-It says that I've been invited. What is that?: It's just an invitation, no, it's not exclusive, it's just a way to tell you about this contest.
-Am I allowed to advertise?: I think you know the answer to that, but just so we are clear here; NO
-Do I have to draw that avatar?: to win a prize, yes
-When is the due date for submissions?: June 2nd
-Well where the heck is this dream avatar you speak of??? (a couple of people asked me this): up there. The reddish text is a hyperlink to the image.
-How many submissions can I make?: 5. each one after that costs 100g
-Can I PM Anlodais?: Only if you are his friend.
-Are chibis allowed?: feel free to submit a chibi, but you won't win a prize with one
-Is submission charge-free?: yup ^^
-Who can participate?: Anyone, including friends of Anlodias and discluding mules of people already participating. This is because you may be able to get out of paying the gold for extra submissions, and you may also be able to win more prizes than allowed.
-Are there any prizes that aren't for art?: yes, there will be for certain page starters (read more in prize section)
-So...... that means bumping's allowed, right?: yes, but let's remember that the main idea of this is an art contest, which is why the thread is not titled: bump it. All I expect from participants is that the majority of the posts have actual stuff in them; not just "bump"
-Does being blacklisted destroy my chances of winning a prize?: yes, being blacklisted means that you are disqualified
-How do I get blacklisted?: by cheating, spamming, advertising, flaming, harrassing, not following Gaia ToS
-Well how do I get whitelisted???: ehhhhhh........ just do nice stuff I guess?
-Does being whitelisted help my chances?: No, that really wouldn't be fair, would it? Nothing can help your chances, except having amazing art. But there is a benefit to being whitelisted! When the contest closes, all whitelisters will be given a prize which has yet to be determined.
-Where do I submit my art?: submit to Xennami (read more in submission section)
-How many of my submissions can win a prize?: only one

Submit your art to Xennami. She will handle all submissions and make sure Anlodais sees all of them. You will be able to see everyone's submissions come judging time. If your submission isn'tup here, then sue Xennami, because it was her job to get them there.
Nothing is required for the submission, except that Anlodais has full rights to use it in the future (as long as whoever drew it has credibility for it) and that it is in one of 2 formats:

2: The art right there in the post
