Rules:
1. Be polite when making your request.
2. Do NOT PM the artsits with requests, post them in the thread. We'd also prefer it if you did the same with your references and other information.
3. Do NOT PM the artist bothering them about when they'll be done unless the wait has been longer than two weeks. We do have lives. sad
4. Do NOT PM the artist asking if she has a slot open or not. Check the store; it will be up.
5. When we send you the pic, do not ask for a larger resolution.
6. If you steal anything, you'll curse the day your mother first smiled at your father.

FAQ
1. What is gradient overlay?
Gradient overlay is just when we add another colour to your already existing lineart. This is at no additional cost, but please mention the colours you want when you are ordering.

2. Do you accept items?
We do, but we prefer sealed donation letters. If you only want to offer items, however, try and see if we want it. Please state the price it's going for too. xp
3. Does so-and-so have a slot open?
Please check the waiting lists that Stoopid Girl has posted up. She updates pretty often, so it's pretty dependable.
4. When are you going to be done?
Although we love to draw your avatars, we do have other things to occupy our time. (School, life in general) Please be patient, and you don't have to check back to our thread, because we will pm you as soon as we're done.
5. When will ____ have a slot open?
We will have a slot open when we have a slot open. If you want a slot, then please check back often.
6. Can I reserve your next slot if it's open/Can I be on your waiting list to get on the waiting list?
Sorry, the reason that the waiting list is not 100 slots long is that we're not capable of handling the idea of taking on so many projects at once. If we had wanted to take more orders, we would have made a longer waiting list.
7. You have a slot open; I want it!
Please post your order in the store.
But before you do that, please check if the artist's waiting list is closed or not.
8. Will you put me higher up the waiting list if we gave you a bit of... encouragement? (wink wink nudge nudge)
It depends on the artists. You can try PMing them about it, but the chances of you getting bumped up are not high.
However, we might draw your earlier/faster if we like your avatar. Heh.
Also, your medium of choice may affect the speed. Pencil will no doubt be quicker than CG.
If you have a date your need the pic by, post it, and we will try to get it done before then.
Okay. Since Tinuu has been having some trouble with a certain comissioner, who thinks her latest drawing contains questionable subject matter and is therefore refusing to pay, she wants to ask that comissioners in the future either state in particular anything they don't want in their drawing if it's not something OBVIOUSLY OFFENSIVE (i.e. extreme gore or hentai). If you don't have legitimate grounds for not paying or being displeased with our drawings, then we'll have to blacklist you.
If you do not follow the rules listed (ie you bother the artists about having a slot open or something) please do not expect the artist to reply. If you found us through the art arena or picture post, then we will be glad to answer your questions or refer you to this shop. But if you find us through this shop, we will have expect you to have read and understood the rules.
If you violate the rules, the artist can use that as a reason to decline your request.
