welcome! i am your hostess and graphics designer,
iluxe. this is my second graphics minishop; hopefully, this
one will last longer. hehe. <3. i design and code "old school"
custom profiles. my prices are very reasonable and the profiles i make are
high in quality. my work is original, unique, and stylish. they are a fusion of old and
new, serious and fun, modern and vintage. please, take a look around. care to
stay and chat for a bit?

this thread is currently under construction; a revamp, if you will. originally named
orderlychaos, the second verson of this profile minishop piece of the sky
will hopefully be much improved and customer-friendly. also the graphics needed
an update; they didn't reflect my skill level anymore. i apologize for the sloppy
appearance during the revamp!

here i'll post the latest profile i've finished or my current profile.

yay! this month, there's FOUR profile spotlights~! o.o

» about these profiles.
● they're all pretty much totally custom profiles.
● i would charge at least 20k for each of them.
● about the deidara profile (Jessarai's profile), i'm considering doing a
variation of that profile for each of the Akatsuki members from the Naruto manga
series. (however! i vectored that image of Deidara myself, so a profile like
Jessarai's would probably cost double since it includes artwork.)
● please note that the profile I have on now is not mine; it's a v2 premade.

colors: (ex.: "#ff0000" or "red"; you can choose up to three colors to use in the profile, or you can let me pick. black and/or white will be almost always be included no matter what.)

extras: (put the extras you want here; is not required/necessary. hence "extras.")

o1. Read whole front page.
o2. Check to see if there is an open slot (Post #2).
o3. Pick profile style you want (+ extras).
o4. Fill out order form above + post in thread.
o5. I will approve/deny your order. If I do deny your order,
it's for a good reason. Do not pester me about it or try to re-order the same profile.
o6. If I approved your order, your name will go into an
empty slot. Send me the trade with the correct amount of gold; i'll approve it, but
you do not accept the trade until i am done with the profile.
o7. I start and complete your order (this may take some
time. Please do not nag me about it).
o8. I send you a pm with the code for your new profile;
you accept the trade.
09. Go to account settings > profile theme > change from
classic to custom > paste in code in theme override box > submit and view your
new profile!
1o. Please pm me back so that I know you recieved your
order without a hitch; a "thanks" will also be nice.

question | what program do you use to make your graphics?
answer | i use photoshop cs3. there's a large
learning curve though, i found. if you're just looking for a program to make
graphics for websites like gaia, nothing serious, try the free program, The Gimp.

question | how do you do all these stuff???
answer | practice and fooling around. you can
learn a lot of things around gaia's resources forum when you're bored. hehe...

question | omg, can you make me a profile for free?
answer | like, omg, no. sorry? they take a long
time to do, and i'm unwilling to do do them for free for rude people who pester me with PMs.

question | what type of profilies do you make?
answer | old school profiles only.

question | how do you make profiles?!? all the css is so confusing! help!
answer | heh, i was once at that stage too. there
are loads of great tutorials out there that feed you copy-and-paste css codes to
start building your profile, but for a better understanding, go to Elindranyth's An All Out Guide to CSS.
Also check out theProfile Discussion forum -- there's lots of great people there that will help you
out if you ask nicely. also, lots of patience and practice is in order.

question | i think somebody stole your profile graphics and/or code. what should i do?
answer | tell me via pm immediately and screencap
it if possible. usually, i use the profile owner's username in the profile graphics
itself, so it's not as easy to steal, but codes are a different matter. also,
sometimes other profiles can look so similar to mine, it's downright copying. please
don't steal.
