Hello, and welcome to Lufas Quest Thread

This thread was made to mainly keep track of progress, and give charities that needed link to a thread. I come here at least once a day and bump a few times, but usually im out trying to earn gold or what not. I'm not sure exactly how many hours I have spent so far on this thread and my quest. However, I do know one thing, that if I weren't commited to this quest I would have quit after the first week.

*Updates*

Sept 12th-20th 04 Major updating of lists will happen and i need to go put a lot of work into checking over my items (starting my list from scratch). I plan on double checking after creating from scratch as well as creating a spreadsheet of expected funds, expenses and other stuff. I probably wont be on a whole lot of this time because of putting long hours (2-4 straight minimum) on Microsoft Word and Excel. A new item list complete with all updated items and prices will be expected probably as late as the 20th due to thread changes. I may also decide to splash some more art or whatever here though i havent decided yet.

Sept 4th 04 I have come up with a new system or whatever... everyday I plan on visiting here at least once to cast some necromantic charm on it for one more day. When i post it will have info on current events and stuff about me or whatever i feel like... this is the best i can really come up with because hell i dont want you reading like 20+pgs of bumps... so yeah this thread is more for myself then anyone else...

Aug 27th 04 Well my wisdom teeth were removed... and yeah im still in the "recovery" phase... I will more then likely spending some time on the computer but im not sure if it will be quantity time.

Aug 23rd 04 I have been away for a little while... so now im going to be playing catchup on the comp... I have a lot of other things to do so I am probably going to spent a little time on gaia for this week, next week will be better and I plan on progressing my quest a fair bit (approx 70-100k) by September.

Aug 9th-10th 04 Working on Updating and finishing list, male and unisex items compileing completed, female items need to be done still. Pages to be added, and continuation of this thread will begin after list updates. List of items needed and achieved is listed on page 2 (its a rather long list)

July 21st 04: Remodling and decoration to bring in more people and improve the organization of this thread. Section revision/addition, formating and improvments.

July 8th 04: Yay! this is up and running!

I figured hey, why not do this section of why im questing in an interview form... its original and fun... well for me anyways.

While you are on my thread i suggest you follow my rules otherwise you will be blacklisted.

1. No spamming or advertising on this thread. Do not post links to quests or bump repeatedly, one "bump" per post does the job.
2. No overuseing profanity you know a limit, and so do I.
3. Feel free to chat about whatever you like, no flame wars, no cybering, or advertising other then your sig.
4. Do not quote obnoxiously, the poor button needs a break. Multi-quoters will be given one warning via PM.
5. Have fun and feel free to PM me if it is quest related, if it isnt leave it in the thread.
6. No begging, this is my quest thread, if i wanted to give you gold/items i would go looking for you.

The item list has been modified to show only the items i still need. This is to keep the page size down to a minimum and end a little confusion.

A little about Lufa... (bio/stats)
Hello, I feel that if you are taking the time to read this then you might actually care about my quest. If not im sorry to disapoint you with more text, but for those you who do care, I do too.
(more to be added)

About me (the basics):
My real name is Jason, I'm male (if you cant tell from the name) and I'll be celebrating 17th birthday this December (might throw a gaia party but im not sure). I am a student and "one of the only decent guys*" in my town. I live in the state of Washington, where i enjoy doing virtually nothing except hanging out with friends, doing stuff online (Gaia/other games), and sleeping. I have very little artistic ability in my opinion, but I have a tendency to paint when I am upset or sad, its just one of the ways I vent. I am taking German and am going into my second year of learning because its closer to english then most other languages, that and the teacher is crazy fun. As far as my world languages go I am fluent in english, i dabble in german and i know how to ask offensive questions in Spanish sweatdrop .

Preferences:
My favorite movies are "Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels", "Clockwork Orange" and "Rocky Horror Picture Show", though i dont watch them constantly. I think my favorite colors are black, blue, green and orange just because i dont really hate any colors except yellow.

Nicknames:
I have been given many nicknames over the coarse of my life, these are the ones given to me by friends/family:
"3600 sqare ft." because one of my friends figured i needed a longer nickname sweatdrop
"Fat City" by my best friend and his cousin, for german car shop close to where i lived, i dont know why but it has lasted
"Dumas" from my best friends cousin, from a comercial we were watching while gaming and i accidentally killed him (just sorta stuck)
"Lucifer" from my best friends cousin, for being a 1st person shooter demon
"Lucifer Dumas" from my best friend and his cousin, logical combination of Lucifer and Dumas
"Shitler" from my best friend, because of my German ancestry
"Lufa (like those back scrubbing sponges)" from one of my friends, though the reason is too long to post

I believe im one of the only people who actually has a suggestions box, where you, can offer me tips on how to improve my quest thread. Just post that it is for the suggestions box and ill get around to reading it as soon as possible... If it is a decent suggestion then i may impliment it, if its junk ill either ignore it or have a mod remove it.
