I might not be Hugh Hefner, but I think Gaia needs a playboy mansion. Now I know alot of guys will wanna hang out here and stuff, but first things first. We need some bunnies to fill the place with. Girls, you will be the main attraction and have guys drooling over you while you enjoy yourselves in the vast property of the mansion, and I know you like it. So go take a dip, or hang out in the grotto.

***BASIC RULES OF CONDUCT***
1. Absolutely NO fighting!
2. No weapons what so ever!
3. Everything must remain within the PG-13 rating. For those of you who don't know what PG-13 means...
Meaning of PG-13
While the MPAA does not publish an official list of what exact words, actions, and exposed body parts are used to determine a movie's rating, some details have nonetheless been made available, including that if a film uses "one of the harsher sexually-derived words" once, it remains eligible for a PG-13 rating, provided that the word is not used "in a sexual context" (that is to say, it is used as an "expletive" instead), and an R rating if these words are used more than once, or once if in a sexual context. Any drug reference gets a movie a PG-13 at least (with a "graphic" or "explicit" drug scene earning a film an R), and while total female nudity is permitted in an R-rated movie, any display of naked male genitalia will result in an automatic NC-17 rating.
4. Nudity is a no-no!
These are not polite suggestions, they are codes of conduct. Neglect for the rules will get you banned from the mansion.
**Note: I am aware that in a place where women walk around half naked (nudity isn't allowed under the PG-13 act) freely, there will be some level of "play" going on. Now while I personally don't care, it seems the Moderators do. So if you're going to do anything you know will get this thread in trouble, please take it to private rooms and come back when you've been nice and satisfied**
***The mansion property is huge, I'll name off the list of features and describe them***
**The Front**
Basically the front of the mansion. It looks like any other mansion with a fountain out front and a circular driveway coming up to the front door. The parking lot is right next to it and has many different types of cars and imported cars for the bunnies to drive or pose on.
**The Mansion**
The mansion itself is rather large, holding rooms for all the girls. Some prefer to bunk together and have girl sleepovers, which is ok. There is a kitchen with chefs on at almost all hours. The main floor is pretty basic, the upper floors are for the rooms. The lower floor, or the basement, is the gaming center with various arcade games, and yes, DDR machines out the woohaa. There are billard tables and other gaming tables, such as fooseball, airhockey and pinball.
**The Backyard**
The first thing noticed at the backyard is the huge pool. It has a very roundish shape, but it's abstract. It has diving boards and slides. There are many chairs for the bunnies to sit and lounge on, or tan if they wish. There is a tennis court, basketball court and volleyball net set up farther out in the huge yard. ~NEW~DDR Machine added by the pool!!
**The Grotto**
This is a cave that looks like a natural formation of rocks and such behind a waterfall. Although it's artificially constructed its hard to tell sometimes. The pool runs into this cave and it looks like an underwater cave from a movie. It's all carved out of rock and there's a natural pool of water. There is also a hot tub designed to look like a natural hot spring mounted just slightly above the pool.
**The Backhouse**
The place has 2 levels, the top level is basically just a fun house. Most of the floor is soft, much like a matress, for laying down and havin a good time and whatnot. There's a stereo system that is wired to the entire upper floor for great sound. There are pillows and such and really it's an adult size playhouse. The lower floor is a health spa. There is an indoor pool, exercize machines, and yes, tanning beds. There's a sauna and jacuzzi down there as well.
**The Cotton Tail Club**

This is the place to be if you want to dance or start exciting new friendships. From the front door, which is decorated with black steel and stained glass insets, you will see the humongous hard wood dance floor in the middle of the room. A bar is situated up a platform and to the right, overlooking the club. A stream runs through the back of the bar and has a multi-colored, lighted fountain. To the left, a 32 inch plasma television hangs from the wall showing all the major sport events. Last is the colored ceiling. It has scanners that adjust the colors and effects of the lights according to the music being played. Track lighting follows the perimeter of the dance floor and adds more emotion to the scenery for those oh so enjoyable slow dances.
**The Bloodbar**
A large, dark room built into the side of the grotto's stone walls. No natural sunlight can creep through the entrance from the outside. The bar is similar to most other bars, only it caters to creatures of the night. Fresh blood, blood wine, vlos jhinrae. It's lit by black lights and red lights, giving it a night time feel throughout the day.
**The Party House**
A very large addition to the mansion. It stands out as somewhat of an enclosed building that is generally closed. It's opened for special occasions such as parties, birthdays and other celebrations. Inside it is simply the largest party destination of the mansion. There is a very large DJ booth that can fit 2 DJs, a huge dance floor with full featured lighting effects (including strobe lights, laser show, black lights, and water-based fog), show cages for the bunnies to dance in, various levels, raised floors and other features. It hosts with a full bar, and sitting booths for a little more relaxation. Covering nearly the entire back wall is a freestyle street park type skatepark. This is used for showman skaters, bladers and BMX riders who wanna put on a little show for the party. This building is only opened by special request and requires pre-reservation to use.

***Caretaker Retired***
I'm sad to say that we have lost our beloved caretaker HeeroX, not because of something horrible, he just does not have the time to commit to the job anymore. He is always welcome in the mansion as a special guest and we invite him to come around as much as he can. In the meantime, I will be looking for another caretaker. No applications, this will simply be a decision I make myself.

I've been contacted by one of the moderators, and apparently running around naked isn't exactly PG-13 material. So I am required to ask everyone to please keep a PG-13 amount of clothing on, otherwise we will be deleted. This also goes for any activities that may fall beyond that rating. Please be careful, I don't want this place gone, and neither do any of you, I hope.

The playboy mansion is just that, a playboy mansion. We do things to have fun, and keep it within the rules of PG-13. If you want to RP a sick and/or dying character, or someone who just got his $#%^ kicked in, there are places for that, please do not bring it here. It puts everyone in a depressed mood, and no one wants that. I've had complaints about this, thats why it has to stop. Come here to have fun, not to drag others down into depression over something that shouldn't be here. If it continues, I may have to take other actions, but for now I'll leave it on the honor system and trust it won't happen anymore...
****THE BANNED LIST****
This is a list of the people who have broken the rules or somehow caused trouble in the mansion. These people are to be ignored as they are thrown out of the mansion the second they step on the property. Any action is nulled instantly, and if they persist, and insist on fighting, yes Bunnies, as of now, every hit you call on anyone on this list is an auto-hit and counts no matter what they say. If you think someone should be on this list, PM me with their name and proof of what they did. I know these rules sound pretty weak from the offender's side, but as far as I'm concerned, you dig your own grave in this matter.

I regularly visit this site. It's a comic based on the lives of university students. It might sound boring, but just go take a look, they are hilarious, I've spent hours looking through them and just laughing harder than I thought I could.
