D.O.B: Unknown. Though it is very likely she has lived for several hundred years, being a werewolf and all.

Bio: Chikyuu, a prosperous land full of kind and friendly people, was under siege by the evil wizard Aoshi Takeda. His armies scoured the continent, tearing it apart, and destroying the peace-loving residents as well.

During this time, two brave fighters stood up to Aoshi and fought him together, but their efforts were in vain. And so, the wizard set fire to their homes and burned their lands.

The wife of one such warrior fled with a young child as the fire threatened to consume them as well, but died trying to save the infant.

Weeks, months, years passed. The child was found, coincidentally, by her grandfather, who raised her as if she were his own. He called her Shiori. He trained the girl up to become a weaponmaster like himself, and all would have gone well... had the old man remembered to take his potion before the next full moon.

He transformed, into the thing that legends had created, a werewolf, half man, half beast. Frightened, Shiori fled, unaware that that was to be her fate as well.

The girl traveled the land until she stumbled upon the modern world of Gaia, and decided that she liked it's friendly inhabitants. So she moved in, building her own home somewhere in Barton or Durem's forests(The exact location is unknown.).

And for a time, she was happy, but extremely lonely. So she ventured out into the Gaian marketplace in search of a companion.

Little did she know... that that day would lead to her starting a family... one that continues to grow!

Much of Shiori's past is unknown. She keeps most of it to herself, while little bits and pieces she will share with Nikkoryu and Eiikare, to keep it safe.

Clothing: As of late, I've taken to wearing a bunny hat, fuzzy jacket, and baggy pants. Very warm indeed.

Personality: Well... It depends on the person and the weather. I like to speak sarcasm. And Pig Latin! y-may ame-nay i-say Iori-shay!

Marital Status: Single, and not looking. Go'way boys, I've got a stick.

Family: My children Ricochet, Julia, Nikkoryu, Eiikare, Target, Silver, Youri, Tsuni, Arlenze, Akemi, Shui, Elihu, and Thunderbolt. I hope I didn't forget anyone. Oh, and my brother Pepper.

Nikkoryu's Friends

Keiko: Nya, still one of Nikkoryu's best friends.

Chi: Still a good friend. She hasn't dropped that habit of calling Nikkoryu "NiNi" though. But I don't think she minds much.

Kouji: Kou's grown up, and now he's taller than Nikkoryu. I think she resents that, but she couldn't ever get too mad at him. He is, after all, a wolf demon like her.

Spike: heart Nikkoryu's current crush. I try to stay out of these sorts of things, so I don't know what's going on between the two.

Ivy 'n Iris: She loves the little buggers to death, I swear..

Cloud: The little dragon has become yet another good friend to Nikkoryu. Amusing, that she is.

InuYasha: Nikkoryu thinks that the little toddler is so cute. He seems to cling to her a lot as well.

Eiikare's Friends

Oracle: His first real friend. They played hide n' seek together. So cute. ^^

Ryusen: Another of his playmates, Ryusen tried to make Eiikare feel more welcome, even though it was Ryu who was the new baby.

Youko: Yet another playmate. I'm glad to see he's making friends.

<center>The Beginning

It was dark when I awoke that night... The rays of moonlight shining through my window. It felt almost... calming... soothing... I had never thought of the moon that way.

A cry, feeble, like a child's, got my attention, and I calmly got up out of my bed and went to see what it was. After all, being the curious person I was, I wasn't just going to go back to sleep.

After bumping into several items of furniture and cursing my bad luck, I slowly opened the front door, and peered outside. "H-Hello? Who's there?"

For a moment, I was stumped, I didn't see anyone or anything.

That's when I heard the noise again, only this time it was quieter.

Looking down, there was a small bundle of white at my door, and it moved every once in a while. Bending down, I picked it up and pulled back a bit of the cloth to see what the thing was.

It was a baby girl.

But upon closer inspection, I realized the baby was not human. Eyes of violet peered up at me, looking to be seeing right through me. Every once in a while, when the baby clenched her hands into fists, I could swear I saw claws. And two sets of canine fangs when she yawned.

If that wasn't enough to convince me, the bushy brown wolf tail did.

Standing there for a moment, the child cradled in my arms, I looked around, wondering where her parents were. But it soon came to me... There weren't any to be found...

This was my job. To raise the girl.

10/26/04
Well, the first few days with Nikkoryu have gone pretty well. She's interacted with the others a bit at least. More than I thought she would, actually. She seems to have made fast friends with the other two girls.

The boys, though, I'm not so sure. Kouji now seems afraid of her, and I think that she is frightened of Youko.

Such a curious little goofball.

I'm just glad that she was able to fit in so well. She hasn't really had a chance to interact with my other pets yet, though... I hope Ricochet behaves herself when meeting the baby.

She probably will, though, considering how careful she was with little Desert.


10/27/04
Well, today, Nikkoryu didn't get to play with the others for very long. I had things that I had to do, so the pup moped around with me in the car and stuff. In spite of all that, she did get to play with Chi a bit, and some mysterious thing was in the Child's box, but I have yet to find out what it was.

Perhaps we will know today. Anyways, I do believe I'm coming down with a bit of a cold. Hopefully that won't stop me from working at Fall Fest on Saturday, 'cause I know the church is in need of more helpers. I must go now... Nikkoryu keeps looking at me from the other room, using the puppy-dog eyes. I think she wants to play again...

Babies have so much energy... I dread when she is able to walk.. And run.


9/30/04
Mmm... Today I am sick... and tired... And yet I am still going to help out at church. Not to mention that my friend is coming with us to Fall fest, so I cannot back out now.

Nikkoryu's looking forward to it. And to think, she was so shy when I found her. But she just has to get used to people before she will warm up to them, I guess.

She's really worn out that toy ball of hers... I rarely see her without it. And she's getting so big...

My little girl is starting to grow up. I can tell. 'Cause yesterday I could have sworn she was walking. But she soon went back to all fours.


10/30/04
Last night was scary. I took Nikkoryu with me to Gambino's mansion, thinking we were going to have some fun. I didn't know how wrong I was.

The place is filled to the brim with zombies and everyone and their dog has a shotgun. Nikkoryu was terrified when I got bitten, but luckily I had a vial. We got out of there as fast as we could...


SMD looked down at the sleeping child in her arms. "But you seem okay now..." She gently kissed the Child's forehead. "Sweet dreams, love." And with that, the girl ended the first page of Nikkoryu's Journal.

Well, today all of the Children grew up. Aeraen and Sophie were so excited, it scared me. I'm excited myself. Nikkoryu's getting so big... I just can't wait for her to grow up, and yet, am saddened at the thought of her one day leaving me and starting a family of her own.

Also... Something's been... bothering me... I had a weird nightmare the other day.

It was about Nikkoryu, I'm pretty sure... Only, it wasn't her. Like some sort of clone or something, that was twisted and evil. In a lab that looked like one of those horrific mad scientist hangouts.

I think I've been eating too much chicken lately...

Sophia and Kouji walk up to the doorstep and Sophia puts down a letter and picture. She places a rock on top to make sure the wind doesn't blow it away, and they leave.
