M'trin: Coming soon...

Reindeer:
Reindeer M'trin are awefully cute. Similar to M'trin except in that they have antlers! This makes them even more dangerous than your average M'trin. In a fight or hunt they have not only teeth and feet, but sharp pointy antlers. Don't be fooled, they still eat meat, much to the confusion of the deer who sees them.
Where they came from it isn't certain, but paintings on the walls of long forgotten caves depicts M'trin mating with deer at the begining of time before predator and prey had even been established. Because of their differences these reindeer prefer to stay in one pack. Though there is a tale of one joining with a pack of M'trin and taking one for its mate.

Akira looked around and sniffed, putting her head up in the air. She looked around, and saw almost no one. She liked it. She went off to a hill to climb it, and explore. She stuck her head in some bushes, and she also stepped on it. She went farther and farther away from where she was originally.

Kyo immediately went over to a rock and sat proudly on it. He was acting like he owned this whole area. To him, it was his land. Not anyone elses. Anyone who offended him or anyone he liked, would pay.

Feather rolled around in the snow on her back for a few moments. Deciding the dirt was now thoroughly dead she sprang up and dashed off through the trees. Running and running with no particular destination. The shadow of a raven fell across her path and she turned sharply to follow it. Landing in the middle of the lake the raven assumed it was safe from Feather. Sadly it was wrong. Leaping in Feather sent water spraying in every direction. She lept for the bird and when it got to deep she ended up swimming. The bird took flight and Feather was left preyless in the water. This did not dampen her spirits however, as she discovered splashing and swimming were a very fun combination.

Sniffing the ground Odin began to wander the perimeter creating trails. Thinking he saw movement his head and ears shot up. Realizing there was indeed something there he left his trail to run down this his new found prey.

Staying close to Fure was something Renz considered, yet being left behind by the other M'trin wasn't. This was also something she considered unacceptable. Running through a bush she soon forgot which direction Feather and Odin had gone in. She wandered past many bushes and soon found a large clump of rocks that were, in her mind, far more fun than cahsing Feather any old day.

Watching the 'three dumb mutts', as she called them. disappear Aki decided if they should happen to fall off a cliff it wouldn't be a loss. Springing onto a tree limb she looked for nests of birds with hatchlings she could eat. Yet as the cold of snow bit at the tough pads of her feet she was reminded that it wasn't the time from nestlings. With a face that could be te essence of evil she trudged on advancing in the tree's hieght.

Pharoah wandered around aimlessly, his nose to the ground. He went left and right as he explored every bit of new land. After a few more sniffs, he stopped and looked up to see Feather splashing around. He wagged his tail in delight then lay down to rest.

Soon getting tired Feather paused a moment in her splashing. Glancing around her nosed searched the air. Turning in the water from her position she saw pharoah. She yipped and swam through the water over to him.

n** bounded up the hillside, trying to steer clear of large rocks and roots that could get in her way. Her large pup feet weren't very nimble, but she was learning, and someday would be a great stalker.

S.A.D. followed close behind. He had been taking n** out on "midnight runs" as he called them. It was n**'s job to growl menacingly while S.A.D. looted whomever he had caught with their guard down. The duo made a good pair, and S.A.D. knew that someday n** would be a truly fearsome sight. He couldn't imagine that right now... she was so cute!

n** yipped a few short barks, meaningless sounds really. S.A.D. could tell by the noise that she was happy and having a good time.

Pharoah looked over at Feather and barked a greeting. He stretched out his front legs then stood up as Feather came to him.

Belial sniffed the air around the mountain. Fresh, clean air filled his lungs as he nuzzled Raven's hand. This new place provided a place for him to run in, a place to play with Raven. That was all he cared about right now.

Tamuril worked her way as quietly as she could through the forest and snow. She soon came to the edge of the forest where the lake was. She saw Feather and another M'trin that look familiar. It took her a moment to recognize him as Pharaoh. She wandered over to the other two and barked a greeting.

Kilara sighed, angry at Larien for having to become an adult. Realizing she would make new friends, she stood up and sniffed around, sneaking behind her "sister" occasionally. She dropped a ball she found in front of Larien, but picked it up shen she didn't flinch. She rushed over to Puppy, and dropped the ball. When Puppy threw it, she chased after it, and slid into Larien on her way back.

Larien growled angrily, but when she realized it was Kilara, she wagged her tail slightly. She stood up and helped Kilara to stand back up. She took the ball, and ran over to Puppy. She dropped it, and curled up on the floor. She put her head on her paws and fell asleep.

Kilara frowned, but then curled up with Larien. She fell asleep with her.

Puppy laughed as she watched Kilara cuddle with Larien. It was a good thing Larien still loved her "little sister"!!
