July 23, 2004~~~More posts updated, I (Alanna) reach halfway point in my quest. Once my quest is finished, the charity will be in full swing. Later. . . Quest is finished, charity, excepting a few minor tweaks, is in full swing!
August 7, 2004~~~Realized I forgot about this! There are two new members, BBEFBean and theninjafetus. Actually, there's been some donations, and we've helped many people! It's such a wonderful start!!!
August 15, 2004~~~I'm thinking we don't need more than 1 update a week or so. We have now donated over 7300g, 2 chain wallets, and a nightmare scarf to 34 people. Our most beloved frequenter is emmikthe3rd whose donations have almost entirely funded this charity. We have 4 members: myself, _Nova_, BBEFBean, and TheNinjaFetus. I, (Alanna), am becoming busy with band and school again, and BBEFBean narrowly escaped Hurricane Charley. We're thrilled that the charity is running so swimmingly.

Heres our Frequently Asked Questions post!!

heart 1. Q: What is this Charity about?
A: This charity is about giving to the deserving Gaians who just need some help with a quest (Since at one time, we quested to gain stuff too). We believe that giving to the less fortunate is fun!

heart 2. Q: Why can't we PM you for donations?
A: Would you want to be PMed by somebody who was asking for gold? Very simply put; We are a charity. Anything that happens for charity reasons will happen here for us. ^^

heart 3. Q: Why is it such a big deal if we argue about the donations?
A: We really don't like having unhappy people on this board. Honestly, there is no reason to argue about the donations anyway so that's why it is so silly to do so. Besides, why fight over donations when you risk a lot by doing so?

heart 4. Q: Proper grammer? Why?
A: You catch more flies with honey then you do with vinigar.

heart 5. Q: Why is safety such an issue?
A: Safety is always first. We REALLY don't want to lose our donation money to a scammer because of a baiting request. This is also why a quest link is required in our Request Form.

heart Signature and Wishlist Shop heart

We decided, since this is a charity and all, that we should make something that makes get a little more gold more often. This shop will have the option to have a signature picture or wishlist (See Alanna's shop below mine) made for your signature in your profile! I (_Nova_) make the picture signatures as a request basis. That means that you can request most anything from me provided it is not profain or in violation of the PG13 policy of Gaia. I feel it would be best to warn you, I mainly do anime pictures with backgrounds which are not moving. (Look to our banner for an example of what I can do) If you wish to have an animation done, please ask but be prepaired to wait a while as I'm pretty busy during the week.

Everything (depending on it's elaboratness) will be estimated out when the request is set in.

The Price range is BASICALLY: 50 - 200 gold (though it may exceed 200 if the request goes above the listed basic requirements. This inclueds animated signatures.)
