Inside the Bloodlust
When one approaches the Bloodlust, they must descend four steps before meeting with the entrance, for the floor was built sunken into the ground. The floor of the bar is rough, stained concrete, having gotten that way due to much fighting and frolicking. The walls are made out of red brick and concrete, also stained but patched up nicely. The materials used in the construction of the bar as well as how deep the bar itself is sunken into the earth cause the air in the establishment to be somewhat cold, like a cellar in the summertime.
The bar itself is rectangular, though not terribly longer than it is wide. The ceilings are high, though not expressly so, and the beams are not covered, offering an airborne jungle gym for those inclined to use it. The bar is at the opposite end of the room as the main entrance, taking up three quarters of the width of the wall. The area behind the bar is accessed by a stone archway which is covered by strips of magenta cloth and musical golden beads. The floor behind the bar is made of a red wood, the shiny surface having been marred by a lack of care. The bar itself is made of oak, though it's been stained much darker. There are ripped, age-old band posters papering the front of the bar below the extended ridge of the counter. The stools are made of silver metal, the tops covered in black.There's a set of double doors beside the bar counter, made of dark wood and etched with symbols. Inside the door is the club, which is very rarely used. Beyond that set of double doors is another small door, leading to a narrow, winding staircase. This staircase leads to the DJ booth which is a small, enclosed area. There's a glass covered window, one side of which can be slid open.
Overstuffed couches dominate the walls, both deep red ones and black ones. Circular oak tables matching the bar dominate the room, most of which have red pillar candles on them, granting a small amount of light to the room. Above the bar, there are dim blacklights on the ceiling, enabling the bartenders sight.
Surrounding the Bloodlust
Outside of the Bloodlust is a normal large city. Warehouses surround the Bloodlust, as the bar itself is situated in a warehouse. About four miles away is a forest with a small lake in it.
