Déus are under-going a major renovation. Chai, in all her perfectionistic glory, would like to think that we are majorly under-staffed. She would like an experienced (breedables sub-forum experience) control-freak to update and keep everybody working and on time as well as a creative power to collaborate on art concepts and just over-all stuff.

Please apply in this thread, however you wish. There is no set application form you have to follow. We judge you on how well you present yourself, too, yanno. :O

First and foremost, I would like to apologize for any glitches in the coding. I am not very experienced in this field, but the inspiration for this type of presentation was too persistent for me to ignore, despite my knowledge (or lack thereof) of coding.

Concerning the AI

I apologize in advance for any offense the AI commits against you. I tried to make it as pleasant and endearing to every type of person as possible (though I did not do it very well, because it seems to suffer a sort of multiple-personality-disorder), so I hope you don't mind it too much. Critical Errors

Due to the fact that I am still working out the bugs in the deus system, you may encounter multiple critical errors. These are caused by the server's inability to access a specific file or database. I hope you ignore this as much as possible, I am working on it.

Déus are created to sate humanity's lust and never-ending search for something greater. In every sense of the word, they are perfect.

Through their lifespans, Déus go through three major stages of growth.

Embryo

User Image

Like the mammals out of which their bodies were crafted, Déus are delivered as embryos. Like humans, they develop in a womb, and so are inexperienced and fragile when they first encounter the world.

This is the most crucial stage of development for a Deus, seeing as it thrives off sunlight and heat and may die without it. In this state, the nanobots that work restlessly to form the body for the Deus are solar and heat-powered.

The Deus' personality is randomly selected and designed by its internal growth-monitoring computer. Sometimes, the Deus' character is affected by its environment, but there is no way to tell if this was the case. Usually, the parent has no control over what kind of personality their Deus will have. Awakened/Child Stage

Image currently unavailable.

In this stage, the Deus has already taken on their own distinct look and physical appearance. It's personality has developed and it has become more independant.

There is now more room for communication between the parent and the Deus, so there is also more room for teaching and learning.

The Deus absorbs information abnormally fast in this stage of life. User Image

No information has been documented as of yet.

Absolute Stage
