Hello! This is my 100 million gold lotto! Have you been needing gold for a long time? Did you ever desire to get over 1 million gold? Do YOU want to be the next Gaian millionaire? Now's your chance to participate and win over 1 million gold!

All the rules for the contests will be listed here. The rules will also be listed again in the contest post, just in case anyone passed them up. Here's a key to what you may come across:

Anything in Bold Red means this is HIGHLY important. Breaking a rule in red gets you on the Blacklist.

Anything in Bold Violet means this rule has been updated or recently added.

Anything in just Bold is also important. It's information you might not want to miss out on.


Basic Ground Rules:

1. Begging for gold is not allowed.

2. ABSOLUTELY NO MULES!!!!!! This goes for ALL contests.

3. No spamming, cybering, stretching the page, swearing or flaming others. It's rude.

4. If you end up on the Blacklist, you are banned from participating in ALL chances to win. Also, if you bought tickets, and you were Blacklisted, not only can you not win the lottery, but you don't get refunded if I shut down the lottery.

5. Prizes will be given out once ALL slots are filled.

6. Please don't advertise. If you want to link banners, PM me with your link. There is no cost to link banners, but just as long as you link back. (:

7. Please type literately. If you don't type properly, please type the best you can so we know what you're trying to say. This also includes typing in CAPS lock as well. It gives the impression that you're shouting at everyone.

8. Do NOT quote ANY of the first page's posts! It takes up space in the lotto and it is unwanted. If you do this, Da Artist will PM you and ask that you edit your post in 24 hours. Failure to comply after 24 hours results on the Blacklist and a possible moderator report.

9. If you change your username, PM me and let me know so I can edit the slots! If you win a prize but I cannot locate you by your old username, the prize will go to somebody else!


Bumping Rules:

1. ABSOLUTELY NO MULES!!!!!! This goes for ALL contests.

2. NUMBER YOUR BUMPS. You cannot multi-bump in one post. An example of multi-bumping in a post is below:


3. If you are caught cheating by skipping or multi-bumping, you are automatically disqualified from winning the bumping prize. Don't say I didn't warn you. I'm always watching the bumps. 3nodding

4. If you bump, but don't number your bumps, they won't count towards the bumping prize.

5. The first bumper to reach 4000 bumps wins 1st place, no questions asked. The runner-ups will get 2nd and 3rd place prizes.

Lottery/Ticket Rules:

1. ABSOLUTELY NO MULES!!!!!! This goes for ALL contests.

2. You can buy as many tickets as you desire.

3. NO REFUNDS. Unless I shut down the lotto. gonk

4. Tickets are 2g a piece. There are 99 million slots.

5. Winners will be chosen using Gaia's Random Number Feature. Once all tickets are sold, I will post using the random number feature, along with the category of that prize. This is fairer than using randomizer and it prevents participants thinking that the winners are being chosen unfairly.

6. Send the trades to Da Artist (The lottery mule) with the subject "100 million lotto". If you don't label the title "100 million lotto", or something along those lines, I will cancel the trade without question. The reason I want Da Artist to hold the gold is so I won't be tempted... >>;

7. When ALL slots are filled, the prizes will be given out.

8. If you won a prize, but your ticket is chosen a 2nd time in Randomizer, it won't count, and I'll randomize again. Same goes for the other ranks. The reason is because I want as many people to win as possible. 3nodding An example is having your ticket chosen for the 1st and 2nd place prizes for the 100 million gold. You will win the 1st prize, but not the second.

Raffle Rules:

1. ABSOLUTELY NO MULES!!!!!!This goes for ALL contests.

2. If you buy 1000 tickets or more, you'll earn a spot for a chance to win the raffle.

3. You can only have ONE spot in the raffle.

4. The benefit of the raffle is like a second chance lottery. If you don't win the 100 million gold, the raffle gives you a second chance to win over a million gold if you earn a spot. So, in a way, you earn a spot in the raffle AND the lottery.

5. However, IF you do win the 100 million gold lottery, you can't win the Raffle Prize. I want as many people to win as possible. 3nodding The purpose of the raffle is for those that want a second chance to win lots of gold if they didn't get their ticket chosen the first time.

6. The first 25 people that buy over 1000 tickets will earn a spot in the raffle. Basically, there are 25 raffle spots.


Avatar Contest Rules:

1. ABSOLUTELY NO MULES!!!!!! This goes for ALL contests.

2. To get a spot in the contest, buy 500 or more tickets for the lottery. Buying 500 tickets will get you a spot in the avatar contest automatically.

3. You can only enter the avatar contest ONCE.

4. Before you buy your tickets, make sure your avatar is creative and original. Once you buy the 500 tickets, your current avatar will be used for the contest.

5. You can change your avatar ONCE after you buy 500 tickets.

6. For voting, PM Da Artist with the NUMBER the avatar in the contest is assigned to. I'm not going to bother with polls.**Voting begins when ALL avatar slots are filled!

7. The first 20 people that buy over 500 tickets will earn a spot in the avatar contest. Basically, there are only 20 spots in the avatar contest.

8. The users in the contest can vote for themselves ONCE.

Avatar Art Contest:

1. ABSOLUTELY NO MULES!!!!!! This goes for ALL contests. (No mule accounts can send in any artwork)

2. Only draw the selected avatars that I request. (Posted in the Avatar Art Post)

3. If you want a higher chance of winning the art contest, I suggest you color it. 3nodding

4. Drawings should either be in GIF, JPG, or PNG format. If you can't convert your art to any of the listed formats, still send the art to Kelti and let her know so she can convert it for you. :3

5. I'm not going to be really strict on dimensions, but I prefer the drawing to be limited at 800 x 800. If it slightly goes over that, I'll accept it. For the size, make sure it's no more than 250 KB. If you can't resize your art to required dimensions listed above, still send the art to Kelti and let her know so she can resize it for you.

6. You can send in as many works as you desire.

7. Send art pieces to Kelti!

8. The art contest ends when all the lottery slots are filled!

9. Okay, listen up. My guidelines for what you can't draw ARE VERY STRICT, so read the following carefully! If you violate ANY of these guidelines, then you'll be banned from winning the Art Contest, possibly ending up on the Blacklist, depending how gruesome the art or how badly you violated the rules:

I, as the lotto holder, hold the right to change the rules, cut down lottery slots, and adjust the prizes without notification and only if necessary. I have the right to shut down the lottery for any reason need be. I cannot guarantee that this lotto will finish, but I will, to the best of my ability, make this lotto a wonderful experience for you all who participate. And, if this lotto is shut down, and you won a prize (To the donators and bumpers), I am in your debt, and I am sorry if you do not receive your prize, but I will, to the best of my ability, repay you for your generous efforts.
