5. Regretfully I announce that No Staff Member is eligible to enter any competition run by the UNC. This is to make sure they stay as fair as possible. This includes codes sent to them. Those codes will be Null and Void so they cannot eneter them in. Sorry!
6. DO NOT POST FORMS IN THIS THREAD. This causes all sorts of trouble. So please just Pm them to the Account, (UNC Account) or to White Leo.
Concerning Codes
A Code is the Small Code written at the end of a message recieved from this Charity. Please keep it safe. It is used for upcoming competitions and you will see its importance then.
1. Every code is unique. The code you recieve is yours, so only you can hold it.
2. You cannot sell, trade, give any codes to anyone else in Gaia. The only exception to that rule is if you change your accounts name. That is why I record the Id Numbers of the people who use the UNC. This is so I can find you if you win something or we need to say something.
3. If you lose your code, don't despair. Just ask me to send it out again. I have records of every code sent.
4. If you respond to the competition, as your code has won, and someone else also responds to the competition, don't worry. I know which code goes to who. The person who is faking will get on the Temporary Anti List until the apologise.
5. Any message from us regarding rule-breaking will not contain the special code. You do not get rewarded for breaking the rules.
Remember. The Codes function is not open yet. Think of it as a lottery ticket. You could win a special prize from us here at the UNC! Watch out for the near future.
Concerning UNCing
1. Please follow all instructions. Do NOT POST YOUR FORMS! Send them in to the Account (UNC Account) as a Pm to submit them.
2. The Process takes a little while, but the time varies. The best time is to send it when you see that White Leo is online. It usually is done in 10 minutes then.
3. All UNCings are recorded on a post below. There is where all of the Details belong. If any details is not correct, please contact me (White Leo) and I will sort it out for you.
4. This line is place here so I know that people have read the rules. Please copy this code into the top of your form. It is a small logo which proves you pay attention. From now on when this logo is not there, applications will be ignored.
5. The only time I do not approve an UNCing is if you try and get me to UNC a Mule Account. With mule accounts I don't know where the donation is going so that is why I check to how many posts have been done by both parties. Some people just want this fake gold so bad! Otherwise I almost always approve the nominationg (99% Pass rate)
Disclaimer
I hate having so many rules but I must keep it clear. These rules are here to keep everything in order. Please don't break them as it reflects badly on this charity. Anyone who breaks the rules will be placed on the Anti List. The ones in black can get off the list by apologising to all parties involved. The red names are permenantly banned. If they post here a moderator will be informed. So please don't bring it to that!
