Twice the same person has IMed me asking me if I wanted a 'gaiabot'
I know this is a bannable offence.

Well, if it was over an IM client, chances are moderators only have an IM screenname to watch out for.
However, KamuiTakara is also a username on the site. Whether or not its him or her remains to be seen, but they last logged in yesterday with no posts since their early October signup date, so it could very well be them.
Yes, it is illegal, and perfectly bannable. PM an online green general moderator with a transcript of the conversation, and let them talk with them.

Aaah, I can add crap like this to my list of reasons never to get an instant messenger programs...

That scammer sounds like a total jackass, I hope somebody puts a stop to that.

you know they could just be trying to get you to downl;oad a virus or some sort of evil program that will give them access to your computer so uh, never trust anyone with offers like that

Dont worry a friend of mine got his IP and sent a PM to jakobo but hes read it but hasn't done anything yet or replyed back to my friend so my friend might send another PM to some other mod whos online.
