What I want: An expansion for my home

Donated: 0 gold
I still need: 19,260 gold

Hi! My name is Duva, and I'm a Gaian Home Addict. I first encountered Gaian Homes last night, and since then, my little shack has consumed my life. I went a bit nuts and spent my meagre savings on furnishings and plants, and now I'm broke. I want to expand my house, but I have no money. That's why I made this.

I can't really call what I have a quest yet - I don't even have a sixteenth of what I need! And I don't honestly expect anyone to donate, for exactly the same reason. After all, I prefer to donate to people who've been saving up and questing for a good long time. This is more a way to keep myself entertained and focused on my goal while I save up. Otherwise, I'll end up buying more plants instead of saving...because plants are just so darn nifty.

Lets face it...it's unlikely I'm going to get donations. I don't even have a quarter of my wanted amount, and I'm sort of flippant. But I've got to keep the thread alive until I'm worth spending money on. Thus:

Gaian Stupid Experience contest!

Gaia is plagued with stupid and annoying people. Someone ought to be making gold off of them, and that's what I plan to do here. Every week, I'll reward 100 gold to the person with the most annoying Gaian experience. The winner will also go on to the monthy contest, from which they can win 500 gold and a picture of whatever I feel like drawing. I know that's not a lot of gold, but it's an amount I know I can make all on my own, without dipping in to donations.

So, what constitutes a stupid Gaian experience?

It must have happened on or be related to Gaia.
Feel free to post other dumb experiences (everyone needs to vent, after all), but only Gaian experiences will be entered into the contest.

It must be truely stupid.
I'm not talking about some hapless newbie wandering into the wrong forum and getting reamed by jerks who were just as innocent when they first joined. I mean things like obvious attempts at scams, repeated pleas for you to just give away your incredibly expensive item, and the ever popular "UR 2 cyoote! L3ts h00k up!"

Do you have any other rules?

If you want to officially enter an experience, send it to me via PM, and I'll slap it up on the contest post, which immediatly follows this one.

Trim your quotes! Nesting boxes are ugly and annoying.

I reserve the right to reject a contest entry. Duh.

I do the weekly judging. Monthly judging will be done by poll.
