Welcome to Rent-A-Guild, Since 07/08/2007 [July 7th, 2007]

Also we will post a guild that you want to put up for rent for 100g a week. Please scroll down to the topic Selling/Renting-Your-Guild

Announcements
Guild Sold due to lack of business

Terms
As a Rent-A-Guild service you will have complete power over the guild, only you will not become Captain or Vice Captain due to the fact you could take it over then.

You just PM the Captain or VC to change the name, or settings and it will be done. As a crew you can make announcements, stickies. The Captain will be stuck doing the rest.

You will always have first dibs the when your time is up... but it's up to you!!!
All subforums will be named BLANK, and, of course, all stickies and announcements will be deleted after you don't want it anymore!
When your payments stop coming we reserve the right to ban you and keep the money!!!

All members will be banned once guild is closed by renter, except our handy workers!!!

Once the a certain amount is hit, you own the guild, or can turn and sell it back to us!!! Any tip, or extra money given to us from owner or third party specified to give it to that specific guild will be counted as part of a payment to help you own the guild!!!

You will choose your payments from a minimum of 500g a week until you want to end it, or a maximum of 5000g every ten weeks! We want the best for the costumer by giving them choices.

A person doesn't have dibs on the next Rent-A-Guild to be made, which will be announced.

Rent will be as low as 500g a week to 5000g every ten weeks. Now, we do realize that some people want to own the guild at a certain amount of time. Well we have come up with the amount it takes to own the guild based on payments, and subforums!!!

Recieving-Your-Order

The Steps

1)You will recieve a confirmation letter stating you have been accepted to become renter of said guild

2)You will recieve an invite to guild without an entering fee. You will also be asked to read Gaia Guild Network FAQs.

3)Send the Trade for the first alloted time amount (500g being 1week), the Trade must be sent to Owner, but because of absense Co-Owner

4)Send Captain, but because Absense, CoCaptain the wanted guild name and description, you will not recieve money, or spend money from entry fee, if entry fee is wanted!

5)Send Captain, but because absense, CoCaptain the wanted SubForum names, if any.

6)Any Changes wanted will be sent to Captain, but because absense, CoCaptain.

If something you want doesn't comply with rules then it will be denied and you must rethink, their is no refunds on rent unless said otherwise!!!

Keeping-Guild-Longer

If you Decide you want to keep the guild longer the following steps must be followed

Steps

1)Continue Running Guild as normal until time expires
2)We will PM you asking if you want to continue payments, if so send payments within 72hours. If you haven't paid within that time we will let the guild be rented by another renter.

Can I make the Guild Any Subject?
No, You can only make it if it follows TOS, and Guild FAQ rules. We will decide if it does/doesn't meet qualifications for safety precautions

How Much Will Rent Be?
We pretty much left that up to users with a frame, it must be a minimum of 500g for a week, and a maximum of 5000g every ten weeks.

How Will I know I am the Renter
You will recieve a letter of confirmation to make sure you are willing to pay rent for alloted time and so you know when your time begins!

How do I know you aren't just taking my money?
You won't you just have to take my word!

How do you Know that I'm not going to take the Guild?
Well if you did I would report you, but for safety precautions I have made it so you will be crew and tell me to change the name and subforums when wanted

Will I be Able to Keep the Guild?
Yes, after a certain amount of consecutive payments you will recieve the guild. To be precise it is 20k, plus 2.5k for every subforum, and an extra 2.5k for workers, donations, and money to put towards more guilds for others. After that amount is paid you will be able to take out our logo, if wanted, and do whatever you want with the guild.

Can I rent the Guild?
Of course, if you are able to make the payment, follow rules, and agree to terms yes. Please I prefer you not PM me to rent though, thank you!

This Sucks, why Can't I be Captain?
Due to the change for VC being able to take over guild I have to take safety precautions for the guild, I don't want someone stealing the guild. Other than that I wish you could and apologize that you cannot!

How do I know you're not scamming us?
You won't. But I can promise I won't scam you, you may notice my avi looks sharp, lol, and that would be a waste of 10k for me, plus all the nice items I have in my account, along with my car.

Can I just buy the guild?
Sure, if you are willing to pay the regualar price for a guild, and the subforums, and amount in guild account. But this shop was created to help noobs, and people that can't wait to spend money to get a guild faster, but a little more expensive.

Can I put up my guild for rent?
Yes, you can pay 100g to place an ad for a guild you are putting up. But it is your responsibility to create terms. If you are talking about just putting it for rent, that's your say, not mine.

Can I sell my Guild here?
Yes, for 50g a week we will put your guild for sale here, who knows we might even buy it.

How fast is your Service?
We try to be fast within a six/12hour period. But sometimes I don't have internet access and can't fill an order for 24/48/72 hours. But that is a rare occasion, usually only once every two months. Every other weekend I go to my dad's and have no internet access which will be the only known way to slow to service.

Guilds usually take one to two weeks before renter quits service, but who knows, maybe they want to keep going, they get first dibs.

Selling/Renting-Your-Guild

Selling Guild to Company

If you have a guild you want to sell to the company do the following.

1) PM Owner saying you have a guild, give a link, and a price.
Chances are if he has enough money guild will be bought and placed for rent
If owner decides to buy invite him to guild after he requests trade. When you put him to captain and he demotes you, you will have the trade confirmed
Once the guild is his and trade confirmed you cannot buy it back

Another option is to place a guild you are selling in here for 50g a week

Putting Guild for Rent in Shop

If you want to have your guild rented to shop you must post the following form and have the terms made, you will be the one required to advertise it beyond shop, and the one to make sure a captain, vice captain, and amount of crew monitor the guild to make sure it does not become banned. All but 100g will be given to you for the shop ad for your guild. It is your responsibility to place any extra terms in you Guild Description, not ours.
