My shop is closed due to my scanner not working and It'll probably be at least 2 weeks before I can get it fixed. To those of you waiting on a commission, do not worry, I will have them up for you ASAP, and you DO NOT have to pay the rest of the fee (or none of it, if you haven't paid yet) for your commissions.
I thank all of you who have ordered and are waiting and ask to please be patient (especially Rave Wolf-Teknik-, I know you've been waiting forever :[ wink and that I'm working as best I can to get things up and running again.

I. Intro

Artist Bio
Hello! Thank you for taking the time to browse me shop! I hope you will be ordering today. That being said, let's learn a bit about the artist here eh? My name is Epona and I've been drawing and loving it since I was about 2. (Yay for walls and crayons!) Recently, I've decided that this was going to be my life-long dream: To create and commission works and find some way in the end to live off of it. I realize that might finally happen when I'm old and suffering from arthitis from drawing to make a buck or two to be able to go down to the Wal*Mart and get some Ramen *gasp* but, one day it will happen.

Works Bio
Now the juicy bit. What is it exactly that I do? Well, I'm a Traditional Media artist, which pretty much means I draw, sketch and recently, color anything that has to do with:

Animals
Anthro
Furry
Fantasy/Myth
Homosexual
Couples
Sexual (ALL PG-13 or Gaia will eat my face!)

I DO NOT do:
Human People (-EXCEPTIONS- see below)
Mechs
Avatars
Hentai

**NOTE**PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING!
I do not discriminate racially, sexually or in any other manner. How ever you want your art and what is in it according to the rules and what I mentioned above is completely up to you. Most of what is on my DO NOT list is there because either I can't draw those things at the standard of what I consider commissionable OR it's just not what I do. I have nothing personally against anything I put in my DO NOT list at all. I don't draw humans (including anime style humans) because it's not what I like to do, although every once and a while I may feel up to commissioning them. The only exceptions would be mythical creatures such as centaurs, mermaids, demons, etc who have human characteristics but aren't actually human.

II. Rules

And now the scary part where I hafta get mean to protect myself and my art.

1. Follow the ToS
2. NO STEALING OF ART!
3. No Flaming, Spamming or Begging 50 billion times about:

Prices
Other People
4. Fill out the order form and post it here, do not PM me orders.
5. Do not confirm trade until I've confirmed your order. After the order has been confirmed you must send the gold immediately or your order will be dropped.
5. No advertising
6. Convos & Bumping are allowed and encouaged biggrin
7. Be respectful
8. If you read these rules, put the word "chocolate" at the end of the order form. If you don't read the rules, I don't accept your order.
12. I retain the right to accept your order or not
10. One order per person at a time until commission is finished
11. Don't order if slots are full
12. Don't order unless you have the gold to do so.
13. No cancelations without a GOOD reason. Backing out for no reason will end up in no refund and no artwork.

FAILURE TO ABIDE BY THESE RULES WILL GET YOU BLACKLISTED!

IV. Pricing & Transactions

Sketchy is a final that is pretty much a sketch done in pencil, but it has a few more details and erased lines than an actual sketch. Refined is finished with pen and is cleaner than sketch. Don't be put off though, personally I happen to like sketches more than refined pieces. Colored pieces are by default, refined unless wanted otherwise.

From Bust: Sketchy - 1.5K
From Bust: Refined - 2K

From Waist/Hip: Sketchy - 2.5K

Transaction Process
*You post your order in this shop.
*I will PM you accepting/declining your order. If accepted, you'll be put on the waiting list and in a slot.
*You will then pay immediately HALF of payment owed.
*When I finish the draft, you will recieve a scanned, watermarked version via PM so you can look over it and make and final adjustments. (I may do this 2 or 3 times.)
*After the drawing is like you want it, you will then pay the rest of what you owe immediately and give me your mailing address so I can mail you your artwork as well as give you a scan you can use on the computer. (Or, if you feel uncomfortable about mailing, I can just give you the scanned copy if you like.)
*I mail and/or scan you the final product and rules reguarding use of my artwork.

VI. FAQs

Q: What media(s)/tools do you use?
A: Sketch paper, grahite pencils, erasers, tons of colored pencils and a fine tip sharpie/felt pen.

Q: Why did you decide to open a shop?
A: Yes, indeed I am new to the Arts and Commissions scene, but I need and would love to get my art out thereand make people happy so thus, a shop is born.

Q: Do you accept art trades?
A: No, too risky.

Q: I think I've seen your stuff somewhere before.
A: I hope so, unless someone stole it. That's not cool. If you see my art being used without credit being given to me, please let me know where it is and who they are!

Q: Did you trace some of your stuff?
A: DON'T MENTION THE WORD TRACE TO ME IT IS THE DEVIL. Well not really, but seriously, come on. Tracing is for little kids. I sometimes look at references when I draw, but that isn't even close to tracing. Plus, tracing is stealing and stealing is bad. Why would I try to set up a legitimate business if I wanted to steal?

Q: Can I PM you a question?
A: Yes. Questions are always welcome. Orders are to stay here in the shop. If you ordered and I haven't sent you a PM within 72 hours, then you may PM me reguarding your order, but don't PM me the actual order itself.

Q: So uh...no anime or avatars?
A: Not for now, no, however I will draw anime/chibi style faces of characters if specified. There are gazillions of avy/anime artists out there and I wanted to do something different.

Q: Baw, you're closed...When will you open again?
A: When I feel like it pretty much. I need a break from all this drawing sometime. O.o

Q: Um...yeah I ordered and I'm not on the list. ftw?
