This is a journal for Sarabi to use as she coaxes her Fenthry out of its feather and has lots of fun adventures with it.

Please don't post here unless Sarabi has given you permission!

Midori

The little feather pulls away from its place between the headphone's earpieces, floating gracefully into the air before falling in a quick downward spiral. A bright flash of magical light erupts from the feather and it is a child, not a feather, that lands softly on the ground. She stands at about four inches tall, and her hair holds the color of new leaves, new life. She's bound to be a bundle of joy!

Journal - Sunday, July 18

I'm so excited! I'm going to be the proud parent of a little green and silver Fenthry. I visited the shop on a whim last night and I felt this tug in my gut towards this feather. Upon closer examination I discovered it to be singing to me in my head, it's an amazing feeling. I can't wait to see what she grows up to be, I'm sure she'll be beautiful! God knows she'll be treated like a princess.

Journal - Monday, July 19

I took Midori's feather to the shop last night. I took my CD player, she really seems to enjoy music, it's amazing. There are nights when I'll leave the radio on for her and I'll wake up and her feather will be standing on its point and spinning around, almost like she's dancing. I've started doing experiments with different kinds of music. She seems like a very eclectic little girl. She enjoys techo a LOT, but she also seems to enjoy oldies, and old country music. There was also a strang affection to Metallica and Sublime, more specifically Master of Puppets, Sanitarium, and Santeria. She didn't seem to dance as much when I played things like ICP and Gwar, she just kinda fell flat and didn't move so much. She's definatley going to be an interesting little girl.

Journal - Later on Monday, July 19

I just got home from the Perservation and I can safely say that I am throughly SOAKED. It was pouring down rain all the way home. Of course, my luck, it only started to let up as I strolled into my neighborhood. Midori's feather seemed to enjoy the puddles almost as much as I did. She seems like she'll be a fun loving girl. I'm really glad she enjoys being around me and what I do. I'm just hoping to be able to meet her soon, maybe tomorrow even! I'll let her sleep on that idea. I've been sitting her feather on the top of my headboard. But rarely do I find it there in the morning. So apprently she's fairly active, how exciting!

The penciled lettering seems to fade out as Sarabi falls asleep on her journal. The feather stuck in between the pages.
