I'm actually recruiting for an off-Gaia RP site. It's a site that is in dire need of RPers. It is somewhat similiar to Gaia but it's mainly just RPing. If you have a hard time finding RPs that have thousands of posts already, or hate having to read lots a pages in order to join an RP, than this is the place for you.

You can do any sort of roleplay (know what is regular and what is slash) and RP with a smaller group of RPers.
Tell your friends and get a private board that only those with the password and the admin have access to. Or join an already-made. Anyone who's around should be able to give you a summary. You can PM with your buds, RP to your heart's content, Talk about your favourite bands or authors, or post your own stories and poems.
