Welcome everyone to FTC my name is ChibiKuma and I wanted to try and do something nice for others so hence the start up of this charity.
I know how it is to be on a quest and to have a thread for that quest and watch everyone else get donations but it seems as though no one can see your cry for help... I was there I know how it is no one really helped me on my quests... Sure there were a few (and I thankyou) but I pretty much earned everything on my own (I own 2 shops and help out in over 5 others). Now I have a good amount of gold and I am really not questing for anything else I have my avie the way I wanted her and I have done up my house maybe some day I'll make it bigger but not any time soon. So now I will help out others with their quests. I'll will try my best to help those that I can and please don't get upset if I don't get back to you... HINT: if you stick around and chat that might give you more brownie points towards me helping you out.

First off let me just re-post that of the Charity Forum Do's and Don'ts (this is taken out of order from that which is in that thread)

Silver Archangel

1) First, if you are asking in a charity, PLEASE follow this, as it helps charity owners to know that you are dedicated to your goal, and have read the first post. What should be posted if a quester is asking for gold in a charity: what you are questing for, how much you have saved, how much the item costs, how much gold is needed to acquire said item, and a link to your quest thread if you have one!

3) OVER USE OF THE EMOTICON IS PUNISHABLE BY DEATH! It's SO annoying to have 20 of them in one post. Just don't use it!

4) Next, ALWAYS HAVE A THANK YOU IN THE RETURN SUBJECT LINE OF A TRADE. It's just common courtesy.....

5) DO NOT PM BEG!!!! It CAN'T be said enough. It's just unnerving to find a little envelope at the top of your screen, only to find out that it's a RUDE PM beg. Along with this comes the "WILL YOU SELL ME YOUR (insert item here)?????" Unless the person is offering on the exchange, they're probably not selling, so don't bother them about it.

6) I restate, use PROPER grammar, and BE POLITE! This isn't just for asking for donations; it's for everything.

And for my very simple rules:
1) Follow those above!

2) No Begging of any kind!!! not by PM or in the thread if I don't help you this might be the reason!

3) Be nice to others in the thread, please don't say anyone has no right to me here everyone is given a chance

4) There is a form at the bottom of the rules USE IT!

5) Did I mention No begging

6) I can not help everyone and I don't have to help anyone this is just something nice I wish to do and will help those I can... I pick at random and by who is following the rules the best><

7) Please to narrow down the amount of prople i cant help those who have just started out on their quest (unless they are questing for something around 1k) your quest thread must be atleast 5 pages long... and you need to show signs that you are trying very hard towards your goal.

cool Do not PM me for any reason! I don't need my box overflowing with stuff if you have any questions ask them in the thread!!!

How much you have saved
How much the item costs
A link to your quest thread if you have one!

exclaim you may list more then one item if you wish the item you want most I will need the complete filled out form for..... Any other items I will need to know their name and price exclaim

1. Familiarize yourself with FTC by reading over the main page get to know the rules and such

2. Go ahead and start helping out at FTC; Donate to the charity and or others

3. Get to know your fellow Helpers; talk with myself and other members and get to know everyone

4. Ask Me (ChibiKuma) through PM to become a FTC helper and once given the OK sumit a brief Bio (name, jobs, hobbies...ect)

-Be helpful and courteous. Try your hardest to not do or say anything rash until you absolutely have to. if I am not around and a news flash was posted and others don't seemd to be following it KINDLY fill them in on what is going on

- if you dont know how to handle a question first read over the front page then if that question is still not answered feel free to ask one of the other staff members...

- Do not accept PMs from requesters unless you have a personal deal with them. Accepting PMs encourages flooding of everyone's message box.

- There isn't a set time nor a set span of time for the Owners to get to requests. Please advise requesters to be patient.

- If someone is abusing the thread and/or being rude you are free to PM me if you are unable to handle them yourself (kindly)
