1/30/05: Once again, taking more time than the others, Sabith's grown into a teen.
1/31/05: Well, Sabith's finally come out, a little later than usual. And it's quite obvious that he's not humanoid as the rest are...
1/24/05: The arrival of the strangest Sepia yet was today. We walked out of the closet that had the secret passageway in it, and then the first thing we saw was this story excerpt, and a note saying 'for Sabith'.

So strange...this Sepia's name is Sabith. Maybe whoever delivered the Sepia didn't mean the actual human Sabith, but we gave him to the human Sabith anyway...
Personality
Growing older hasn?t made Sabith any more friendly with humanoids, save for a select few. He spends more time alone and grows extremely angry and irritated whenever someone bothers him while he wants to be by himself. One of the only things that interests him is experimenting with his powers of being able to control fire, but he tries to hide this power from everyone else. He has grown more curious about many things, but his curiosity is mostly on the strange powers that Sepias have.

Sabith's definitely not human. I think we can all agree on that. Though what he is we are unsure. Whether he's some sort of alien to the Sepia world, or just one of their species...guess we'll have to ask him. Though it doesn't seem like he wants to hold a conversation with anyone anytime soon...

Also, Sabith seems to have this disliking for humans/humanoids, though why, we don't know that either.

Xyn finally decided to lock me in a small closet... untill I agreed to do this anyways... So here, happy now...?

<center>Well, back in Sepia, just a little before the rains came, me and the rest of the Pariah... We were all bathing ( which is why I came into this new world naked >< ) in the cold lake behind Master Kiharou's home and lands. The lot of us were mostly under the age of 22 years, with a couple around age 30, and one that was about 45. Of course, that isn't certain cause you tend to lose track after the years go by I'm told. But the Master was in the hot spring about a fourth of a mile away, and his guardsmen were keeping watch.

The rains were coming in the distance, though they went un-noticed for a while. But then we noticed the trees begin to move in oddly a ways off. When they came closer, the earth began to rumble below us. A couple of the others stepped out of the lake and looked over to the spring where the Master was. He began to hastily run out of the spring which was turning a strange red color...

As we watched, the ones who got out pointed to the spring and suddenly shouted "Rumo Cred!! Dra cbnehk ec anibdehk myjy!" and for those of you who dont understand, basically that lava was shooting from the spring. The Master had forced his way through the water and now him and his guards were dashing away as fast as they could.

They made it about 15 yards... The lava shot out of the spring. It shot as if a shrapnle had exploded. A piece struck the Master across the face and his skin began to melt from the bone. He shrieked in horror and pain, but then more lava shot out until the Master and his guards had died, though most of them was still lying around... even though most of the flesh was gone...

A smile spread across all our faces... But then the danger was drawing closer to us. All of the humanoids emediatly stood up and ran. I guess they were a lot like the Master in the end... foolish. Delaying the enevitable is pointless, expecially if its only for a minute or so.

The rains came closer now and me and the other three that are of my race, which were the only ones left, swam out to the center of the chilly lake. The other two boys were around my age, one slightly older, one slightly younger. The girl though was around 19, and she had us all hold hands. We did so, and sure enough, a lot of the worry went away. She told us to hold our breath and then took us down about 10 feet. She began to speak to us using her manna and led us in a prayer to guide the souls of the dead to heaven.

When we looked up again at the surface, the rain was hitting it and dark swirls were spiraling down towards us. She brought us all close and hugged us tight. I heard her let out a small cry, and a red tear, mixed into the water, sifted past my eyes... Then nothing... nothing at all...

I miss her now... She was the one person I ever liked. Now I have no one. No one worth my time any ways. I just wish I was with my own race again... or with her anyways...</center>

Backround

Sabith is a young child of one of the major minority race of Sepia. During a war about 147 years back, called 'War of the Welfare' by the humanoid race, and 'Shariea Nurah' by his race, meaning along the lines of 'Hunt and Massacre'. In this 'war', the humanoid Sepians raged a war on his race. They're excuse was that they were plotting rebelion. But the real truth is that they couldn't stand the race on account of their prolonged life compared to their own, and their ability to surpass the humanoids in wisdom. So the humans decided they didn't want them and began to massacre them.

Now Sabith's race is a peaceful one and few ever cause serious harm to another living creature. But the humans whiped out 99.3% of Sabith's race during that war. Only .2% of those actually faught back against the humans. But believe this; when a human encounters one of these that are willing to fight, the hell brought apon the poor humans is unimaginable.

Though there was no chance for the peaceful civilization to keep it's way of living. Having only human officials in the government, there was no one to stand up for them. The 'War' went on for 13 years, the humans burning the villages and killing all of the race. Women and children too, not just the men. But eventually, one human was able to convince the government that it wasn't a great idea to kill them all off. Their abilities and wisdom would be very useful. So instead of killing them, they were all put into the lowest class of society. Any land they had was taken from them and no one would hire them for their abilities, except the healers. They were the only ones who got out of the lowest class.

All of the others were forced to slavery having no other way to live. That was the only way they could survive. They were cheap slaves for the slave owners for sure, on account of they only needed water, and most of them had a great deal of endurance. Some were just used for physical labour. Other who had special abilities would become the family healer, or would warm the house or waters for their owners if they could control fire. The ones who controled wind would keep the area around the house free of terrible winds, or could make just a slight breeze.

Many of these people began to change over time. Their ways of being a peaceful race began to fade and the urge for violence replaced it. They were now willing to fight for their freedom. And many of them did. They began to rebel, killing their masters and their families. When this happened, the authorities would sentance the three most responsible for the killing to death, the others would be beaten and separated. And because they were all enslaved so long, the languages became altered and much different. Communications between the new slaves and old was almost impossible.

Over time, many humans were killed, but so were many of the small lasting race. Some of them still rebeled, others just stayed quiet. But then, one the world was noticable on the brink of death.

The rains that came would destroy everything. Some of the minorties called it 'Ginaki Roue', or 'Satan's Rath'. Other's said it was 'Sevion Serana' meaning 'God's Cry'. Some thought that God wanted to finish off the small race and kill them one and for all. Others said God was killing all of the humans for their evil deeds. But both races were suffering, regardless how they looked at it. And when the rains became more focused, they realized that there was not much time left for their enslavement. They welcomed the rains as a passage to the new life. A new life away from the hell bound humans.

I, for one, am surprised anyone has been able to grow on me so much that I actually like them...

|Raith|: Still a mischievous, cuning and arrogent teenager, Raith is able to push Knife's buttons till she explodes. Raith is also kind in his own way and rather funny too. Maybe not to everyone, but I have seen these sides of him. Raith may be my best friend in this whole damn world, but thats not so bad...

|Knife|: Knife is strong willed and bright-eyed. Her conflict with the other Sepia have yet to cease though I don't know if she actually sees them much. I haven't seen her in a while, and usually when I do, it's not for very long. I really do miss her, I admit. I've only felt that I've liked someone this much once before. But she, my best friend, died on Sepia...


|Bane|: Bane is a caring teenager that's been torn in many directions. He is very kind and caring but doesn't also move along that smoothly. Because of disputes mostly with Jani, hes moved onto someone else... But who he chose kinda shocked me. But I like Bane, hes nice to me, and I was nice to him. So we talked and now I know more than I might like to, but whatever.


[Most not-hated]
Wow... If any of you are in this catagory, I, for one, am shocked. I don't like you but I actually dont hate you. What a concept!

[Raith]: Very straight to the point, and actually decently intelligent. He is much quicker to adapt to these new surroundings than the others and has become deeply involved in the futuristic technology. He makes the others suffer, which makes me happy. Good job Raith, keep being a jerk!

[Raith]: Raith is now an adult, and we don't get to talk much. But still, I do like Raith much more than most others... He was my first friend on this damn world and I still believe I can talk to him if I want an intelligent conversation.



[Brenda]:
She's lazy, I hardly ever see her and I haven't heard much about her. Good job, You have yet to make me hate you. >_>


[Knife]: Knife is a hard-headed, quick tempered, angry and mostly solitart young individual. But she can also be kind-hearted, content and cheerful... though usually only when she isn't around other Sepia... After having a couple of talks with her in the tunnels, she began to grow on me... I even entrusted her with a very limited ability to control fire, even though it will where off in a couple weeks...

[Bane]:
Bane seems nice enough and has a tendancy of keeping to himself... I don't know though, there is something about him that makes me feel uneasy and angered when I'm around him... But then he also seems rather kind at some points... He has feelings toward Jani I think... I haven't been here as long, but he seems really protective of her, but what ever...
So here he is, rather close to neutral...

[Dis-liked]
Here are the ones I don't like to be around... Realize, there are worse than these certain aquaintances.

[Hashi/Hammer]: Hammer is a loud blond haird girl who has an intrest in Machina/Technology. She like hitting things with her hammer, which makes a lot of noise, which makes me un-happy... That's Why I don't like her very much...

[Knife]:
Knife is a misunderstood individual who is short tempered and easily angered, but good enough at heart. She has stabbed Raith twice in the past, but one was out of a natual reaction to protect herself... So that was whoever shoved Raith's fault... She still is not that favored though... But I cannot help but like her more than I used to.

[Aleah/Dahring]:
This is the stupid Sepia who obsesses over the spastic retard Jani. He is always tickling her giving her gifts... He is an idiotic Sepia, plain and simple.

[Le Fromage]:

I dont know much about her, but she bugs me more than Brenda does. I don't know her personality, but I still dislike seeing her around the shop. So feh.

[Dawn]:

Happy... innocent... clueless... obnoxious (Strike). Dawn is a 'Goddess' apparently... (Strike) She is always happy and talkitive and thinks everything in the world can be good and nice(Strike). I don't know why I can't hate her more...

Ugh... Loud, obnoxious, incapable of shuting the hell up... She is a trouble maker at times and a stupid sepia who is easily distracted by shiny things and treasure. For some reason, Bane and Dahring obsess over her... Frankly, there are better people out their to obsess over... a LOT better... Why cant she be more like Raith?



~Kanjii~:
A human aquantance. She is loud, obnoxious, pushy, easily angered, bad tempered and plain 'n plain evil. I gave her a chance in the tunnels, but all she did while looking for Knife is b***h. And when she found Knife, she bitched. And when we were leaving the tunnels, she bitched. When we got out of the tunnels, she bitched at Xyn about the rent. I hate her. Stab yourself in the eye with a pitchfork stupid b*****d...



~Zefster~:
Stupid Human. I don't hate her as much as Kanjii, but they both piss me off. She is just around to be around. I doubt anyone actually enjoys her company. Go shoot yourself. b***h.

Another rediculously retarded human. She sleeps and lets her Sepia roam for the most part. She is lazy and uncaring of her Sepia as far as I'm concerned. Of course she would object and say she loves her Sepia. Well I say you may love him, but not enough to stay awake with him. She is full up to her ears in bullshit. And if she went and killed herself, I would have a much better opinion of her. One, she would have an excuess for sleeping, two, she couldn't help but not watch her Sepia and, three, she would be dead and the world would be better.

Ooooh I hate this b***h so much. She is a lot like Kanjii. Only she has LESS self control, MORE of a temper and access to weapons. I gave her a gem-stone from Sepia to settle the bad -Leiaro- between us. Scince lero is a term not known to much outside of the lowest of low classes, it means basically tention, i guess... It is hard to explain. But anyways, she is still rotten to the core. Go shove a blade in your eye you stupid-a** b***h.

{DAHRING!}: This guy is a lousy, good-for-nothing- jackass. One, he is a complete b*****d who bit Bane's arm, two, he wasn't enough of a man to except Bane's truce when it was offered, three, hes a damn hover... He is a complete moron in every way and I cannot find the good in him. Rot. In. Hell.

This Sepia just bugs the living hell out of me. He is stupid Sepia with a half-cent brain. He is quiet and shy most of the time, but when he breaks out of his shell he turns into a ******** who tries to make things right and be a good soul. He isn't as bad as Aleah, but he is close. Go ******** yourself. Dipshit.

These are the people who need to rot in some obscure corner of the world and die... the world would be much better without these bastards...

Aleah|Dahring/: This Sepia... My God, I hate him. He is a whiny a** punk who bitches about his problems and then goes off and gets wasted. Wow. He is still obsessed with Jani and is a complete jerk to Bane. I seriously wish this guy would just die... No I take that back, death is to good for him...

In this catagory are some people who I have mixed feelings about. I could possibly like them the most out of all the people, but I could hate any of them as much as I hate Zefster and Kanjii and whoever I ranked lower than that group.


*Hashi*: Hashi... She has a wierd effect on me. Somehow, I opened up to her and told her about myself a little. I ended the conversation before she learned to much of me. She seems... odd... She makes me uncomfortable, but also she seems like the once small, tiny slice of me that was missing ever sence leaving Sepia. I don't quite know what that is, but it's sort of like my old identity...It makes no sence that she should have this effect on me eitherway though. I just... don't... know...


*Xyn*: This is my caretaker. He lives with Kanjii but somehow still managed to come out a kind, nice and fun person. But he is also very odd. He bickers with Kanjii a lot and then defends her when I tell him what a b***h I think she is. He seems like two completely different people meshed together on most issues. So I dont know how I feel about him.


[Whatever...]
I don't know enough about these people to care to right something down. So they can go kill eachother and I wouldn't mind, but don't worry... It's only a good suggestion.

Well, Sabith has yet to reveal himself... I wonder whats wrong? I asked around and the others seemed to have come out of hiding far quicker... but I'm sure he will come soon. I can't wait to show him around. The more I think about having a kid of my own, the more fun it seems like this is gonna be. Plus, someone can knock some sence into that Raith.

None the less Im sure the wait will be worth it. I have memorised his story... It's terrible that he is part of a slave-like class. I just hope he gets along with the others semi well. His story said he was 'apathetic' and that he never really had anyone to care for him, so in turn he never cared for anyone... That does worry me slightly... But I'm sure it will all be alright.

"Okay... well this is a rather odd perdicament... Some how I have arrived on this planet called 'Earth' according to a human, who I just found out to be my guardian, named Sabith. That's the wierd part. How did I come to be watched over by a human creature that has the same name as me? Well, whatever... That isn't important.

My first moments on this planet were rather... lets say terrible. When I came concious I was sitting on a bed (which was a lot more comfortable than the 'beds', if you could call them beds that is, that I'm used to. The human Sabith walked into the room and emidiately turned to the corner of the room and began to dig through some draws. I thought he was grabbing for a whip, on account of thats what my old master used to reach for every damn second so he could whip me and his other workers...

Anyways, I let out a small whimper and he looked at me over his shoulder. He had a look of pity on his face, which (1) angered me beyond belief on account of I hate when bastards pity me, and (2) made me feel more settle on account of ******** who whip you don't show pity, more like enjoyment. *grunt*

So I just sat there and stared at him digging in his draws untill he threw an undergrament, shorts (which went half-way down my shins) and a shirt that had a wing on it right in my face. I scowled at him and wondered why he threw clothes at my face and still hadn't turned around. He told me to hurry up and dress. That's when I noticed that I was completely exposed. Embarassment... Humiliating...
Anyways, I hurried and dressed int the clothes he provided me.

He then turned and began to talk to me. He said that none of the 'others' were like me. Of course he ment my race, and of course that is reasonable thing to say (but thats another story for another time). So he continued to ask me questions which annoyed me rather quickly. So I told him so. He grinned and nodded.

He took my hand and pulled me out the door where he began explaining various things to me which I still have no ******** clue about. I have yet to meet the 'others' and I don't wish to. All other Sepias are bastards. Thats the truth. They can all go rot in hell for what my opinion is worth. But he insisted that I meet them sometime, and since he is bigger than me, I guess I have no choice.

But one of the ones he told me about, Raith or something, seemed to catch my attention. He said that Raith's goal in life was to ruin everyone elses. That all he did all day all the time was go out of his way to piss off everyone he came in contact with... Especially a loud-mouthed, assertive red-head who's name I can't remeber.

I think I'm going to hate Raith less than the others.

" *Yawn* Still tired, but here I am, making another entry. Last night while a lot of the other Sepia's were here, the loud-mouthed red-head stabbed Raith with a knife she had gotten for a 'valentine'. Xyn tried to explain this 'Valentines' day thing to me. Sound like something for couples... In other words, its a dumb-s**t holliday.

So yeah, the red-head stabbed Raith and he was bleeding pretty bad... I wish he woulda bled till he died, but oh well. He continued to make smart-a** remarks. But as he walked past the door of Xyn's room where I was, I heard him moan slightly and mumble to himself, so I guess he really was hurt. There is a bloody stain on the carpet too, which hasn't been cleaned up.

Xyn wants me to make 'friends' with the others. -Grunt- I refuse though. I made their aquaintance and that was a lucky break for him. I wish to have nothing to do with the other Sepias but Xyn is really wishing I would make friends. The only one I would consider to make friends in a Jui-rei moon is Raith, just cause I want him to make the others suffer some more... But even Raith would be a dashed hope most likely.

'Ugh... I feel terrible. I do want the others to go and kill eachother... but it doesn't feel right for me to act harshly on them. So from now on, I'll try to leave that to Raith. But I was really harsh on Knife. So I slipped her my special gem-stone, Yui-wo, hoping it would make up for it. I don't care if she hates me, but a bad deed should be paid with a good one. The stone will make her feel warm if she is kind and understanding to those around her. If not, it will bring in cold to her. That's probably why I gave her that stone... It was making me freeze.

She ran off really quickly, but I'm sure she will find the stone next time she baths. But whatever... I just hope Raith finishes his appology soon so he can screw everyone else over. Once Xyn hears about this, I am so ******** though...'

'Ugh... Tired, cold... half deaf... Well, I'm finally out of the tunnels... It was cold... very cold. And Kanjii couldn't shut up. Not that her curses were really directed toward anyone most of the time. Once she shut up for five minutes I had to ask her if she was okay... She snapped at me coldly and said 'fine'... I didn't talk to her again for fear of my life.

And once we found Knife, oh the fun that started. Her and Kanjii yelled back and forth at each other for the longest time. Then when Knife came close, Kanjii hooked her cloak with her pitchfork, which she somehow proded from Sabith's fingers I guess, and carried Knife out on her back.

I walked next to them for about a minute. Then Knife gave me the most wicked glare I've every had the misfortune of seeing... So from there on out, I stayed quite a few steps behind them, all the while Knife was glaring at me.

So then I headed straight to Xyn's room and plopped down on the bed. Before I fell completely asleep, I heard Raith pounding on the door... Knife musta locked him in there or something. But I didn't care so, I went to sleep and all was still terrible.'

'This sucks... More Sepia's are coming here and that means more annoying brats to put up with. But one thing that's been bugging me is why Xyn lives at the shop with Kanjii but no one else does... I've heard Xyn and Kanjii bicker back and forth and sometimes even start yelling.

Kanjii has a tendancy of calling Xyn a free-loader... Then he always shouts that he helps pay for rent or something like that... but whatever... Kanjii then accuses Xyn of not appreciating her cooking and that he takes advantage of a free meal. Then he critisizes her cooking and blah blah blah...

Usually after they fight, the both just go into separate rooms and pout like little kids... But Kanjii isn't what you would call a great chef... I like Xyn;s cooking a lot more, on account of, it doesn't taste like grease with pieces of plastic mixed in... But their constant bicker bugs me more than Raith ever has... or even the other Sepia's for that matter...'

'That new Sepia, Hashi or something, managed to make me dig up some of my past for the others to see... and infront of Raith too... I don't know why I did that. Any other time I would just blown her off. I don't know...

I'm going off to the tunnels for a while. That way I can have some time to myself to burn off my manna playing with fire... But that brings me to something else... Raith's manna pools have been extremely low whenever he plays with that stupid surfboard of his... And when he used it to much once, I heard that he acted nice...

Back in Sepia, when people were low on manna, they just felt drowzy and when they went to sleep, almost all their manna was completely restored. Me and the others that were with me back in Sepia had to learn to read the manna signs in order to know when we could kill the master of the home. But know, the manna pools dont recharge until emptied for some reason...

So as long as no one finds me in the tunnels, I shouldn't even notice the effect that drained manna would have on me... If any that is. But better safe than sorry I guess.'

'The fire... It's amazing... the way it flows around itself and constantly reaches for the heavens... It's beautiful light casts the most amazing shadows I have ever seen... And the way it stands out in this dark place... Amazing... Purely amazing...

The way I can swirl it around my arms, or form it is great... I can make it dance across the walls or onto some of the torches around me... Then the fire from those can dance with fire I already have...It's warmth is so comforting that I've forgoten where I am... But I don't mind....

I just wanna play with the fire a little longer... and no more Master to tell me what to do... The fire... it's so care-free... It reminds me of... her... She was amazing like the fire... I miss her... So I have to play with the fire to keep her with me... Yes, the fire will keep her with me... It's never failed me before...'

' Oh... my... God...
Sabith has been missing for days and I have been searching for him for an eternity! He is nowhere in the shop and no one in town has reported seeing an Alien so he must be in the tunnels... I've searched there for hours on end but there is just no end to them!

That kid is driving me nuts! As soon as I find him, I'm straping him to the coat rack in the shop and never, ever letting him off... I'm going back to the tunnels now for another ten hours of hell...'

'How odd... yesterday Knife and Sabith came down into the tunnel. And then they left. I don't understand what they were doing. But I did make Knife a valentine out of the fire I was weaving. Now it's a nice, cool green colored gem, almost transparent. I hope she likes it.'
