Hello there! Welcome to our shop, The Painted Maypole! biggrin

To celebrate the move, here's a freebie!

Here we sell little images of our store mascot, Dimples, ( and maybe some of her friends to come! wink ) and other random pieces of artwork whenever they appear. Be warned though, most of them will be limiteds, because Nyome is just crazy like that, so get them now while you can! ^__^

This is actually the second thread. The original shop thread can be found here: click me!

News

The shop has been moved! The changes are small, but they'll help the minishop run more efficiently.

Here are just a few of the changes:

-- The Paimay account now handles the rest of the posts for the minishop front, so that editing the thread will be faster and easier.
-- The News section has been removed. I'll put any news in here anyways.
-- The Rose is now just a regular item, not customizable anymore.
-- With so many Dimples, they now have their own section!
-- Nyome will take care of the orders, so there won't be confusion between shop workers.
-- we now sport some new products! Check them out in the For Sale posts! : )

[How to order...[READ VERY CAREFULLY]]

First..decide what you are interested in purchasing, after making sure you have the fundage needed, find the appropriate form ( in the "Forms" post ).

Second..fill out the form correctly and post the completed form in the thread.

Third..send the correct trade to Paimay [not any other of the staff members! ] with the page number and what you ordered if you can fit it all.

Fourth..confirm and wait. The item will be PMed to you ASAP. ( We all have busy lives people, there could be a wait )

Remember, send it to PAIMAY!
( Click the trade bubble to initiate a trade )

Forms are in the 10th post.

We here at the Painted Maypole are pleased to produce nature stationery.
This intricately detailed border with its soft colors and faint but appealing inner shade is sure to make any message an unforgettable one.

If you want a custom color, that will be an extra 1500g.

Find the appropriate form in the ordering section.

Artist's note: I made up all of these things in my head, without any references, and I painstakingly spent hours detailing every last bit with a 1-3 pixel brush. The WHOLE thing like that. Thus, I'm very fond of it and made the price slightly higher than I normally would. I hope you understand. :3

So far, there have been 4.5 staff members in TPM's history!

NYOME:

Resident Artist and Spatula Queen.

Nyo is one of the creators of The Painted Maypole. After Tea kindly offered to help manage whatever minishop that Nyo wanted to make, TPM was born! : )

Nyo used to be a R&C artist, but hasn't been actively selling on Gaia for some time. RL commissions take priority nowadays. ( they can be found in her DeviantART journal ) However, during Gaian events, she will poke her head out of her shell (aka:this minishop) and give away freebies at the Nyo & Co. Art Freebies threads.

Original Manager and Layout Designer

Tea was the other Co-creator of The Painted Maypole. She was actually the one that came up with the name!

Tea used to manage the orders and she also made the graphics for this minishop.

Tea has always been a great friend to Nyo, but unfortunately RL troubles have kept her away from Gaia.

PICOLI:

Retired Delivery Girl ( manager ^_~ )

Picoli was a gem Tea and I snatched up soon before Tea's MIA-ness from Gaia. She was already the owner of Deadstar, a popular ( and for good reason! ) minishop, with a great personality and lots of talent. With her help, TPM fought its way back from the dead. <3

But now Picoli has taken some time off from Gaia due to RL stuff as well, so Nyo went on another manager hunt >3

KATALY:

Next Victim...er, Manager

Kataly was the next manager Nyo hired after Picoli was eaten by RL. Unfortunately, RL also decided to eat Kataly. She was a fast and hard worker, and TPM is grateful to her for that. <3

PAIMAY:

Minishop Mule Account

This is the .5 of our staff. Paimay is "Painted Maypole" squished together, and she's basically the mule for this minishop. Paimay is currently being used by Nyome to deliver out the orders, and she's the one that all trades and affiliate links should be sent to!
