"You, missy, are going to spend the afternoon outside."
Julaine looked up to see Ura, the servant woman who was in charge of taking care of the neglectful harper, who hadn't been outside in a couple of days. The ancient skins were far too interesting to leave for fresh air, exercise, or sunlight. And because of that, she was thin, pale, and tired, though she slept quite comfortably, even if it was bent over a desk, because she'd fallen asleep. Ura came forward though, and took away the skin she was looking at, making the harper frown.
"Now Ura, I was almost done with that..."
"And you'll go right on to another if I don't stop you now." Ura continued with a stern but kind tone. "Now get up and go for a walk. I know two flitts that are becoming a nuisance to everyone here."
Sighing, Julaine knew that Ira was right. She needed to get out, even if she didn't want to, and with another sigh, she rose, stretching her back and arms before walking past Ura. "Alright Ura, you win. I'll see you tonight."
The older woman smiled and nodded, giving her a little shove out the door. Julaine was immediately attacked by a blue and a bronze, who each took one of her shoulders, loving that she was out and heading for the outside door. Mikhail chattered at her, obviously scolding her for staying inside so long, and Glory nuzzled her cheek, the two thrilled that she reached up and stroked them both, humming as she left the building and began taking a walk. Of course, her friends already knew where they wanted to go, letting her know that there were dragons at the feeding grounds.
Knowing she'd never hear the end of it, Julaine headed off to the Feeding Grounds, her flitts taking off and floating over her head, flying in circles around each other, overjoyed as she was going where they wanted. It wasn't too long of a walk, but her cheeks flushed as she noticed many of the riders there turning to look at her before she caught both her friends and held them with obvious care.
"Alright you miscreants, you can go eat and play with the others, but you ask before you eat."
They chirped before taking off, and the Harper sighed softly, her hands now empty and her arms crossed as she watched them head down to where the dragons were feeding. Julaine recognized several of the dragons on sight, including the lovelty queen Rurith, as well as N'al's brown, Calianth. They were obviously around somewhere, and she spotted them, but kept her distance. She wouldn't interrupt their conversation, even though her sharp Harper's eyes caught many things, like Lana's worry that Rurith was ready to rise, as well as the bruise on her face.
