Ikoi is the youngest in a family of boys, the least liked by his mother (who, naturally, was praying for a girl) and the only one to have never met their father (a British man responsible for the fact that three of the boys, including Ikoi, are blonde with such colourful eyes, and who divorced the boys' mother and fled back to Britain). Thanks to her age, Ikoi's mother gave up the idea of ever mothering a daughter, so made-do with the boy who was frequently clad in dresses, skirts and any manner of feminine clothing and colours. Strangely he was never picked on for this, but the behaviour was supported by his brothers who treated him as nothing more than an animated doll. However, as he matured he began to adhere to his own dress-code, keeping to tight clothing and fewer skirts/dresses. It was an early boyfriend, at the age of fifteen, that remarked that he had a very 'rock' look and would probably do well in a band...if he could learn to play an instrument. He tried, and failed, to learn guitar before recognising that he had a particularly good voice, so spent a year attending vocal training lessons. At the age of seventeen he finally left home to live with his eldest brother in the city, where he was quickly snapped into a band. After a couple of years of relatively good income he finally managed to pay for his own apartment.

Even though he has his own apartment, Ikoi spends very, very little time there. Given the chance (or even if he isn't), he will crash at someone elses (his band mates or brothers, considering that his eldest brother and twins now live nearby). He enjoys being treated like a little naive boy, despite the fact that deep down he is a grown man, and does everything in his power to encourage this treatment. He has had a number of 'boyfriends' so far in his life, from the age of thirteen, but none have lasted longer than a week or done anything more than hold his hands. He also has a small, female short-haired calico cat by the name of Aishi that he tries to bring everywhere with him...but transporting a cat around has it's difficulties.

.Hikaru always knew he'd pursue a career in music. When he was seven years of age, his mother gave him his first acoustic guitar and from that moment on, the boy was hooked. He practiced constantly, building his skills and starting his first band in his first year of high school. Unfortunately, it didn't work out. Yet, Hikaru didn't give up. Eventually, things started to fall into place and the guitarist finally found a place he could fit in. Growing up, Hikaru wasn't completely looked after. Growing up in Tokyo, his mother was a popular, and rather busy, surgeon. The male never knew who his father was, considering he walked out on the two when Hikaru was three years old. He didn't particularly have a rough childhood, but he continues to keep his distance from people, despite the fact that he loves to joke around. With his fellow bandmates, Hikaru feels that he can be who he truly is, regarless that he sometimes keeps them at an arm's length.

He also lives off the whole play on 'koi' (love), which, too, is a name he is called.
;; Soka - The cute shortened version of his first name. Hisoka didn't like it at first since it was first used to make fun of him with its cuteness when he was smaller, but he's grown tolerant of it now.
;; Cheerio - You know that English term, 'cheerio'? Well, when Hisoka entered his 'I'm so into English-speaking things' phase, which started about a year or so ago, he found that 'cheerio' and the last part of his family name, 'chiro', sounded close enough, and added it to his roster of nicknames.

ღ Music| Music is a large part of his life. Heck, he works with music. He can't not like music. He's not discriminatory against genres that aren't rock. He respects all kinds of music. He may not like all kinds, but he respects them.
ღ Funky contact lenses| No, not those boring 'natural' colors some people use to fool the world. The ones with those outrageous unworldly colors and funky designs. Yeah, the ones that make people double-take for a better look. Normal was so last millennium.
ღ Sunglasses| Unfortunately, Hisoka doesn't wear contacts as often as he likes, so he instead enjoys seeing the world through the different perspectives sunglasses provide. He has like a whole collection of designer sunglasses.
ღ Neatness| Soka's a bit of a neat freak. He actually enjoys organizing things, but things will rearranged and misplaced in at least a day. It's more to calm his nerves, since a mess will almost always result in some sort of bug coming along, and he hates that.

‡ Showing skin | In particular, his legs. He'll show his arms any day, but ask to see his lower region and he'll flatly refuse, no matter how much one will pay him. Hisoka blames it on not wanting to be cold, thus always stacking on the layers, even in the summer. He then further likes to back up his claims by saying it's because he's born in the winter, but that excuse has one too many plot holes.
‡ Cigarettes | Wow, Hisoka must be one of the few people in the business who hates smoking, be it cigarettes or anything else. He's not particularly fond of those who do, and will try to presuade them to quit if said person is close to him.
‡ Bugs + Spiders | Be it ants, fruit flys, grasshoppers...Hisoka despises them. Correction-- they scare the crap out of him, and he hates that such creatures have the ability to do that to him. He will scream if he sees one and, despite usually being against killing, will beg someone to kill the offending bug and/or spider.
‡ People treating him like a kid | He's fine with being the shortest and tiniest of the group. He'll take any and all slams towards that. But the second someone decides that those are reasons to treat him like he was a kid, it heavily irks him. On record, he's officially an adult. True, he may not act like it all the time, but when it comes to serious issues, when he has to be an adult, he will be.
‡ Unhappy people | Hisoka hates to see anyone sad or angry. Not only does it make him and everyone around the person feel off, it surely can't be good for the person's health. He will do whatever he can to cheer the person up and see them smile.

Biography
Hisoka's name means 'reserved'. His parents must've messed up in naming him, though, because the nineteen-year-old is no where near being aloof on an everyday basis. Hisoka is a very friendly, spunky, and affectionate individual, and a lot of this has to do with his family and the environment he was brought up in. His family was no where near rich, and barely reached the low-middle class, especially with three generations living under one roof, but they were all quite content. With the small fishing business his father ran, since they lived in the port city of Nagasaki, they rarely went without food, at least.
With an older sister and a younger brother, it would seem that Hisoka didn't get a lot of attention when he was a kid. This unintentional neglecting is a big reason behind Hisoka's friendly and spunky nature, which he developed in order to get attention and friends. The bulk of his affectional nature came from his grandmother, who Hisoka treasures very dearly. When his grandfather died, his grandmother took it hard, of course, and one day Hisoka found himself kissing her on the cheek. It apparently brought her good memories, and now he kisses anyone he's close to on the cheek. Sometimes it's hard to tell when Hisoka's just being normal or if he actually likes you, but if he's a little more affectionate towards you than everyone else, it could be a sign.
Hisoka became quite involved in guitar since he started music early in primary school. The rock genre in particular caught his interest, as it was as 'normal' as he was. When he decided he wanted to major in it after graduating high school, his entire family was behind him. 'As long as [he] doesn't move back in after failing', his parents added once he moved out. They didn't exactly live in a mansion, after all! So he moved to Tokyo for college He seemed to have strucked gold when he was accepted into an actual band, and Hisoka tries with all his might to pull his own weight, acting almost like the groups mascot. They've only just begun their journey together, and will do anything to make sure it doesn't end any time soon.

Hisoka is very much a country boy, seeing as he didn't grow up in the city. Because of this, he's quite naive to city culture and is often seen spending his money on anything he's never seen before. That box, with the images on it...a TV, was it? Yeah, those things aren't helping him with his money troubles ever since he bought one. Sometimes it's so bad that he's gone without food for a few days, and the landlord of his apartment building often shuts off his water or electricity for lack of payment. It's a wonder he hasn't been thrown out yet.

[Kuruijini Mugotarashii lived off of American metal, video games, and yaoi anime for most of his life - his parents providing him money in exchange for chores, good grades, and all the usual things a parent expects out of their son. Kuruijini learned to play several instruments during his high school years, as well as learning to sing and act for the theater program. While he did well in all of his subjects, he always loved Ancient History and writing poetry - lyricism being his main interest in the later years of high school. After joining the band as their bassist, Kuruijini continued online courses to graduate college, and dedicates whatever of his free time to watching the latest episodes of his favorite anime and trying to beat another boss in his newest games.]

Biography
Kurogane held an interest for music ever since he was young, one that his parents never wished him to pursue as a career choice, although his father bought him a drum set for his thirteenth birthday with the promise that he would continue his former plan of going to college and graduating with a degree in something other than music. Kurogane joined numerous bands throughout his high school and college years as he kept that promise to his father, receiving his four-year degree for Japanese-American Literature and English Translating, just in case his career as a musician fell through. His second choice had always been translating Japanese manga or even full-length novels into English, as he felt that other countries should be able to enjoy them as well, but also because a job where he would basically be getting paid to read manga and copy each page in a second language greatly appealed to his interests. Kurogane graduated from a university in Japan just last year, and in that time has managed to join another band, one that he hopes will be more successful than the last.

There’s a common theme in his clothing; leather, snakeskin, belts, and chains. He’s also quite fond of real snakes and, after he graduated college, decided to get one for himself, which he appropriately named “Doku”.

ღ Sunglasses| Unfortunately, Hisoka doesn't wear contacts as often as he likes, so he instead enjoys seeing the world through the different perspectives sunglasses provide. He has like a whole collection of designer sunglasses.
ღ Neatness| Soka's a bit of a neat freak. He actually enjoys organizing things, but things will rearranged and misplaced in at least a day. It's more to calm his nerves, since a mess will almost always result in some sort of bug coming along, and he hates that.
Dislikes ‡ Showing skin | In particular, his legs. He'll show his arms any day, but ask to see his lower region and he'll flatly refuse, no matter how much one will pay him. Hisoka blames it on not wanting to be cold, thus always stacking on the layers, even in the summer. He then further likes to back up his claims by saying it's because he's born in the winter, but that excuse has one too many plot holes.
‡ Cigarettes | Wow, Hisoka must be one of the few people in the business who hates smoking, be it cigarettes or anything else. He's not particularly fond of those who do, and will try to presuade them to quit if said person is close to him.
‡ Bugs + Spiders | Be it ants, fruit flys, grasshoppers...Hisoka despises them. Correction-- they scare the crap out of him, and he hates that such creatures have the ability to do that to him. He will scream if he sees one and, despite usually being against killing, will beg someone to kill the offending bug and/or spider.
‡ People treating him like a kid | He's fine with being the shortest and tiniest of the group. He'll take any and all slams towards that. But the second someone decides that those are reasons to treat him like he was a kid, it heavily irks him. On record, he's officially an adult. True, he may not act like it all the time, but when it comes to serious issues, when he has to be an adult, he will be.
‡ Unhappy people | Hisoka hates to see anyone sad or angry. Not only does it make him and everyone around the person feel off, it surely can't be good for the person's health. He will do whatever he can to cheer the person up and see them smile.

Biography Hisoka's name means 'reserved'. His parents must've messed up in naming him, though, because the nineteen-year-old is no where near being aloof on an everyday basis. Hisoka is a very friendly, spunky, and affectionate individual, and a lot of this has to do with his family and the environment he was brought up in. His family was no where near rich, and barely reached the low-middle class, especially with three generations living under one roof, but they were all quite content. With the small fishing business his father ran, since they lived in the port city of Nagasaki, they rarely went without food, at least.
With an older sister and a younger brother, it would seem that Hisoka didn't get a lot of attention when he was a kid. This unintentional neglecting is a big reason behind Hisoka's friendly and spunky nature, which he developed in order to get attention and friends. The bulk of his affectional nature came from his grandmother, who Hisoka treasures very dearly. When his grandfather died, his grandmother took it hard, of course, and one day Hisoka found himself kissing her on the cheek. It apparently brought her good memories, and now he kisses anyone he's close to on the cheek. Sometimes it's hard to tell when Hisoka's just being normal or if he actually likes you, but if he's a little more affectionate towards you than everyone else, it could be a sign.
Hisoka became quite involved in guitar since he started music early in primary school. The rock genre in particular caught his interest, as it was as 'normal' as he was. When he decided he wanted to major in it after graduating high school, his entire family was behind him. 'As long as [he] doesn't move back in after failing', his parents added once he moved out. They didn't exactly live in a mansion, after all! So he moved to Tokyo for college He seemed to have strucked gold when he was accepted into an actual band, and Hisoka tries with all his might to pull his own weight, acting almost like the groups mascot. They've only just begun their journey together, and will do anything to make sure it doesn't end any time soon.
Other Hisoka is very much a country boy, seeing as he didn't grow up in the city. Because of this, he's quite naive to city culture and is often seen spending his money on anything he's never seen before. That box, with the images on it...a TV, was it? Yeah, those things aren't helping him with his money troubles ever since he bought one. Sometimes it's so bad that he's gone without food for a few days, and the landlord of his apartment building often shuts off his water or electricity for lack of payment. It's a wonder he hasn't been thrown out yet.

Biography [Kuruijini Mugotarashii lived off of American metal, video games, and yaoi anime for most of his life - his parents providing him money in exchange for chores, good grades, and all the usual things a parent expects out of their son. Kuruijini learned to play several instruments during his high school years, as well as learning to sing and act for the theater program. While he did well in all of his subjects, he always loved Ancient History and writing poetry - lyricism being his main interest in the later years of high school. After joining the band as their bassist, Kuruijini continued online courses to graduate college, and dedicates whatever of his free time to watching the latest episodes of his favorite anime and trying to beat another boss in his newest games.]

Biography Kurogane held an interest for music ever since he was young, one that his parents never wished him to pursue as a career choice, although his father bought him a drum set for his thirteenth birthday with the promise that he would continue his former plan of going to college and graduating with a degree in something other than music. Kurogane joined numerous bands throughout his high school and college years as he kept that promise to his father, receiving his four-year degree for Japanese-American Literature and English Translating, just in case his career as a musician fell through. His second choice had always been translating Japanese manga or even full-length novels into English, as he felt that other countries should be able to enjoy them as well, but also because a job where he would basically be getting paid to read manga and copy each page in a second language greatly appealed to his interests. Kurogane graduated from a university in Japan just last year, and in that time has managed to join another band, one that he hopes will be more successful than the last.
Other There’s a common theme in his clothing; leather, snakeskin, belts, and chains. He’s also quite fond of real snakes and, after he graduated college, decided to get one for himself, which he appropriately named “Doku”.
