DOWN TO BUSINESS:
Terms and regulation in this shop will change when needed without further notice.

I. THREAD.
- Obey Gaiaonline TOS.
- Don't Quote the first post & stretch the page.
- No begging, advertising or ask me for charity art auction.
- Don't haggle with me! Doing so will lead to auto-decline of your request.
- I don't accept Art trade and don't ask me to color your line-art.
- Don't PM me about my art! Post it here!.
- I give freebies or free artwork when experimenting and extras to regular visitors.

II. CLIENTS & COMMISSIONERS.
- What you see is what you get.
- Be courteous if you want the best from me.
- By my discretion, if your request won't look good in my style, I will decline... nothing personal. twisted
- Once an agreement is set in stone, there will be no more dickering i.e the item you paid suddenly inflated, you can no longer make any more demands than what we have agreed upon and vice-versa.
- Tell me if there is something you are not happy with your commission, I will allow one edit... but I will not wait all day, say it as soon as you received your illustrations.
- I am not accepting:
1. Yaoi or MxM pairing
2. Furry.
3. Hint of mockery, racial discrimination and segregation
4. Too much bloody, gore and violence.

III.TERMS OF USAGE.
- You can use my illustration to decorate your profile, website etc... as long as proper credits are given. meaning, you can crop it and place/paste it on your designs. However you may not edit/alter the actual illustration itself, i.e. painting over it to change the clothing, accessories etc...
- If transparent background is needed just ask me.
- I can deliver illustrations at 25,000pix[300resolution] in height & width or even more when it is required for Hi-resolution printing[i.e. Tarpaulin prints] but the payment is beyond the limit of pixel gold and items, those are for real life commissions.

IV. PRICE REGULATION.
- My Price will vary, it'll depend on the price of the sealed envelope/letters.
- If the sealed envelope/letters deflate, my price also deflate in terms of gold.
- Also the rate of how Gaians can earn gold in an hour. Booty-Grab is one of the factor that affects my price rate.

V. TRANSACTION & TRADE.
- POST ALL OFFERS HERE! My pm is set to private, so none can send pm.
- First come, first serve. Once these slots are filled, I will no longer accept commissions, request or reservation.
- No trade, no slot. So unless your name is placed there, that slot is free.
- SEALED ENVELOPE/LETTERS are only good for the first 7 days of the month, after that I might not accept any, and I don't accept it for bribes or fir works that wll take more than 10 days to finish.
- Cancel the trade without any reason, even if it was just for a day... you lose the slot and future commissions forever. So contact me before making any termination of trade.
- A snippet will be given out to you, the complete illustrations will be delivered once the trade is completed.
- I will only refund your items or gold if I am not able to complete your illustrations due to unexpected circumstance... most likely IRL issues, but once the illustration is delivered, there will be no refund!
- Please save the finished art to your hard drive or online gallery.
