Carte Blanche's Note
Short and solid, Carte Blanche's size does little to diminish her presence. Flamboyant and assertive, she believes that luck is the only authority over her. A risk-taker by nature and a gambler by trade, Blanche lives for high stakes hands and rolling roulette balls. She often claims to have a certain connection with the cards so be aware if you're mentioned in conjunction with them.
