Yaoi - An acronym for 'yama nashi, ochi nashi, imi nashi', which means 'no climax, no point, no meaning'. Yaoi is your basic sex with male/male. In other words, anything with yaoi has two very gay men ******** each others brains out. Fun huh?
Yuri - Not an acronym, as far as I know. It's like Yaoi, except it's two girls and not two guys.
Shounen-ai - Think yaoi, but without the sex. Two guys in a romantic relationship.
Shoujo-ai - Same as Shounen-ai with girls and not guys.

Hiya! You might know me and you might not. I will try to keep a relatively long attention span here, so long as ppl come...Grr...If you know Yu-Gi-Oh! then you should know what this is about. This guild is for yaoi lovers everywhere! But most importantly, the ones who love balanceshipping(MY WORD! DON'T STEAL!)! That is when a Yami(usually the dark spirit of a sennen item, the word "yami" actually means "darkness" wink and his/her(usually his) hikari(the lighter half more innocent and adorable, usually the original mind before coming in contact with a sennen item, "hikari" means "light" wink or Omote, as hikari are often referred to as, are involved in an extramartial or just plain affectionate relationship with each other. Pairings are usually: Yami(Atem/Pharaoh) and Yugi, Bakura(the dark spirit of the sennen ringu aka Yami Bakura) and Ryou(the real Bakura), and Mariku(the evil Marik borne of shadows and who resides within the deep dark recesses of his mind and his rod[the sennen item, not his inkei(what you may have been thinking of) though I beleive he may reside there too wink ] and Marik, the dude who brainwashed Anzu and Jou.
