This is the second attempt to get this thread up and running... I decided that I wasn't willing to give up on it after all, and that I would make it a big opperation. Welcome to the thread. ^_^ Need navigation?

Earned are special pets (no not special like that...) the special thing about Earned is that they're more of a trophy than an actual pet... No matter how much money you have you can't buy one... you have to be gifted one.... and the only way to be gifted one is to do something nice for someone else... you can do it... I know you can.
There just doesn't seem to be enough happiness here. Everyday I see sad faces and 'is feeling ill' in other people's signatures... and people who 'need a break from Gaia' ... I can understand all of this, but there are good Gaians out there... out here... this is our place to relax, hang out, have a little fun.... let's make it a nice place to be.

So if you have the time, then scroll down a couple of posts and find the 'hugs' ... I know that they're cheezy and they look a little scary sometimes, but do yourself and another Gaian a favor... Copy one of the codes underneath and send a hug to someone you know.... or even someone you don't know... look for that sad face in someone's sig... they're not that hard to find *sigh*

So this is an Earned... they have no gender, and they generally come in any variety of colours with any varity of markings. ^_^ ... Since Earned have no mouths they cannot speak as you would expect, but it just so happens that they're telepathic and can communicate with all humans and humanoids. They can even communicate with most other breedables (if the owner of the breedable allows it). Earned are usually very docile, smart creatures, making them very good companions for any person with a little love to spare. ^_^

~ Can not talk, are telepathic instead.
~ Only one stage... this one.
~ No gender... not male or female
~ They only like nice people.
~ They come in all colours.
These are by no means Rp manditory, and you don't even have to step in here to get one heart

There are two main ways to give a hug... you can either give a hug to someone you know and let them know that you think about them every once in a while... or you can give a hug to a random Gaian who seems a little down. Giving a hug to a stranger is harder than giving to your friends... but it's often times just as rewarding.... be brave.... give a hug.
If you've given a hug then post here in the thread and I'll add you here to the list. Giving a hug is something you should be proud of. It's hard to express thanks and aprechiation... even general understanding over a computer connection... I thank you for making that leap ^_^.

.......Keppit is a wonderful and awesome person for, not only RECREATING this thread, but for spending the time to set it up so that it looks better than the first... And for making the Earned in general... n___n She should be sent SEVERAL of those hugs each day, because Lord knows she's earned it.
