Yeah, heres the part we all hate. If you break any of these rules, you may not be able to get a donation, and possibly be blacklisted.

General Rules:

1.) Please use proper grammar and spelling, and refrain from using leet and chatspeak. It gets annoying.
2.) Do not PM the Mule, Riley, or any Lackeys about ANYTHING concerning donations, and this includes begging.
3.) No begging! Beg once, no donaton. Beg twice, blacklist. End of story.
4.) Don't feed the hats.
5.) No flaming the thread, or anyone in the thread.
6.) Bumping is allowed, but be more creative. Just the word 'bump' is not allowed. And don't get smart and post bump twice .. XP
7.) No advertising.
8.) General Charity Forum Rules FULLY apply. Meaning don't stretch pages, no bump you bump me backs, etc.

Applying for a donation:

1.) You MUST have a quest thread of over 10 pages and it must be 5 days old at the least.
2.) You must have been a member of Gaia for at least 1 Month and have a post count of over 700 posts.
3.) Fill out the entire form correctly.

4.) You must have atleast 1/3 of the actual price of the item, and you must be questing for an item that is worth donating to, such as a donation item from August '03 - January '04. Halo quests are out of the question.
5.) You MUST be active and post in this thread for at least 3 days before you are eligible to fill out the application. This is so people stay here and chat, instead of waltz in here, snag some gold, and poof.
6.) You can not just 'bump' over and over for 3 days, and you can not just post one message each day for 3 days and expect that to be enough.
7.) Do NOT fill in the 'favorite colour' field. It's not that we don't care, it's just that is a trick question. Read the rest of the page, everything!.

If you do not follow the rules, you will gennerally be ignored, or we will send Pookeh and Yumei after you. Grr.

Random Lazy Questing Gaian: pfft, you don't want to give out donations. You make it so hard to get a donation here in hopes that people wont try and apply. This is so you look good, but don't have to spend gold.
Us: Not true. These rules are strict, but they are not in any way impossible. We want to make sure our gold is going to a Gaian who is truely deserving, not who is going to quit their quest in two days or spend the gold on something else.

Random Lurking gaian: It's really only a game, why take this all so seriously?
Us: Becuase of we just threw gold in people's faces, it wouldn't be much fun for us, now would it? XP

About The Riley:
Hum, gee.

Well let's start off with how I got here and how long I have been here. I started here on March 31st of 2004. I came to this place because my friend, Mary Contrary showed me this and I instantly became addicted!

What you may call me. Well not much here, since I really don't respond to a whole lot of things. So you may call me Riley. That is about the only thing I will respond to.

What is my purpose? Well, I really have no purpose around here. I've done my questing and now I have created his charity to gift back and help others out. I hope to make a difference in this world and I hope that this is the way to go.

Now, I will end with likes and dislikes. I like anime, drawing, art, computers, chatting, Gaia, and animals. I dislike n00bs, netspeak, school, math, chemistry, l33t speak, greedy people, crowds, bad grammer, bad spelling and stupid people. Yea, plenty of dislikes, enough to last me or anyone a lifetime.

What is a lackey?
A lackey is a person associated with the charity on the front page and helps keep us running.

To become a lackey for this charity, you must follow a few simple guidelines and meet with me to be sure that you are suitable. I suggest you send me a polite PM, stating why you would like to be a part of this charity and why you feel you are worthy. You will most likely not be accepted if I do not know you really well, since it is a bit hard for me to trust people.

The obligations of a lackey is pretty much just visiting us every so often, watching for rulebreakers if they are not caught by Riley and being sure we have enough to donate. If you cannot abide by this, then I suggest you don't even ask.

Rules:
1. Pink Lace Panties rules apply.
2. You must donate once a month, and if you cannot, please notify me!
3. Be active, don't just join and leave.
4. Be helpful to myself and others.

Well..I been on Gaia since Sept. 9, 2003. My friend told me about it and how fun it was. I played it for 3 days and got tired of it cause I was to lazy to make gold and get clothes. So I was off for 6 months before I came back. I started having fun and meeting nice people (like Riley. *Huggies*) I been here ever since!

My Likes biggrin and Dislikes stare
I like music, writing, driving, friends, family, money, ice water, candy, shopping, BINGO, Xbox and PS2 Games, and food.

I dislikes rude and disrespecful people, crazy drivers, beggers, white socks, Math, writing out checks, and cold weather.

Some interests of mine include Role Playing (Though the gaia RP's scare me deeply due to lack of creativity and detail .. ), Anime (The actual list is too long to put here, PM me if you wanna know), Japanese Music, Drawing (Sketchy stuff, I can never finish a picture .. ), Grilled Hotdogs, Orcas, and lying in my bed alone thinking deeply about where my life, and this world is headed and how Bush is going to kill us all.

I like to donate when I can, but my quests always got in the way. Now that I am FINNALLY done, I wanted to pay back everyone who donated to me. But, at the same time, people who just want to waddle in here and snag donations without reading the rules, being polite, or who beg are evil rotton, meeeen people. They don't even get an A in mean. They will be added to my blacklist if they rub me the wrong way.

Weird Long Essay...Thing:
Ever since I joined Gaia, I've been here as much as I could, being crazy and all that. At first, I was in the Chatterbox, but after a week or two, I decided to explore. I stumbled upon the exchange, and from there, found the Charity forum. I then joined various charities, becoming a charity hobo, and not venturing out very often. I started my first quest for fairy wings, and the rest, as they say, is history. I never take them off in tribute to my first quest. I've been on many quests afterwards, it's all just a blur of happy times now. I shudder to think about what I might have been if I hadn't come here when I did. I eventually stopped questing, and started settling down with some of my favorite charities. I love donating now, contributing back to the community that gave to me so readily. heart

Our current contest is Dress the Mule! As you can see, our mule uis very poorly dressed, but here is where you can help out! Do you have a bunch of cloths you don't want anymore, and you can't sell for the life of you? Donate them to Pink Lace Panties! You could even win a generous prize!

Here's how it works. You donate your cheap, useless clothing to Pink Lace Panties, and we will add you to a list of contestants. on August 1st, whoever donated the most clothing will receive a prize! All the other clothing the Mule doesn't wear will be consitered donations to the charity, and we will either sell them or give them as donations in the future.

First place: 2,000g! As we get more contestants and more clothing, the prize will rise in value, depending, of course, on what is donated.
