1. Please, respect the artists. Their words are final. Thank you.

2. Do not steal our art. It's not nice.

3. No flaming, advertising, or begging.
If you wish to affiliate, you may ask.
Please follow all provisions in the TOS.

4. We do not want 1337 h4xx0r pwnz0rz.
English is a fun language. I promise.
Remember: If we can't read your order,
we can't draw you.

5. Please refrain from PMing the artists.
It may get eaten by cluttered inboxes.
The thread is always a good place to post.

6. Please avoid stretching the page.
Please do not quote the first page. It hurts our eyes.

7. We reserve the right to refuse to draw.
We reserve the right to our artistic liberties.

Note: Items are also accepted. However, if trading your items for his art, your offer must be posted in the thread and approved by either Sayava-Loli or Kailani Ishita.
Items which Sayava is interested in are: Lolita Themed Items and May 2007 Donation Items.

Prices will fall into the range provided, the cost depending on complexity.
Extras like complex backgrounds will cost more. If you want something like that,
post your order form in the thread, and we can discuss it before setting a final price.

Couple Pictures (2 people): Multiply the base rate for one person by 1.5x.
For example: A Pencil Shaded Full Body Couple Picture would cost:
2,5oo ~ 3,ooo gold x 1.5 = 3,75o ~ 4,5oo gold.

Group Pictures (3 people or more): Multiply the base rate for one person by 3x, and add .5x the maximum base rate for each additional person over 3.
For example: A Pencil Shaded Full Body Group Picture with 5 People would cost:
(2,5oo ~ 3,ooo gold x 3) + (.5 x 3,ooo gold) + (.5 x 3,ooo gold) = 10,5oo ~ 12,ooo gold.

Note: Some items are also accepted. Post your order in the thread, as well as the items you are willing to offer. Your offer must be accepted by Kailani Ishita before any transaction takes place. Kailani is interested in: Donation Items, Event Items, Expensive Store Items [Fairy Wings, Dark Cape, Elegant French Court Items]

Prices will vary depending upon complexity. Complex backgrounds and the like will cost extra. If you'd like something like that, post your order in the thread and we can discuss before settling on a final price.

How to Order, and the Order Form.

Rules For Ordering!
~ Post all orders in this thread, with the order form presented below.


~ Send all trades to the artist who you are ordering from.

~ Please.. do not rush the artists. We do have other obligations, but trust that we are working on your art. All order statuses will be posted in the Working Log. You may politely inquire about your order once in a while if you desire more details than that, but please do it in this thread.

~ Save all pictures to your own server. We may delete your picture from our server. If we find our bandwidth is being leeched, we will delete all pictures from our server.

How to Order
1. Post the ordering form in this thread with your details.


2. Wait for one of the artists to post acknowledging your order, or saying that your order has been accepted. Your name will be added to the list in the Working Log.
You may send a trade to your respective artist with the proper amount for your order at this time, but it is not necessary. (Tips are always appreciated~)
In the order title, please specify: "Art Purchase: [artist name who you are commissioning], [page number of the thread which your order is on.]"
(An example would look like this: "Art Purchase: Sayava-Loli, page 4." wink ]


3. If you have sent the trade at this time, your artist may or may not accept the trade, but do not complete it.


4. The artist of your choice will then start working on your picture.


5. Kailani Ishita or Sayava-Loli will PM your with a watermarked version of your final picture. If you have not started a trade yet, please do so at this time.
Please have your settings set to accept all incoming PMs.
If we cannot reach you by PM, we will post in the thread asking you to change your settings, but it is your responsibility to find it.]


6. Complete the trade with your artist.


7. Kailani Ishita or Sayava-Loli will PM you a non-watermarked version of your final piece of art~ <3
