STORY
Thirty years ago, all was peaceful. The world was full of colors. In fact, each tree was ten different shades of colors. The wood itself was amazing, it could be bent just by rubbing it, and shaped into anything. It glowed of its own accord. There was no sin, no hate, no anger. In essence, it was the Garden of Eden. Only this is thousands upon thousands of years after Earth fell.
The planet was divided into two- the Colored Forest where Elyon's people dwell, and the Black Forest where Teelah and his bats, called Shataiki, dwell, waiting to overthrow Elyon and His people.
One day, Tanis, leader and father of the Colored Forest, betrays Elyon and drinks Teelah's water, allowing him to cross the river into the Colored Forest. That is the day all hell breaks loose. Literally.
Those that escaped ran threw the black forest to the middle, finding a desert with seven forests in it. The forests were just normal forests, nothing like the Colored Forest. But they were something.
Yet some were filled with evil released with the Shataiki and took to the desert. But thier was a cost to dwelling in the desert- a skin disease that made your skin scaly and painful. It is said that it also messed with your mind. And so, the Horde was born.
With the Horde attacking every chance they get, the Forest People needed protection. And so, the Forest Guard was born.
So. Which side will you chose?
Horde and disease
or
Forest Guard and constant attack
It's your choice.

EDIT: This story line was taken from a series of books by Ted Dekker. The series starts off with Black where you first are introduced to Thomas Hunter, his life in our world, his "dreams" of the world the RP takes place in, and when the evil is released in that world. It then continues in Red where Thomas learns he must save both worlds- one from a virus he helped to create and the other from itsself. The world the RP is in goes through a dramatic religon-based turn and in the end, there is quite a bit of blood shed. The series concludes with White where we see Thomas and his gang trying to survive after the second "fall" if you will of man. The series is called The Circle Series and is recomended to all.
The RP takes place during the book of Red.
