The Lawmaker

1. Be Nice
Please follow the Gaia ToS. Treat others as you would like to be treated. If you do not like what I do, then please just leave. Don't be rude!

2. Art requires time!
Do not rush me to finish your commission work; I a full-time student, and please understand that I do have a life other than computer. Rushing may lead to color splotches D:.

3. Post your orders in this thread
Please fill in the order form and post in this thread. Only after I have sent you a confirmation PM, you may PM me if you have any questions, etc. PM orders will be ignored. When you order, fill out the order form and send me a trade request first.

4. No begging, no complaining
Please don't beg for art. And please don't be overly critical of my art.

5. No refund
Once I've accepted your trade, that means I've started working on your request. No refunds. The reason is that I put a lot of time and effort into my art, and I could have been finishing the next person's commison if you were to change your mind after I started/finished your commission. You can only cancel when I haven't accepted your trade yet. (The payment details are in the Payment section.)

6. Do not steal, do not scam
My art is for personal use such as decorating your profile, signature, etc. You may not take my art and claim it as your own. Any art with the "COMMISSION" watermark used by people other than me are stolen, and I have not received their payment. If you steal, I will report you to the moderators. If you do not state clearly that you wish to cancel your order before I start on your order, and refuse to pay afterward, this will be considered scamming and I will report you also.

7. Read and follow my rules
Please read and follow all of these rules. To show that you have read my rules, I will only accept orders with the secret word "Stardust".

8. Do not order when slots are full
If the slots are full, please wait until they open to order OR you may bribe me for a top priority slot. Do feel free do stick around and chat with me!! heart

9. One piece of art per slot
Because it takes a long time for me to get to the next person if you order more. Do not take up consecutive slots. Also, I do not draw a picture with more than 2 or 3 people at a time [this includes human shaped items].

10. YOU MUST NOT DIRECT LINK!
Save the picture I give you onto your own computer, and then host it on your own!!! I cannot stress enough how important this is, because I delete your picture from my Photobucket account after 2 days' time, and if if haven't saved it yet, then you'd lose the picture. RESENDING COSTS 1000 GOLD PER TIME!!!

11. You must not remove my signature
Your character may be copyrighted to you, but the art is 100% copyrighted to me. I reserve the right to use the art as future samples, banners, and etc.

The Prices

Here are the minimum payments needed:

Chibi Head CG: 500,000 gold

Full Body Chibi CG: 1,000,000 gold

Headshot CG: 600,000 gold

Half Body CG: 1,500,000 gold

Full Body CG: 2,500,000 gold

Additional Misc Items (separate things): Depends on the difficulty [we can discuss]

The price for each additional characters are the same. THIS INCLUDES ITEMS THAT LOOK LIKE HUMANS!
Additional price for animals [depends on difficulty]
You can also try to bribe me to make your order have top priority~

**If your avatar is very complicated, there might be an additional charge, or I may not draw those items**
**There might be an additional fee for the background depending on the complexity**

I DO NOT draw: (There might be exceptions if I really like your avi)
-Animals [If it's a small one, I can manage for an extra fee... we can talk about this in PM's]
-Anthros [Except for ears/tails]
-Mecha/Machinery
-Facial hair
-Disfigured faces [You know... like some of those Masterpiece items]
-Strange Masks [we can negotiate xD]
-Anything showing strong discrimination/prejudice/religious things
-Any R18 things.
-And/or anything that might be hard for a teenage girl to draw

After you have posted the order form in this thread, send me a trade with the correct amount of gold. When I have accepted the trade, it means I've started working on your commission. However, do not confirm the trade until I have sent you a PM stating the completion of your order. I will not send you the final product until you have confirmed the trade. I accept gold and my quest items equal in value.

The value of an item will be based on the Lowest Marketplace Price at the time the order was made.

Well, I'd be willing to pay a winter rose and some gold for a fullbody CG of my OC but...I'd really like to see samples first, please. biggrin And do you do backgrounds?
