Kyashia walked toward the bar, her green eyes cast down to the ground. She absentmindedly wound a lock of her long, firey red hair around one of her fingers, allowing her mind to wander. She thought mainly of recent events: people who died by her hands, people who wanted her dead... everything just seemed to blur together lately, but perhaps, it was better for her sanity that way.

Sanity. That's what bars and taverns were for, weren't they? She laughed quietly at her own foolishness. Sanity was a dead thing at this point in time. The best she could hope for anymore was at least a half-decent night's sleep.

She finally reached the door, pushed it open a bit more than it already was, and slipped inside. The place seemed a bit shabby, but that didn't bother her. Besides, that usually meant better drinks--perhaps even better company--than most fancy, overly visited "hot-spots" scattered throughout various towns. She allowed a semblance of a small smirk to grace her lips for a brief moment as she headed further in to get a better look. She spotted Tatsu, paused for a bit, and then greeted him with a slight nod.

<center> Tatsu's head dropped in a gracefull nod, as he acknowledged her existance in the rather dead bar. As he brought his head back to a straight on stare, hair furling about his face like the dancing shadows in failing light, his blood red lips parted.

His voice slipped out in a near breathless whisper, the melody a sweet song to the ears. Each word spoken crisply, and elaborately; seemingly twisting the mind into thinking about what he was speaking.

"It is rare to find another within the walls of this place, other than myself. Welcome."

A gentle, crooked grin slipped across his lips, fitting for such a mysterious person.

"Thank you," Kyashia responded quietly as her eyes scanned over the boy before her. She could tell, with just one glance, that he had come through hell and high water in his lifetime. After her second glance, she realized he more than likely had a ways to go before he could rest. She was already looking forward to conversation with him; that is, if he was the talking sort. She guessed that they might have a few things in common.

She stretched her tiny, black dragonlike wings outward as her eyes fell on the bar counter. She tilted her head to one side, then turned back to Tatsu. "Do you work here, or are you a regular? And, I don't believe I caught your name."

<center>His ebony eyes trained themselves upon her wings, studing them with close detail- his stare seemingly calculating her features, figuring out just what stood before him. They trained themselves back to the shadows, as she spoke.

In response, his crimson lips parted once more, " I am the Co-owner of this bar, and my name is Tatsuya.

Kyashia allowed herself a small, pleasant smile. "It's a pleasure to meet you," she replied, her voice still a bit quiet. "My name's Kyashia Andolin." She turned back to the bar. "You wouldn't happen to be able to recommend something a bit strong, would you?"

<center>Tatsu's eyes shifted to the rows of bottles upon the wall, scanning through them carefully as he responded to her question thoughtfully, " Anything your little heart desires is probably up there. Just stay away from the unlabeled ones. Common practice in a place such as this- really. As for drinks, I don't have much knowledge of them, " He turned to her with his crooked grin upon his lips once more, " I was just the bouncer."

Kyashia blinked at him, confused. "Are you saying... that I can just go back there and mix myself something?" She turned her attention back to the alcohol. "That seems rather unconventional. Are you sure it's alright?"
