Fragments of memories, thoughts and desires...yearning wishes that only made themselves clear through the reveries of sleeping. Like the ocean they were unpredictable, sometimes calm, flowing like a never ending melody into the spaces of time, often they created waves that gently lapped against a golden stretch of sand...and sometimes the strength would gather so that they would crash against the rocks. Yet no matter how the journey was taken it always ended up in the same destination, as do all dreams that escape from the confinements of the mind.

Those emotions which are strong enough begin to take shape, moulding into life created from simple thoughts, and although their forms cannot last long on the place we call Earth a part of them will always remember their birth planet.

In search for a new home in which their bodies can develop they take flight, soaring up above the clouds and into the darkness we call space. From our planet below they can be seen as shooting stars streaming across the sky, their beauty and magic awe inspiring to the people lucky enough to set eyes on them.

It is not known how long their journey lasts, whether it be perilous or a contented soaring through the darkness, yet guided by the stars they continue onwards, pulled as if by a magnetic field until the darkness is obscured by a small round planet. The round orb is confined within a coil of rocks and rainbow coloured dust, making it appear like some sort of Christmas decoration.

This was the planet of Chimera, desolate and forgotten to all except for the dreams.

It was here in this safe little haven that the dreams could take shape, grow and flourish under the three mooned sky. Yet it was soon decided that they needed a leader to help keep things in control and it was voted that the first dream to reach the planet and grow would be the most sensible idea.

Her name was Amal.

In turn the taught them how to change and how to live, she taught them a way of life and soon the planet began to resemble a smaller version of the earth they had been born from. Settlements began to form, trades were learnt and over a short space of time the land was cultivated and reaped.

Young were born and in turn when they grew to the age of adulthood, they made the journey to the temple and asked for the blessing of the three moons; Nuray the White, Luna the Bright and Aysel the Light. It was here that the path and fate of the dream was laid before them.

A few months passed and the dreams were content and happy with their simple yet peaceful lives, and it was the leader Amal who was the only resident feeling a little unhappy. Even though the sky seemed to be clear the horizon brewed a terrible darkness, an omen that caused even the three moons to shudder in their orbit. The leader knew that the age of peace was rapidly leaving them and the sinking feeling in her gut would not allow her to keep such news a secret.

She set off to the main town in order to make a speech, heading into the forest which was the only barrier between her and the destination. Till this day no one knows what happened to the leader, for Amal was never seen again.

Confused and panic-stricken the dreams began to turn on one another, blaming friends and even family for their leader?s disappearance and slowly they began to lose the will to live. Dreams began to perish and the sky grew ever darker, the weight of impending doom crushing those who still remained. Yet out of the ashes rose the few dreams who were pure enough in heart to realise that something was terribly wrong. They grouped together in a small settlement and began to plan their next move and it was then that the smallest of them brought up the subject of Earth.

Till now the dreams had not given a single thought to their birth planet, ignoring the connection that they had with it. Yet they could not deny that since leaving the orb of blue and green they had felt another presence within them. They soon came to the conclusion that this 'presence' was in fact their creator and that if they concentrated hard enough they were able to touch the minds of their parent, and from the blackness of doom one candle of hope remained.

The dreams joined up with their creators and together they were known as the Angeni.

It depends on your RP, really... If your angeni reaches a point where it's ready to grow, It will.. magically... 3nodding

- Dream Orb

This stage is where the dream is most vulnerable, older dreams will help care for them if they are parentless. This time is mainly just for you to help plan a personality etc..

- Child

In this stage the young dream will begin to learn things and be extremely curious. It is at this stage that the little ones are most impressionable and may learn things they wish to adapt when older. The personality will also begin to show through and depict on the path that they will take.

- teen

Emotional, confused and generally like normal teenagers, personalities will strengthen whilst skills begin to develop. It is at this age they travel to the holy grounds and recieve the blessing from the three moons.

- adult

The final stage for the dream where they become The Angeni, they can travel alone or in groups, become stronger and more adapting. Some may wish to visit the great library in the Forgotten City or simply wish to laze around on the beach. Yet with the moons blessing the day will come when they will have to play an important part to allow survival of their race and planet.

Blessings

The holy grounds that lie far to the north of Chimera is the land where the three moons' magic is strongest. No one is certain why or how but when each dream comes of age they must set off alone on the journey to this magical place. Yet this destination has been set from birth and since the awakening of life the three orbs have watched their children's lives to determine the nature of their blessing.

There are indeed many paths to take but only one can be chosen.

The path of emotion

The path of strength

and yes they appear to be endless because they are.

When reaching the borders of the holy grounds you shall be tested by the royal guard sent to guard the land by the moons themselves. Questions asked and answers recieved...these will be the first of many for you, twined with the song of twilight.
