A flurry of red ribbons were seen by the window of a house. A head turned to the direction of their window, their eyes wide with fright. It was too bad this man was a light sleeper, the job could've been a lot easier.
The man's eyes stayed locked on the window as a moving shape began to sneak towards him in the shadows. Leaping at the man, the victim then turned around and knocked the shadow towards the wall.
"Heh, too slow."
A smirk was heard from above the man. Looking up in surprise, a woman with dirty blonde hair and cold amber eyes stared back at him for a fraction of a second before the man suddenly hit the floor dead when she pulled her arm backwards.
Moonlight caught on the thin wire that lay in the assassain's delicate hand. It sparkled silver as she leapt down to the ground to examine the scene. Her mission was complete, and even better, a member of the Shadow Hands had been injured. That was a bonus.
Pulling at the wire once more, it pulled off the walls that had been so carefully placed only a few hours before. Coiling the wire around her wrist so she could place it in her small pack, her amber eyes darted around the room constantly. This was taking a bit longer than she had expected.
Looking around the room once more, her eyes landed on the victim of her mission. A clean slit on his throat was seen. Crimson liquid oozed from the wound on his throat before she looked across the room to locate her sword. Thankfully it was light, so it was barely seen when she had yanked the wire.
Stepping over the body carefully, she grabbed the hilt of her sword and pulled it out of the wall. She could clean it later. Right now she just had to get out of here. It wasn't like her to take too long to clean up, but she had to make sure no trace of her was left.
Taking one last look around the room, she then leapt out of the window and into the night. She had to return the equipment quickly, she hoped everyone else had gotten to their victim before someone from the Shadow Hands did. She hated it when her clan lost to theirs.
The ninja's name, Hikari Shounin. A lone ninja that preferred to work solo instead of going on teams like the rest. Less distraction, and for her, less worry about someone screwing up. The only one she took time to work with was Drekol. He was good enough and her foxes liked his dragon. A good shoe in to earn her trust since her foxes didn't take much fondness to anybody.
