The quest is finished, I think. O.o Rune is still organizing the new shop, last I checked. Hoshi is back. But no rps till I get Alexia's cert. Easier to rp that way when I have visuals. Though I still do get too tempted to use her. I saw her lineart. I'm able to use her without colors.

This is the journal of my Konokai, Alexia. I, Hoshi-san, am her guardian. 3nodding Due to Rune's busted knee at the time I got Alexia, I have volunteered to start this journal myself.

Name: Hoshi Dracosir(Last name is her married name. Her maiden is unknown.)
Age: 18
Gender: Female
Hair: Long, black wavy hair down to waist.
Eyes: Dark brown.
Height: 5'4"
Marital Status: Married ^.~
Children: Adoptive daughter Alexia. Biological son and daughter, Emi and Darius, with Evangel.
Family: Blood relations unknown. Adoptive family is a couple unable to have children of their own.
Race: Born from a race of unicorn people called the Dendrae(singular form Dendra). Doesn't know any of this currently, but I have plans for her to later on.
Powers: Able to control the elements(water being her favorite and most used). Typical unicorn powers; purifying water, curing poison and many diseases, and providing protection against any evils(probably when removed).
Weakness(es): As a unicorn, she's attracted most to virgins or young maidens. Most people take advantage of that to get close to her, in order to harm or capture her. As a human, this weakness is her being pretty much defenceless without magic or someone else around to protect her.
Fears: Bugs(specially spiders), heights, and being left alone.
Strength(s): Magic.
Weapons: Magic in her human form, mostly. Hooves, magic, teeth, and her horn in Unicorn form.
Skills/Abilities: Has the ability to transform into a Unicorn, of course, and back to a human form.
Noticeable Traits:Black, wavy horse tail. Tiny, silver jewels on her forehead arranged in a cirle(her horn goes in the middle during her Unicorn state). A red star under her left eye(left when looking at her).
Personality: She's pretty much a damsel at times, though doesn't like to admit it. Usually sticking close to Evangel. She has a very high temper and isn't afraid to give people the saucy mouth or smartass remarks right back. In order for her to be nice to you, you must be nice to her in return. She will not be kind to people who aren't to her.
Sometimes, she may seem unfeeling or heartless, but that's due to her wonderings around and being locked in that cage for so many years. It made her hard and lose most of her emotions(not like me XD; mine is due to living where I do). Depression for her comes and goes, usually coming when she's had little contact with Evangel(yes, I'm lovesick). During her times of recovering, she tends to get silly and weird. XD She sees it as her body's way of trying to cheer herself up. She's basically unable to cry around people, too.
Description: Human~ Her most seen in form. Hair is usually kept in a loose braid, with strands loose near her face in a way that doesn't make her look like she doesn't take care of herself well. She usually wears shirt skirts, so her tail can be free(considering, being a horse tail, it lays limp most of the time). She's not beautiful, yet not ugly. More of a pretty, though, her looks depend on the beholder. She has a quiet and shy look to her, which is carried over to her Unicorn form.
Unicorn~ In this form, she is pure black, with wavy tail and mane, and white stockings on all her legs(white markings from the hoof to the knee/hock, I do believe, right?). Her horn is silver. She's also your typical Unicorn in this form, being attracted most to virgins and young maidens. She comes to those in need of her assistance.
The small, silver jewels that were arranged on her forehead in a cirle as a human, are now arranged around her silver horn. They hold her life force. If they are taken off of her, she will die almost instantly. Luckily, removing the jewels is near to impossible.
Likes: Animals(specially horses). Tea(good when you're cold or have a cold ^.~). Fantasy. Reading. Writing. Drawing. Anime. Learning about ancient cultures(mummy parts are the best XD). Getting things from different countries. Nature and bird-watching. Being held(by one person only, I'll add).
Dislikes: The word "chick" and "babe"(will only allow Evangel to call her by the second). People who butt in where it's none of their business. People who think they know everything, but really don't(like the people who'd give me advice and tell me what I wanted, when they knew nothing about me). Doing the dishes. People who sign up for things, then don't show up at all(I have that problem so many times on gaia, it's driving me insane). Judging someone passed on looks, or some simple, stupid thing. Rap and heavy metal(gives me a headache >.< wink . People who don't bother to understand someones problems. Random people using the wink emoticon on her, or hearts, roses, etc..(it just bothers me). Repeating things(goes for praticually all things). Labels and stereotypes. Racists, sexists, etc.. Being touched(I'm not a touchy person, save one exception ^.~).
Background: Hoshi, as a baby, was left on the doorstep of a couple who were unable to have children of their own. So naturally, they were very happy to have been left in care of this little girl. As a baby, she never had a tail(that started to grow when she was a toddler), but the mark on her forehead was there. There was no way of knowing where she came from, however, as there was no note or anything in the basket she was found in. Nonetheless, the couple cared for her as they would their own and named her Hoshi, meaning "star" in Japanese. Despite her...odd quailites. XD
Growing up, Hoshi had a hard time trying to fit in with the other children, because of her horse-like tail. Like her parents, she was unsure of why she had a tail in the first place. She often cursed it, and once, even tried to cut it off with scissors. Only to find that it hurt too much when she attempted to. The other children found it fun to now tease her about the odd haircut she'd given it. Eventually, her parents took her out of school and taught her themselves at home.
When she grew into a preteen, she realized her special ability. To transform herself into a pure black Unicorn. Finally, she understand why she had a tail, and what the marking on her forehead was. It was where her horn would be in Unicorn form. Quite oftne, she would change into her Unicorn state, and go about town or the forest. It was also during these times, she also realised her magical talents. For once in her life, she was very happy with who she was. (Her unicorn form as a preteen was a young filly, so her horn and magic weren't exactly full grown or mastered. She also started helping young people with their problems as a Unicorn.)
As her popularity spread(as the Unicorn), she was soon known by other cities and towns, then eventually hunters. The latter attacked her small town, in search of the Unicorn they held within. To save everyone, Hoshi transformed herself into the Unicorn, and lead them away from the town. The hunters managed to capture her, using her one weakness as a Unicorn: a young virgin girl, who was also a hunter. Luckily for her, however, they had no intentions of killing her. Instead, they fastened a magically collar around her neck, so she was unable to use her powers and free herself. Also meaning, she was stuck as a Unicorn until the collar was taken off her neck.
Years passed and she was still trapped within their cages, put on display in their travelling circus. She was thiner then before, broken of spirits, lost all hope of ever seeing freedom or her family again. Soon she also lost track of where they took her. Even if she did escape, she doubted she'd ever be able to find her way back home. But, luck or fate was on her side. A single man fought and defeated each of the hunters, then approached the cage that held the unicorn. First thought that came to her mind was this must be another hunter. And from how he defeated all those others single-handedly, he probably would be harder on her. But when he opened the door to her cage, he neither stepped foreward to force her out or said any harsh words to get the same effect. He simply stood, like he was waiting for something. She'd walked out of the cage, looking at him with pleading eyes and tossing her head up and down to indicate the collar. The moment he took it off, she transformed her body into that of her human self, and everything blacked out.
She awokened to find she'd been healed by this strange man. With nowhere for her to go, she had no choice but to follow him back to his village. She was reluctant at first, and none too talkative-she was shy afterall, too. He seemed a hard man, someone she'd want nothing to do with. Many an occasion, she pondered changing back into a Unicorn and running off...but to where? Slowly, she realized there was more to this man, Evangel he said was his name, then what was seen on first meeting. He truelly was kind, honorable(yes, I'm just taking this from his profile XD), just all around the opposite of what most guys in this world appeared to be. She soon became quite fond of him, but chose to not show any feelings for him save friendship. First time she'd felt such strong feelings for someone.
It made her uncomfortable when he gave her his house. He could have simply just given her a room till she could get out on her own herself. She didn't want to burden someone with her troubles. She knew she was a handful to have around. Being the damsel she was, not to mention a tad clumsy. And being in a new town, around new people, and away from the only home she knew left her prone to depression fits, where she refused to see anyone, save Evangel usually.
Months later, all the holding in she was doing of her feelings were beginning to drive her insane. With how they've just kept growing more and more, she found it save to say she was in love. She'd never expected anything to be returned, so she continued to keep them hiden. You can imagine her surprise to find Evangel kneeling one day, confessing feelings to her she felt for him and asking for her hand in marriage. So shocked, that she was sure she'd been standing there starring at him for what seemed like hours before she slowly and shyly announced her feelings, accepting his proposal and treasuring the ring. The end results are, well, as you now see them. ^.^

Race: Half dragonnewt, half werewolf.
Inhuman features: Black wolf tail, silver dragon left arm, silver dragon wings, fangs.
Description: Average height and thin build, but stronger than he appears, due to his dragonnewt heritage. Prefers to keep his long black hair pulled back in a loose ponytail to keep it out of his face, though his bangs typically escape to cover the left side of his face. Likes to wear loose pants and shirts to give freedom of movement to his wings and his tail. Plain looking but carries himself, and treats others, in a manner that usually has him surrounded by admirers. His emotionless hazel eyes and eternal calm make him seem cold and aloof, but he is truly very kind, noble, and gentle with a strong senses of honor, decency, and parenthood.
Likes: Loves animals, especially wolves, and even has the odd ability to be able to speak with them. Loves to study magic, especially fire, earth, and healing (which he is very talented at). Loves writing and traveling.
Powers: Fire, earth, and healing magics. Able to speak the language of animals. Able to read people's emotions. Flight.
Weaknesses: Highly allergic to the wolfbane plant.
Weapons: His draconic arm and a runed scimitar.
Special Traits: Works as a runesmith.
Background: Abandoned by his parents for his bizarre looks, baby Evangel was found by a local druid living in the forest that his parents left him in. As Evangel grew, he startled the noble druid with his quick intelligence and powerful sense of honor. Even more surprises were in store for the druid, however, for not only did Evangel learn to speak the human tongue in an incredibly short amount of time, but also the language of the beasts of land and wing. The druid sensed something more about Evangel in those years and encouraged the ever-restless Evangel to travel in search of wisdom and who he is. Evangel's first journey led him to a land torn by a tyrant's reign. Evangel saw what was happening there and gave birth to a small resistance group. Several years ensued as Evangel's group led small raids against the tyrant, Evangel learning to use his natural weapons as well as an acquired scimitar to protect those that either can not or will not protect themselves. After much bloodshed and the loss of Evangel's innocence, causing him to become hardened and often cold, Evangel's small group eventually overthrew the tyrant and set up a kinder government. Evangel left unnoticed and continued his travels, which led him to discover his mystical talents. This new discovery sparked a new thirst for Evangel and caused him to learn the magics of Fire, Earth, and Life, as well as the art of Runecrafting. Evangel found a small village at the end of that trip and set up a small Runecrafting shop, filling books with his acquired knowledge during his spare time. Evangel was not satisfied with his life, though, and set out again. Evangel wandered and learned much in the years of that journey, but he was not satisfied. Evangel was about to give up then, when he came across a band of hunters tormenting a young unicorn they had captured and caged. Evangel's sense of honor filled him with rage at the sight and he attacked, easily driving the hunters off. Evangel opened the cage then, expecting her to run away, but she lingered, seeming to beg him to remove the collar that wound about her neck. Evangel happily tore the crude construction from her neck and destroyed it, amazed to watch the elegant creature change into a young woman that collapsed at his feet in a high fever. His skill in healing magic stood him in good stead then as he nursed her back to health. Once healthy, he then led the young woman back to his village. During the long journey, Evangel learned the young woman's name, Hoshi, as well as her past. The young woman's kind and gentle nature during that trip thawed the ice in Evangel's heart and brought warmth and more frequency to his smiles. Once they reached the village, Evangel gave his small two story home to Hoshi and moved into his shop. A few months passed and finally Evangel gave in to the urgings of his heart and went to Hoshi's door. A knock summoned the beautiful (at least in his eyes!) young woman almost immediately. Evangel knelt and told the young woman how he felt then, and asked her to marry him. Offering a small golden ring engraved with a rune that would allow her to speak with him, no matter the distance between, he waited, trembling slightly.

When she was just a set of headphones. ^.^ Even in that stage, she was pretty cute. Making sounds to communicate with me. Clicks, buzzes, and the one time, screech so I wouldn't step on the note Rune left for the Christmas party.

A unicorn stuffie, the first I wrapped. There were two others, as well, which are down in the pets post.

From Evangel: There's no image for this one, but he gave Alexia a necklace that will enable her to communicate with animals. It's at the bottom of page 3. I currently have it hanging on a hook on a wall in Alexia's room till she's a child.

Christmas gift from me, two cats, her favorite animal. Found that out while she was in her item stage. Hitomi kept them at her place, so Alexia wouldn't see or know.

~The Konokai event has started(basically just updates and a quest). Alexia and the other Konokai are kidnapped. Hoshi's in on the rescue team to get them back.
