Since there doesn't seem to be a JRock FAKE? thread yet, I thought, hey, why not start one? So what does everyone think of Ino and Ken's FAKE? project? Personally, I think the two of them teaming up together after their bands split (LUNA SEA for Ino and OBLIVION DUST for Ken) was a great decision. Musically they seem to be totally in tune with each other, and it's obvious that they're really good friends. :) My favorite FAKE? songs would have to be [b]Taste Maximum[/b], [b]Someday[/b], [b]Just Like Billy[/b], [b]SNOW[/b], and [b]Everglow[/b], just to name a few. Any more opinions out there?

ive recently managed to get my hands on some of their stuff. so far i like what ive heard. New skin is one thats really stood out for me. overall i think i prefer oblivion dust a bit more, thought it dosnt matter that much cause i happen to really enjoy ken's voice and siniging style.

My favorite FAKE? songs are Escape from the Audio Mess, Someday, Just Like Billy, Candy, Here We Go, Hedfuc, Praise, Nervous To Sleep, Classic, Utopia, and Taste Maximum. The Art of Losing Touch was probably my most favorite album of the year.

After OD, they're my favorite jrock band. Although they're not the most energetic band live.

Ooh, Fake? is awesome. I love the songs Someday, Snow, Utopia and Everglow. Good stuff ^^

I like their style. It truly is great music.

Hmm, I don't think I've heard any of their music. Is it worth it? I like Ino(Inoran) in Luna Sea....so maybe I'll look into buying some of those guys stuff.

I like most of Fake?'s stuff, but Taste Maximum was the first song of their's I heard so it's one of my top favorites. *hee hee* Ken likes to say the "f" word a lot, doesn't he? blaugh

It's a helluva drastic change for Inoran musically, considering his solo work after Luna Sea, so you might want to check them out first before buying anything.

First song i heard was taste maximum when it first came out...wasn't into rock at the time so it hurt my ears o_O Now that i am into rock now...its a pretty good song. Wait was that their debut single? o_O

Loved the just like billy pv ^_^ old skool gameboy!! i still have mine somewhere...its just a huge paperweight by now though... ^^;;

I just got my hands on some of FAKE?'s stuff as well
i love their desicion to get together, their music is so mesmorizing~

my first song i heard was "Larva" and it is one of my favorites.
i like their songs like "Larva"
"Chemical In Me" and "Snow" and "Dreamlife 6:13" are good examples of the songs i love hearing by them
however, i haven't heard of "Taste Maximum" yet....

but i like their more heavier stuff as well that i have heard
i haven't found a song by them i haven't disliked.

Ken's voice is irritatingly annoying most of the time to me. I do like Candy and a select other songs.

Ken Llyod can sing in english soo well.. it's awesome. though i wish they had more japanese songs...

i really like SNOW, just like billy, taste maximum, and er.. well i like alot of their songs!

I've recently [and currently] had a crush on FAKE? I always liked Inoran's music, and when I heard of Oblivion Dust, I looked them up and found out that the vocalist was also in FAKE? so I figured, since I liked Ken Lloyd's vocals in Oblivion Dust and I liked Inoran's guitar, that's I'd give them a listen. They aren't like many other Japanese bands, Ilike them
