Regarding Commissions


Payment will be made up-front.
Should I, Pencil Fetish, fail to produce a profile within two weeks you
will be refunded in full and the commission will be canceled.
Once payment is recieved work will begin.

It is your duty to point out flaws and changes in the design when I show
you a sample. Dissatisfaction will not be granted refund once the profile
has been finished in full.

Should the coding prove bugged or defective after the profile has been
given, please refer to me and explain the problem. I will fix the code and
re-send it to you at no extra charge. I want my profiles to scream
perfection. <3

Occasionally, I may contact you if I see a flaw in my code. It is your choice
as to whether or not you wish it be fixed.

You may not sell, alter, or otherwise distrubute/change the code NOR the
design without my express permission.

Should the original artist of the artwork provided refuse to grant
usage-rights to myself, Pencil Fetish, before the profile is finished you will
be refunded in full and the commission will be canceled.

Should the original artist of the artwork provided refuse to grant
usage-rights to myself, Pencil Fetish, after the profile is finished no refund
will be granted and the profile must be taken down or otherwise adhere to
the requests of the artist.

Should the original artist of the artwork provided refuse to grant
usage-rights to myself, Pencil Fetish, before the profile is finished yet
permission from an alternate artist (who provides alternate art) can be
granted, the commission will continue as planned and no no refund nor
additional charges will be applied.

I reserve the right to add to this list at any time during the process of the
profile's creation. I may not add further to this list once the profile is
completed. You may cancel the commission at any time prior to the
profile's completion.




Commissions currently have no set price. Price set is up to you within reason. For example, if you something stupidly complex and fancy, sorry but 15k ain't gonna cut it. 15k, however, as as low as I will go though I do accept 'art trades' of sorts depending on how good you are at what you do. Wanna trade profiles? Draw in exchange for a profile? Throw me a PM or contact me through MSN!
I work Old School and with Adobe Photoshop CS2. I'm a bit slow with my coding. My current profile took six hours from start to finish. I so draw as well though I refuse to use my own art in a profile unless it is mine and am currently only taking 'commissions' of art in exchange for a new tablet.

You buy me a tablet and send it to me. Preferably 8x7 or larger. Brand doesn't matter. Pressure sensitivity is preffered though optional. Age doesn't matter either. Do I care if it's used? Nope! Just so long as it works. How much art do you get in return? One Halfbody/full body (my choice as some weeks I just don't have the patience) sketch a week or one half body/full body drawing a month with flat colour for an entire year.
That's right. 56 sketches or 12 CGed drawings. I do however, reserve the right to refuse to draw something I find utterly rediculous. Yaoi may be requested but I do expect that you be at least 18 years of age. Sorry kids, no porn for you.
