Introduction.

Hey everyone, welcome to the Harry Potter Art Contests. Call me Neo. The decided winners will receive 2000 gold and their art featured in the past winners post. All other participants will receive 100 gold. IF I FIND ANYONE HAS STOLEN SOMEONE ELSE'S ART, THEY WILL BE DISQUALIFIED. The contest is different every time it is updated. Winners are decided by poll, not by me. Please have fun, but be friendly please. All art is warmly welcomed and appreciated, unless off topic.You are MORE than welcome to chat and bump.

4.I am allowed to not accept your art/kick you out of the thread for ANY reason whatsoever.
5.NO begging for gold/objects
6.Do not pout and get mad if you do not win, this is for fun.
7.Please provide the LINK ONLY when posting your art
8.Bumping IS allowed
9.Chatting IS allowed
10.Be nice to the owner biggrin
11.I can add/take off rules whenever I want to
12.NO quoting the first page
13.NO page stretches
14. Starting week of 7/16, all art must have your username signatured at the bottom.
15.Only ten entries per contest. (Due to poll)
16.Picture must be PG-13 or below.
17.NO ADVERTSING!
18.No begging for updates. I have a life.
19.Contests will be extended if there are less than three entries.
