What I am looking for:
â–ª A dedicated and experienced Gaian who can maintain and draw the criminals.
â–ª An overall fun person who is always open to suggestions and isn't overly defensive.
â–ª A Gaian who can meet and work with deadlines.
â–ª A Gaian who can finish and follow through with jobs they claim.
â–ª A Gaian who can alert the staff with any problems without making false excuses.
â–ª A Gaian who can do both coloring and drawing by themselves OR have a partner to work with before sending in an application.
â–ª A Gaian with aesthetically pleasing art. Meaning knowledge of anatomy, shading, lighting, and color must be represented in the art. ((And more things I can't remember.))
Rules:
â–ª Must generally get along with others and be able to be a leader. All staff are leaders in a shop. =]
â–ª Meet deadlines and be willing to face a penalty for missing a deadline.
â–ª Activity is a must. I ask that you post at least once every time you login.
â–ª Respect. Others, yourself, the rest of the staff, pets, etc.
Benefits:
â–ª Three completely free criminals from yourself to yourself. For every one after that, just pay the shop and cert fee.
â–ª Three free art trades with another artist. (If one artist has already used up their freebies, just have someone pay the shop and cert fee. ^^)
â–ª Unlimited criminals to anyone (so if they can keep up!) as long as someone pays the cert and shop fee. I will suspend privilages if I feel that artists are abusing them. Meaning shop work comes before friend freebies.
â–ª Guest artists and part-time artists get the same benefits, as long as you are willing to do a couple freebies.
Wages:
â–ª No less than 8k per criminal, price still being figured out. For flatsales, artists will be paid 15-20k and the exact price will be figured out soon.
â–ª Customs the price of your normal full-body CG you have in shops (if you have 'em, if not, just pick a price! ;D) with a few extra k for the certist.
â–ª Auctions will be a minimum of three (seperate) criminals at a time. Artists can do a batch by themselves and have an auction or get a group together. Full time artists will get 80%, part time will get 70%, and guests will get 60% of winning bid as payment. Artists can have as many auctions they want but I must get warning ahead of time for the plotting. <3
Positions:
â–ª Full Time: 1+ in every flatsale. (About 2+ per month)
â–ª Part Time: 1 per month OR participation in every other flatsale. (Or something to that nature)
â–ª Guest: Participation in various flatsales, possible "spotlight" events.
