• lyric's design is pretty set in stone by now, but for the time being, feel free to tweak tiny bits with birdie's design. if it's really good, i may use it. domokun but please don't totally change their outfits.

• if you draw without me confirming, it'll be considered fanart (:

• I doubt anyone will, but banner art / concept / character designs / storyline / ect is [c] me. please don't steal.

• don't steal any of the work done by the artists.

relationship; sisters

backstory; Lyric and Birdie's mother was arranged to marry their father at age 7, and were wed when she was 12 and he 15. At age 13, she gave birth to Birdie, and Lyric at 16. Approximately one year later, the king was called upon to pick an adolescent peasant girl to sacrifice to the gods, as was the age-old tradition for every time. He chose Lyric's mother, as she was not yet 18, and her beauty has made her a prime wife, a star in the eyes of the older peasant boys. She was killed on an altar. One day later, their father simply left. He never returned to the village.
13 years later, neither sister can really miss their parents, as they deserted them so long ago. Lyric, being only 1 at the time, often wonders about her mother. Birdie, 4 then, has stronger memories of her parents, but refuses to discuss them. She only says her mother was beautiful.

please don't get on me for this being horribly written. it's only a summary, and I spent about 3 minutes making it.

Time period: during a darkages kind of setting, with a village, kings/queens, a caste system, polytheistic, and hunter/gatherers.

Accent: domokun eek, this is hard to explain. it sounds slightly along the lines of british and southern morphed together. NOT EXACTLY. but it's the best I can describe.

Lyric ♀

Gender: female
Current age: 14
Eye color: black
Hair: brown/shoulder length
Occupation: Stays home and does chores, collects food (doesn't hunt) and maintains the house.
Voice: Soft and nervous sounding. Her accent, because of her quiet voice, tends to lean to the British side of the usual sound of it.
Personality: Though generally a happy person, her experience when she was 8 left her worried and nervous, for herself and everyone around, especially Birdie, as much a rambunctious daredevil as she is.
History: At age 8, she was collecting blackberries when a ferret attacked her, scratching out her right eye. Also bears a grudge toward the king for sacrificing her mother.
Favorite colors: Red/Black/Brown
Likes: Quiet things, flutes, trees, nature in general.
Dislikes: Rodents, huge noisy things, the king.

Gender: female
Current age: 17
Eye color: black
Hair: dark dark red/brown /long, in a ponytail
Occupation: owns a mail service
Voice: tends to be louder and more confident than Lyric's. because of this volume, it tends to bring out the more southern side of her accent.
Personality: hard-headed and slightly tomboyish, but with an undeniably upbeat nature. Her fascination with the sky led her to her pigeon mail carrying service. Often she hits on the edge of a cliff and watches the birds. Doves and crows are her favorites.
Even though her beauty rival's her mother's, she is in no way interested in marriage and concentrates only on her business, Lyric, and trying to learn to fly. airplanes aren't invented yet.
Favorite colors: blue/black
Likes: birds, anything aerial, the sky, gambling, cardgames, alcohol
Dislikes: marriage, the ocean, jewelry, things that smell bad

notes:
✖ the thing hanging off of her hat is her lucky dice.
✖ the "ears" on her hat aren't really ears, they're supposed to be obscure sparrow wings, but not to look like it. o_o;
