Dogs possessed, these creatures often turn night-black and grow to disturbing proportions. Their eyes reflect the flames that wait beyond, and spit sizzles on their massive fangs. Shadows seem to thicken in their presence. Some Infernalists cultivate entire demonhound packs, feeding them on serfs, enemies, and careless travelers. Others have them guard worship sites or private chambers. No matter how it may appear, however, no human actually commands a demonhound; the spirit inside only bid their time, awaiting a signal from their true infernal masters...

Welcome. The above excerpt was borrowed from the Vampire: Dark Ages book by White Wolf Game Studio. The pet will be loosely based off the Demonhounds from the Dark Ages in background. However, in personality and plot, they may be nothing like the Demonhounds you might have come to know in the storytelling game.

Here, Demonhounds are demonic beasts sent from Hell to cause havoc in the world. However, they enter the world as pups which means they are found by humans and depending on the love they receive and how they are played, they may evolve to become normal pets, perhaps angelic pets, and in some cases, if their true demonic forms are brought out, they will become demonic pets. It's all in how you treat your pet.

General Rules

Colorist Rules

4. You make make a couple pets for yourselves, for free.
5. You may give one pet to a friend, for free.
6. You may sell up to four pets per flat sale. (One sale per week)
7. You may accept up to two breeding requests per week.

Stages

[Infant]: The infant stage is usually when you'll first receive your pet. They are shy but curious and cannot speak. They try to make their point across with movements. At this point, they are all innocent and pure.

[Child]: The children stage is when personality starts coming in. You can have your child nice, mean, sarcastic, rude, friendly, whatever you choose. Children can speak well and often disregards rules.

[Teen]: The teen stage is where your demonhound starts realizing what he is. They realize that they are powerful and important creatures with the purpose to bring misery to the world. Depending on the hounds previous personality, this can cause personal conflict. At the teen stages, the hounds start noticing the opposite sex and forming relationships. They cannot breed though, until they reach adulthood.

[Adult]: The adult stage is the final evolution for most DemonHounds. They have achieved their ultimate power and have made a decision about themselves and their duty. Some may choose to walk the path of evil, some may choose to walk the path of good, and some may choose to stay neutral. The good demonhounds and the evil demonhounds will naturally dislike one another so this can generate some fun drama. Adulthood is also when your demonhound can mate and breed.

Races

[Regular]: The regular Demonkin are posted above. They can be both good or evil and have a range of many personalities. They are strong and very fast on land. They can also manipulate fire and have fire magic.

[Angelic]: Some males females that have shown a truely pure heart may find themselves evolved to a higher evolution, the angel demonhound. Though they can never shake off the demonhound race name, they do prove that there's nothing demonic about them. They can fly and gain water magic. This stage is gender neutral so same lineart is used for both.

[Demonic]: Some males and females that have shown a truely evil heart may find themselves evolved to a higher evolution as well, the grand demonhound. They gain demonic wings and horns, are able to fly and gain lightning magic. Both higher evolutions are very rare. This stage is gender neutral so same lineart is used for both.

[Halfbreeds]: Halfbreeds are very rare. They can only be produced when a Demonic and Angelic Demonhound are bred together. Some may be auctioned on the side but for the most part, they will remain rare. This stage is gender neutral so same lineart is used for both. Please note that if an angel or demon breed with a regular, the babies do come out as regular. Both Angelic and Demonic rare blood is needed for the Halfbreeds.

Familiars

There are two sets of familiars. The following two are free. That means that one of them, (it's random) will come with your demonhound pet. A familiar will grant the pet an extra ability of some sort.

[Parrotah]: The Parrotah will grant the demonhound vision of the skies. This means that the hound will be able to see what the Parrotah sees as if he/she is flying with her, even though the hound will really be on the ground. They make good hunting partners as well.

[Usagiita]: The Usagiita has the ability to burrow underground and spy on enemies. The rabbit familiar is also good at reaching hard to get to locations and has a knack for disarming possible hunter traps and the like. They are basically little rogues.

The two other familiars, listed below, are only available if purchased extra or a custom Demonhound is purchased which automatically comes with the choice of any one of the four familiars. The Foxx familiar will cost 3k and the Kitteh familiar will cost 5k, the are pricey in hopes to keep them rarer.

[Foxx]: These familiars allow the demonhound to run twice as swiftly, making them near impossible to catch by the regular demonhounds. They are also very keen and alert, able to see in the night as well.

[Kitteh]: The familiars known as Kitteh allow the demonhound the ability to fly for a limited time. This ability can come in handy during tricky situations. They are also wonderful fishers as well as hunters. They are the most loyal of the familiars.

Prices

Flatsales: Flatsale price will vary based on the stage sold. Adults, since it's just one lineart colored will be cheaper, whereas a baby, which involves four linearts total will be more costly. Flatsales come with a random Parrotah or Usagiita. 

Infants: 6k
Children: 5k
Teens: 4k
Adults: 3k

Customs: Customs involve a choice of up to three colors and the option of designs as well. Owners may choose gender as well. No lineart alterations for this. Custom demonhounds come with a choice of any of the four familiars as well. Customs will generally come in the adult form. 

Customs: 15k
Custom Cosplay normal: 25k
Custom Angel / Demon / Halfbreed: 50k
Custom Angel / Demon / Halfbreed Cosplay: 100k

Breeding: Breeding is fairly simple. Two offspring come from each breeding, one to go to each parent. If you own both parents, you keep both offspring. The genders are random. It's a surprise. You do not know what you're going to get so neener neener! The babies wil come with a free Parrotah or Usagiita familiar as well. Currently breeding is only open to special editions and gen 1's, not gen 2's but mabye in the future

The card should be pretty simple and self explanatory. The familiar is the pet inside the inventory. If you want the pet named, the name can be added beside it. More info may be added here later.
