Hello and welcome to elisun+aichmophile's questravaganza and giveaway! Elisun and I are two 19-year-old college students majoring in Japanese and German, respectively. hey! i'm elisun, as aichmo-chan said above. i had a quest thread that was totally awesome, but is now, unfortunately, dead. however! i only have one more item left for my dream avi. which is...

(progress: 160,000 / 700,000)

impossible? likely! but this is the most expensive item i covet on gaia, so i'm going to go for it! of course, i'd appreciate any help. heart i'm also questing tickets for card shark bands --

my card shark bands quest was completed thanks to a generous trade from xXx DjxDice xXx. he gave me the bands for only 3,000 tickets. heart so! now you should go give tickets to him to help him get his hat. go! do it! also, feel free to comment on my profile if you have any questions about anything heart . ciao for now!

Woo! My turn! whee All right, unlike elisun, I've never had my own quest thread, so my avatar is more, uhh, incomplete. Here it is!

I'll be starting with the most expensive item first and then moving on down the list. As I acquire items -- hopefully with the help of kind Gaia users and not all by myself -- I'll be putting them here to show my progress.

Everyone's favorite, right? Well, for our first dice roll, let's try something a little hard. Wait, don't go away! It's just to keep things going for a little while. We don't want someone to win right away. The usual rules apply: roll the dice on your post. The first person to win gets the prize! Ah, yes. Tektek, we love you. For this contest, we'd like you to make dream avies with tektek and submit them to us! Elisun and aichmophile will then think things over carefully and give feedback. Once we've given our feedback, voting will begin. A poll will decide the winner with input from elisun and aichmophile. There will be a prize for first place, in addition to booby prizes for second and third places (seriously, they are total booby prizes). There is an entry fee of 200 gold for this contest. Please send it to aichmophile in a trade labeled "tektek entry fee" for it to be counted.

All right, did that make sense? I'm not sure how to say it. sweatdrop What I mean is, we'll be giving a few common items as prizes for the first to post on every 100th page (100, 200, 300, etc). Prizes may be increased as the quest goes on, but don't expect anything too glamorous. (They will be sent as wrapped gifts. Surprise!)

**NEW since page 200** As a new rule for the page prizes, no one will be allowed to win two in a row. This means that the winner of the page 200 prize may not win the page 300 prize, but may win the 400 prize, etc. This is to give everyone posting a chance to win.
