Light: Revealing Existance

In modern physics, light or electromagnetic radiation may be viewed in one of two complementary ways: as a wave in an abstract electromagnetic field, or as a stream of massless particles called photons.

Types of Light
Cosmic rays Background radiation; particles of enormous energy given off by stars.
Gamma radiation Deadly high energy given out by the sun and other stars.
X rays High energy used in X ray equipment.
Ultraviolet rays Invisible energy waves in sunlight, which cause skin to tan.
Visible light Basic colors of light, emitted by the sun and visible to the human eye. ROYGBIV.
Infrared rays Rays of heat energy; sensed by our nervous system.
Radio waves Microwaves; TV; radio energy

The Hypothesis: Light is Malleable

Written in the Diary of Dr.Sylvos

Maybe I'm crazy, maybe not. I've thought about it heavily, and I think I'm ready to start my research. They think it won't work, I know... I'll be transferring to a new lab soon. Oscorp seems to think my idea is credible, and for that I'm quite overjoyed.

Light has properties of energy and matter. However, we tend to think of it in terms of energy rather than matter. I want to change that. Think of it, diary! If I could manipulate the particles of light into solid substance... Why, there's no telling how powerful it could be!

I can't decide where I want to start, though. Perhaps I'd better start in shadow rather than light...? If I can make light move away from an area, it has to move to somewhere else, right...?
