You walk into the Gaia Exchange and come across an alley filled with many little stalls, each with it's own owner and their own items to sell. Many glorious items fill your eyes, some new relics, some common items but at a cheaper price, and even some rare treasures lost ages ago.

Your eyes dart from place to place looking, either just browsing for something to spend your money on, or something specific. Just make sure you look closely, The Bazaar has much to offer.

Also, all banners were made and donated by Serena-chan.

Rules

1. Follow Gaia T.O.S.
2. Each Store may present their own rules so read them carefully.
3. I am not responsible for any trades that are not my own, nor am I responsible for the other sellers.
4. That being said, I will not allow a seller to remain here if I find that they are rude/breaking the rules/etc.
5. When you bid for an item, make it a reasonable bid.
6. Do not harass the sellers. If their shop says do NOT PM, then don't PM them.
7. If you bid on an item and you win, then you must buy it!

So you want to open up your own shop here? Well then here are some of the things that you need to know and some paperwork to fill out.

Terms and Conditions

You are not required to remain here and bump the thread, or to place a banner and advertise, as I will handle all of that. I will also notify you if someone comes and posts in the thread looking for an item of yours- should the price be reasonable- so you will not have to look through past pages. I will also be the one updating your store.
Therefore all I ask is a small percentage of whatever you sell. 3% of the profit. Therefore, if you sell something that is 100gold, then I will get 3 gold. If you sell an item for 5k, I get 150 gold. This is an 'Upkeep' fee. I charge it because I will be the one editing the posts whenever you sell something, I will also be the one notifying you of a potential buyer, and I will be the one to look up the marketplace price of your items (if that is what you item price is based off, and change the price accordingly- so if the mp goes up drastically, I shall change your price so that you get as much as you deserve.

Rules
1. You must try not to over sell your item. Be reasonable with the prices you ask.
2. You must have the item(s) that you are selling.
3. If there are other rules and conditions that you wish people to follow they must be specified in your store.
4. You are held responsible for your store. If you sell something, you must make that change on the store front.
5. You must indicate the price- either AB (Auto buy), AP (Asking Price), SB (Starting Bid), CB(Current Bid)
6. If it is a bid, you must indicate when the bidding will end.
