I will be accepting reserves for the following vampires. I do not require payment until they are finished. I may accept payment plans and items, especially donation ones. Reserver may pick the gender they want but the pet will be made randomly. It will be a surprise. Please PM me if you want to reserve. News: CYRWRYNN HAS GONE! o_O
When I get back I will be opening the last of the Endless Kats *Delerium, Destruction, Dispair and Destiny to be done.*
Past News: My stalker is back and popped up on LJ which means he knows I'm on Gaia. I will be changing a few things around for a bit and may even have to change my name >_< *grumbles about certain males ect.*

Male Guardina Female Guardina
Athena, Goddess of the Guardina and Law has given the gift of choice to the Guardina. For 10k your guardina will get the option to choose male or female and have the opportunity to have a child. From now on genderless guardina will be 15k while to comission a gendered guardina is 30k as the guardina them selves are very powerful in their healing arts and are very close to the gods.

Previews:
Harkat Male Nagah Female
The Harpkats may visit the Isles of Faetasia. The harpkats are brightly coloured and their personalities match their colourful feathers. They will be flatsold only as soon as I have finished the linarts and we open uo the clouds where they come from.
The Nagah are like the dragons of the ocean. Able to live down in the depths and caverns of the deep they hold many secrets which they use mostly for ill. Some nagah have knowledge of poisons and other potions and they are very stong if you happen to get caught in their coils.

The Mer-kin
The Merkats and their brethren live in the waters around Faetasia and in their home, Nautil'iss, in the reefs. These races consist of the Merkats, the Maetai, Turk'iss and the Nagah.
Female Merkat
Male Merkat
Info: The Merkats are like the FaeKats except their home is Nautil'iss under the reefs around the Isles of Faetasia. They are not usually seen but there has been a few stirings going on in the water and Ana'ra the head Maetei has predicted bad forthcommings. Will they happen, we shall see...
Turk'iss
Info: The Turk'iss are only ever seen as teens. When they take their journey to adulthood they are never seen of again. They take so long to grow up however, no one can remember a Turk'iss taking his growing journey at all...
Maetai
Info: The Maetei are like the nymphae and the kryenae combined. Very good at mystical studies, the Maetei often have specialties of wisdom, telekenesis or telepathy. They are also considered the most beautiful of the Merkats and are onyl female.

11/06 :: Working through stuff - yes I am available to grow, comission etc. even if it may take me a bit to do it, as life has a lot going on with stress, bad news, and an upcoming sugery for my father. (Guess who gets to care for fim!) I'm not dead yet!

Notes on Mintaka's Sales/Auctions/etc.

I always take donation items & letters at mid-GEN value. The only rares I consider are anything worth more then 5k at it's mid-GEN value (any angelic/NM items considered as well).

You must not currently owe me or any other staff money. ((This is a STORE rule. I take it very seriously. I find out you tricked me somehow you WILL be reported.)) You must have at least half of the pet's worth up front for flatsales and you MUST let me know before I do a commission if you are not paying in full.

Mintaka's Unique Races section

This section is to talk about the two races I'm doing unique to me, the Faerie and the Lothfera (sprite/pixie like race).

Faery are exactly what you think - faery-winged version of the existing standard faepet races: regular, baddie, pure, nymphae, kryenae, majerae, faefox, faebear. ((Any others that may fall into this will be added here.)) Many are good, but some are, in fact, ebil. They are 30k. *open* Also allowed is blessings to pets which are already grown. This is also 30k.

The Lothfera are a sprite/pixie-like race related to the fae-elves. They have wings upon their backs unlike their elven cousins, as well as a pair of wing-like antennae as well. They are graceful, beautiful, and elusive. Some are tricksters, others are quiet thinkers.

Mintaka's Specials Stuff

Reserving your X-men kat:
Don't reserve if you cannot pay at least half upon it's completion (thought the sooner you have payment, the better). You may send payment in advance but I will not confirm until it's done. Please, PM me about reservations! Abut half-way through the flatsales, the second auction kats will be done and auctioned. ((Or, after Iceman is done.))

Oh, and if you ask to reserve a kat that's meant for auction, I will devour your soul. stare xd

If it says paid beside it means I have the trade waiting and any 'debt' is clear from me (so long as the trade remains in the bank up until I finish and confirm and you finalize). If it says done then the transaction is complete and the kat is done and I have full payment. IF the kat is FINISHED but no payment is recieved you will be in the Owed Money stack until you pay and there will be a waiting tag next to the name. No money is owed to me until it is done, but the second it is done you are on my debt list and as such cannot buy any further faekats until I am paid.

Trades for "paid" kats will not be confirmed until the kat in question is completed and sent.

News and Such

9/4/04- HA!!! I'm back.....

Did anyone notice my absence? *giggles* anyway the flatsale will be tomorrow in the evening, probably around 8pm EST. The preview is below.

10/17/04- I just wanted to know what bio you'd like to have put on your teen's card if you've not had one put on already for those of you that own my teens. I noticed that some of the babies aren't named either and I'd like to get that updated as soon as possible. I've been sick and I want to catch up on everything. Thank you!

10/14/04- Well, I am sick. And not in the usual grumpy way. I actually have bronchitis so I think the flatsale is going to be small in compare to what I usually have. I was barely able to manage hatching the eggs and growing my first teens even if most of the work was done anyway. I'm going back to bed now and I'll probably be running my flatsale later in the evening. Around 8pm so I can have a bit of a preview up for a little while at least before starting it.

10/09/04- I'm having some ISP troubles and I will be sort of scarce because of it. But I'll try to get everything updated on time, just to let you guys know if your pm's are not answered promptly!

10/7/04- Flatsale went well, though a bit late due to ISP problems, slower then usual with some left over for next week, I'll have them marked so everyone knows.

10/6/04- New craptastic banner and a full flatsale lot. Yay me! I think.... Anyway the flatsale starts tomorrow at Between Noon and 1pm EST.

10/1/04- No, really....it's GONE gonk Dang Photobucket ate all my faekat stuff! *growls and shakes fist* I've transfered over to my homestead account, bad thing about this is I only have 8mb of space so, PLEASE save to your own server as soon as possible crying I'll be making a new banner soon and I'm just glad that I kept everything else so not all was lost stare

(Earlier) Split my flatsale in half today, had a time limit until 1pm EST and three weren't sold so I'm holding the second part tonight at 8pm EST.

Hi, I'm one of the newly hired Faekat colorists! If you see someone saying something about Ker, Kerry or some off shoot of either of those, never mind the 'devil woman' twisted they're most likely talking about me. Flatsales by me will be on Thursdays! Variable times are in effect. Between 12pm and 1pm EST for early sales, later sales will be from between 8pm and 9pm. This will rotate weekly, this week, early sale. If all eggs are not sold before 1pm I will hold the rest of the Fae's until the later time slot. Only one Fae per person please.

Faekat Blacklist

Due to a new shop/new change.. the old blacklist is wiped. However, those that abuse it will be added back.

Rules of the Damned.. er Banned.

1. People who are banned do not get refunds. It's kind of silly to break rules or show disrespect and then expect your money back.

2. Banned people cannot give away or sell their pets. If they choose to stop roleplaying (the only option left available to them) then all special edition pets will be resold and all regular commissioned pets will be deleted.

3. Those that are banned are not welcomed in this thread. This means that they may not purchase new faekats or anything else sold within this thread. If they have a specific question, they can pm it to the Faekats account. It will be answered by one of staff.

4. Those banned are not welcome in the Breeding Hospital. Their faekats are not allowed to breed. I am sorry for those that may be mated to person(s) that are banned. If you want to 'break up' with the faekat that belongs to a banned person, this may be worked out privately. Contact 'Faekats' and if accepted, we will contact the owner of the Goddess of Love and put it in effect.

5. As stated in #2, a banned person may continue to roleplay his or her faekats. They will only exist in the roleplay thread. If roleplay rules are broken additionally, that last privledge will be stripped away from the banned user as well.

General F.A.Q.

1. Is there a limit on the number of Faekats I can own? Nope. However, newcomers get first dibbs on the 3k flatsales.

2. Can my Faekat Die? Yes, it can. This is very important. Faekats will die if they become heartbroken. They can also die if they are devoured by a monster. Hehe.

3. Yay, I have my faekat, where's a mate? You must roleplay falling in love and finding a mate. If you do this too quickly, you are subject to suspension. Take your time.

4. How long before a mate can be official? You must have roleplayed with your mate for at least two weeks before deciding you are even in love (and your faekat must be adult for at least two weeks), then you can consider mating.

5. Can I sell or trade my faekat pet? No trading. Selling may be considered if you sale for the same price you purchased your pet for or cheaper. Yes, you can give your faekat to friends if you quit Gaia. No, we will not update the cards. Do it yourself.

Breeding F.A.Q.

1. Can they breed? Yes. >.<

2. How many babies can they have? Depends on the generation. Once your baby is a teenager, it will say how many eggs they can have but keep in mind, they can only breed as an adult.

3. Can I pay more gold to have more babies? You can rent a goddess (Saranah or Kerosene) or one of the six demi-goddess for 20k. (More info in race thread) This will allow you an extra breeding. My goddess, Kerosene can give extra breedings out as gifts as well. This is rare.

4. Do special edition faekats get special babies? Yes. A colorist may make minor alterations to the baby faekat lineart so that they are special and unique like their parents.

5. Can babies grow? Yes, babies will automatically grow into teenagers. However, adult status must be purchased for an extra 3k but may be denied if your faekat isn't following rules or mature enough.

6. Can I sell the babies? No, babies cannot be sold or traded. I will ban you on sight if I find you doing such a thing.
