Anyway, this is old news, but... Valora Voldemort won our auction with a HB of 23 mil! Yay, and stuff. :3
Okay, and on another note, we're planning a slot-opening party, or something. To get life back into the thread, you know? Uhm. I'll get back to you when I actually know more about it. o o;

We had been pondering the acceptance of these two outstanding artists for quite some time. Unfortunately, the spots were already full, and we were at a loss on what to do.
The freeing of two spots, previously occupied by bw-inc and Korryn prompted us to finalize our invitation for Cassiah and Finni. *__*; Or something. Whatever, who cares about the stupid politics! Let's just party. XD;

We all mourn... the departure of two artists, dear to our hearts. u__u; Their names wereare Korryn, and bw-inc. They were beautiful, loveable people. It is only too sad that they decided to leave us. ;__;
We wish them luck on their future endeavours... blahblahblah... BYE-BYE GUYS! note: Please do not ask us about the two open spots. That's rude and inconsiderate of you. &&;

On page 666, we will be offering a freebie for every single post on that page. If you post more than once, then it is the artist's decision whether to give you another freebie, or grant it to someone else. Just to be fair.
RESULTS
After much discussion, the list of freebie recipients on Page 666 has been revised. The reason why some people were bumped are stated below. The people who are replacing them are pulled in order from page 667, for fairness. General reasons for being kicked is that you have not frequented this thread enough times to be fairly given a freebie, that has been promoted (within the thread) for quite some time now.

Mission, monks, get it? *ducks*
Here at Kellion, our goal is to create an environment where artists can enjoy working on Gaia, at their own pace and on their own terms. Kellion is a co-operative art shop. All members are total equals, with the same powers and privileges. We value fairness and respect our artists not merely as incredibly talented and creative people, but also as human beings. Furthermore, we respect our customers and all the potential Kellion artists out there.
Rules
1. All artists in Kellion are equals.
2. All Kellion artists have the right to decline any commission for any reason and need not give their reason.
3. New artists must be voted in by 3/4ths of the current membership. Members may abstain or vote nay and need not cite any reason for doing so.
4. Artists are listed in order of joining. If someone leaves, everyone else will be bumped up and the last spot re-filled.
5. No flaming, whining, or complaining in the thread.
6. All artists have access to the shop mule.
7. Any time someone posts with the shop mule, s/he must SIGN their post so everyone knows who has posted.
8. Don't abuse your muling rights! Don't mess with posts by other artists. (But we're all friends here, so this shouldn't be a problem!)
9. Artists set their own prices and may change them at any time without notice, BUT once an artist has accepted a commission for a certain price, s/he is obligated to complete it for that price.
10. Artists can edit the topic title when they have something to announce, like an auction or open commission slots.
11. Prices given are the -minimum- price an artist is willing to accept. Some artist will accept items; the value of the items must equal or exceed the price listed. It can't be even 1g short.

Q: Are you taking applications? Can I apply to join?
A: We're not taking them at this time, but we'll announce when we are and everyone will be very well-informed. Right now, we're still setting stuff up and we're only considering people by word of mouth. But if you hang around in our thread, we might notice you... Just please don't post any formal applications or PM them right now!
Q: Why "kellion"?
A: Because Rik has a magic book, and any time she needs to get a name for something, she opens the book up randomly and plops her finger down. It never fails. I mean, how strange is it that she was looking for a name for a group of artists and landed on a word meaning a group of monks? Or even a group of people at all? Her magic book is a Random House Unabridged Dictionary published in 1983, and she swears it's the finest dictionary of all time.
Q: Who's going to be in that reserved spot??
A: Normally, a reserved spot indicates we have invited someone but not yet heard back from them. We won't tell you, sorry! If they accept, you'll find out, and if they decline, well, we'll consider someone else. smile
