He'd never done anything like this before so he wasn't sure his ideas were right, but he figured it couldn't hurt to suggest them at the very least. With a nod and a smile Taren took both Carmelita paw and Scarlet's hand. Looking about he waited to see if the others who were coming down the path were going to hold hands as well.

"Hello, Naiy." Taren nodded a welcome. "We're just getting ready to go into the fog. I thought it might be a good idea to hold hands as we walk through so no one gets lost."

"Hello Peril, I'm Taren and you're just in time." The coba grinned at Peril his golden eyes bright with enthusiasm for the coming journey. "I was just telling Naiy here," Taren motioned toward Nary with a tilt of his head, "that we've decided to hold hands so we can make it through the fog without loseing anyone."

Taren's tail swished back and forth like a metronome as the lively coba waited for everyone to find a hand to hold onto. While there were plenty of Arupan back home in the comfortable cavern he called home there hadn't really been anything so exciting as a mountian or a mist shrouded path. He couldn't wait to find out what the golden X might be. Since none of his brothers or sisters had come along for the adventure he'd definatly have a story to tell with this was all over.

"I doubt there's a song we would all know, so how about we humm as we walk? That way we'd still be able to hear everyone as we go, but we wouldn't have to try to sing something we were unfamiliar with?"
