pm or by posting here.
If we search for you in the memberlist and can't find you then we will delete you from the waiting list.
13. We am sick of pming people just to find out what they would like cause they have already gotten the item that they have requested so if you do this from now on we will be taking you off the list.
14. From now on we will be checking your profile every week to see if you have the item that you requested. This will not be a set date so don't try to keep your name off the black list by wearing nothing.

Just because you request an item that does not mean that you shouldn't stop looking for that item. Please continue either questing for it or getting gold to buy it. We can't afford all of the items on the waiting list at the same time and we can't be on gaia 24/7 so please don't quit looking for an item. I speak english and german
16. If you are going to fill out a form we would
prefer that you pm it to
Uni. We dont want people copying the other forms and if you post rule 11 please delete it after Uni replies to your post.

Please dont request Trunks, Blue Giftboxes, or Giftboxes anymore. If you already have its ok but please don't if you haven't posted your form yet. These items change price very quickly and we don't have enough gold to buy one and I have no idea if you get one or not.
18. The list will be closed when there are 60 people on it. Please wait for the list to get smaller before requesting for an item. I'll tell you when the list is open!
