Alright, with that in mind, I'd like to welcome everyone to my little thread of discussion and so on and so forth.

Why, they're in the stores around Gaia and amongst the users, my good buddy.

Obviously, you aren't looking for what you would call 'weapons'. My point is that there are already weapons on Gaia, but people are so narrow-minded that they don't see them. You ask why? Because the culture is so determined on obvious weapons that they don't see the more casual tools of destruction that are around Gaia. I shall explain.

As you'll notice, Demonic Pitchforks have already been granted to users of Gaia via the donation item of October '04. Kinda cool huh? Now these are technically weapons seeing how they do have sharp points, are weilded in one's hands, and could be used to skewer people. Also they are all glowy and pretty. Makes a person want to go stab something, eh? But I digress. It is a weapon, as I see it and as common sense would see it.

Oh... and we have staves as well. Angelic staves/staffs (Staff of The Angels) are another weapons from the October '04 donation letter. Yep, they're considered weapons as well. The staff is a weapon more commonly used by magical characters, as you've probably guessed from common knowledge. They are a blunt weapon that can be used to bonk, smack, smash, slam, and so on and so forth people, thus... they are weapons.

A round of applause to Ailek for kindly cracking the skull of the would be interrupter. As you'll notice, he is dawning a common weapon called ... a Wooden Baseball Bat. Now this isn't just a recreational tool, nor is it a glitched appendage that resembles... erm.. *ahem* moving on. In many movies, this item has been used to bludgeon people's various body parts. Oh and how that can hurt, let me tell ya...

As you should, my friend, as you should. This here would be another commonly mistaken item. While it can hold your favorite drink, it can also be used to smack people over the heads with. You'll note in a number of movies and shows how this is done.

Quite, but this is a presentation of two other weapons: the Ice and Fire Gauntlets. Marvelous, aren't they? The Ice version would be from November '04 donation letters while the Fire version is from December of that same year. Dandy little means of destruction, aren't they? They can be formed into tough gauntlets, fiery or chilling claws, as well as flaming torches and frozen swords.
So as you can see, there are many weapons on Gaia already. Are people just not satisfied with what they are presented with already? Do they want swords, guns, bos, katanas, tantos, and so on and so forth? Darn shame that, because we already have a wide variety of weapons out in Gaia already that are potentially lethal if used in the right form. So what do you think now? Are there or are there not already weapons on Gaia?
I'll let you decide.
